Being inlove or stuck in fear? I'd rather be loved. *Why?* Because love is a **wonderful emotion** that overcomes fear. Love is more powerful than fear. To be feared is to harbor insecurities to feel better. Insecurities are analogous to an abandoned wooden bridge swaying over a waterfall. It is not stable...when leaning against the bridge. As for love, it is an unbreakable bond formed when two people trust and love one another unconditionally. The bond of love is stronger than a diamond. As a result, even the lightest tap of a pick-axe will not break their bond. *Being loved provides a source of happiness, companionship, and so on. You gain nothing from being feared except the loss of friends, coworkers, and so on. Fear is frail, whereas love is robust*.   **ALWAYS LOVE**. While fear can be beneficial when it indicates that something is wrong with a person or situation, the majority of the time, our primitive minds go into fight or flight mode and we worry unnecessarily. How many times have you worked yourself up and worried about something that never materialized? This is a frequent occurrence. The best way to overcome fear is to tell yourself that everything will be fine. Consider a positive outlook rather than falling into a negative spiral that will exacerbate your fear. I remind myself that I am in complete control of my life and that nobody can do anything to me that I do not permit. Because the universe is not out to get me, believing otherwise is human ego in overdrive! You will never truly be loved if you are feared. One cannot exist alongside the other, regardless of what some may believe. If you believe you must dominate and instill fear in your partner, you will not keep them because they love you. They are apprehensive about what might happen if they leave. While this can result in Stock holme Syndrome (false love, which is frequently experienced by victims of domestic violence), the only thing that keeps them there is fear of what you might do to them if they leave. If you want love, you must seek it out and give it in return. It's not simple, and you could spend your entire life searching for it. However, being feared is simple but also extremely lonely, as people avoid you. Thus, the real question is: ***Do you wish to spend your entire life alone? Comment below.Thankyou for reading.***

Is cramming good? Whether it’s a busy schedule or a school test, cramming is the last-minute go-to approach for all. It is quite surprising as what we were not able to learn the whole year, we manage to pack it in a day. More unexpected is that shortly after the completion of the job, we even did not remember a single word. Then does it worth cramming! It affects our **productivity** Cramming does more harm than benefit in preparing exam papers. Studying for lengthy hours and cramming texts can be uninteresting and frustrating for students. Students spend hours memorizing as much stuff as possible in a short time. This behavior doesn’t vanish and even after becoming working professionals, people stay up all night and cram their assignments and business tasks. They could state that they are working hard but it actually makes them least effective in their works. People miss a learning opportunity by simply temporarily memorizing everything for a good grade.   ***Burdens*** our short-term memory The matter memorized in haste is kept in the short-term memory of our brain. It is accessible for a brief period. It doesn’t generate enduring neuronal connections to the brain. You might have heard students that we don’t remember what we studied in our early classes or others expressing that they don’t remember the points of the last meeting said by themselves. This arises because memorization through cramming is readily forgotten. It also puts pressure on the brain that could induce anxiety, depression, or damage to the brain cells.   It is ***Unhealthy*** *Obviously, staying up late or investing more of your time in only cramming is going to leave you fatigued on and before your d-day. It develops apathy towards job and you will more likely to stay away from the works. As the health of the body is vital, similarly we need to take care of the health of our brains.* Stop mugging-up stuff and start grasping the concepts. Employ brain science approaches that can help you in memorizing the information with logic and the appropriate understanding. It will minimize your study time to more than half. It will allow you to have some spare time to enjoy life without a lingering burden of responsibilities and assignments. **Cramming** places too much stress upon the brain. When the brain is forced to overwork, it raises sensations of worry, frustration, fatigue and even confusion. It results in elevated stress levels. *Studies are necessary but that is just not enough.. Being a bookworm wont make you a successful person.* *Hope it adds a "+" to your life*.

Who are you to this story article? A band of wild dogs belonged to the late ruler of a certain town. All of his servants were tormented and eaten by him, including those who had committed a mistake. One of the servants stated an incorrect opinion, and the monarch was not happy with it in the slightest. The servant was then thrown to the wolves as a result of his actions, which he had ordered. After ten years of service with the company, the servant screamed, "You treat me like this?" Thank you for giving me 10 days' notice before you throw me to the wolves!" Apparently, the king was on board with the proposal. A few days into the ten-day period, the servant contacted the guard in charge of the dogs and assured him that he would be happy to offer service to them for the next ten days. The guard was surprised at first, but soon agreed to the servant's offer. The servant began feeding the dogs, cleaning for them, bathing them, and giving them other types of comfort. Following the completion of the ten-day period, the king issued an edict ordering that the servant be thrown to the dogs as a form of punishment. Everyone was taken aback when we realized that the hungry dogs were only interested in licking the servant's feet when he was dumped into the water! "*The king, bewildered by what he was watching, exclaimed,"* the king said. When I asked what happened to my dogs, she responded, "Can you tell me what happened to my dogs?" Even though I'd just been working with the dogs for ten days, they didn't forget about me, the servant explained in reply. After 10 years of service, despite the fact that I had committed my first and only error, you seemed to have forgotten everything. " The Monarch acknowledged that he had made a mistake and ordered that the servant be released. **This post is intended to send a message to anyone who, as soon as someone makes a mistake in their eyes, forgets all of the good things that person has done for them. If you disagree with a mistake in the past, don't discard a history that is filled with pleasant occurrences.** Who are you? The dog? Servant? King? Please leave a comment. Thankyou and nice day.

I will leave my footstep Each time, I fantasize about traveling to India, but to various locations. I have visited the majority of Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. I've visited Maharashtra but just visited a few cities. I wish to return to India repeatedly because I enjoy the food and the photographic opportunities. India's rich culture ensures that you'll never be bored. I'm not sure how beneficial it is to reside continuously in India (I think it depend on where you live there and your mindset). However, no other destination satisfies me as much as India does as a vegetarian tourist who enjoys photography. I wouldn't call it a dream destination because I have a lengthy list of locations to visit, but it is definitely on the top of my wishlist. I am accustomed to perusing a variety of travel websites, and on one of those sites, I came across a video made by an anonymous user; the movie immediately captured my heart. However, the video in question made no mention of the location. This was the moment when I activated all of my Google search engines. That would be the "Hotel Villa Honegg" in Ennetbürgen, Switzerland. The far perspective. Indeed, that is the most over-hyped thing you have ever heard!!! I am enthralled with the world's historic and systematic landmarks! The World's Most Ancient and Most Historic Civilization!! Yes, due to political strife, the area is difficult to explore and assimilate!! It is in Pakistan! This is a dream location!! Forests and Caves of Sri Lanka The second item on my list is Sri Lanka's Caves and Jungles. Each region of Sri Lanka has its own unique narrative!!! The unique destination is brimming with picturesque enthusiastism, making it extremely intriguing. Outer Space The third position is a touch cynical, but the fact cannot be concealed. "The Space" is where I've wanted to go since I was a child! Outer Space serves as a reminder of genuine reality! Tranquility is a way of life! It fascinates me to go on an expedition to the distant planets! Sir Stephen Hawking's book "Black Holes" and the film "Interstellar" transformed my idea into reality! **There are other countries I'd like to visit—most notably those with cultures that are diametrically opposed to mine. That, to me, is an opportunity to learn more about the people and their way of life in their homeland—how we are similar and how we are different. However, regardless of which culture intrigues me "temporarily," I always return to Russia. Soon, those countries and places I will mark my footsteps and have beautiful and unforgettable memories that I will treasure in my life in the future.** I hope you love it and thankyou for reading up to this point. Leave a place on a comment box and see you on my next article.

Habang nabubuhay, may pagkakataon pa tayo. **Malayo pa ang hahakbangin natin. Pero subukan nating tumingin pabalik, marami na rin tayong naabot. Mabagal, oo. Pero umuusad naman pala.**

I saw today Father's love never fails As a father attempts to help his son finish his long Math assignment before they go home. March 2, 2022 at around 8:00PM, a father attempts to help his son finish his Maths assignment at a famous local burger stand along Terminal, here at Philippines safe from the then occuring rain. I was listening to their conversation while waiting for my order, I'm not sure they even ordered anything at all; I thought maybe they were only there for the light the place offered. Initially when I arrived, there were three of them; the other one was eating all the while trying to coach and explain the Maths problem to the father and son duo. I realized he was only a local customer who lent his help when he hurriedly walked away as rain started to pour. Left by the other person, "Nah, di naman ko kabalo ani nak. Di ko kasabot. / Hala, hindi ko ana alam paano ito, anak. Wala akong maintindihan." I overheard the father shamelessly admitting to the crowd around them. While (I) gazing upon them the father looked my way and said, "brad, basin kabalo ka ani. / Pare, baka naman alam mo kung paano ito?" Without second thoughts I immediately offered my help and tried explaining the problem, discounting the fact that it was closing time and I had to be home. Indeed, it was a Maths assignment and the problem we were currently in was "Greater than; less than" in fractions. I carefully explained how things work but then I realized it was a long shot when the father said, "kaning 'O' bai aha mani ibutang" / "itong 'O' saan ito ilalagay?", when in fact it was the OR in tagalog (greater than, less than "o", equal to) [< > o =], he thought there were four symbols. He then said to me, "Grade 3 raman gud ko taman, so mahulog nga classmate mi sa akong anak" / "Hanggang grade 3 lang kasi ang natapos ko, kaya kung tutuusin, magkaklase kami ng anak ko", I jokingly replied to him "hapit naka ma apsan boss" / "malapit ka nang malamangan boss", he laughed thereafter. *I told them that if they didn't mind I would instead finish the problem so they would be done quicker, the father agreed and so I did answered the questions using the unsharpened pencil they had. He said his thanks and I told him it wasn't a problem*. Before I went home, despite the assignment completed; they stayed. I assume the father was still going to have the answers reviewed. I took a photo before I left, because then I realized that not everyone's got the same privilege that some of us do. But despite some shortcomings, a father's love will never fail you

Is courtship before marriage applicable til now? When two people marry, one thing to keep in mind is that they will not share the same outlook or ideals. Both individuals may have their own ideas, and it is entirely likely that some of one's habits will be disliked by the other. Of course, each person's behavior is determined by their upbringing. And what I expect my prospective spouse will know, he or she may not. What the two individuals must do during the wooing period is an attempt to comprehend one another. If society remained static, as it did until the last generation in India, and what partners were expected to do was predictable, and when the parents' marriage template could operate in the next generation, one could argue that the wooing time was unnecessary. However, in today's generation, if a marriage is to succeed, both parties must try to increase their trust, understanding, and validation of one another. And each partner will have his or her own dreams. How could they possibly know how supportive their partner would be of what they wished to do? When you have more love for yourself and an idea of what you want to achieve in life than you have for the partner, the courtship stage will be extremely profitable for you since you will learn how supportive the possible mate is of your interests in life. *Before marriage, we hold an engagement ceremony. What is the significance of the engagement ceremony? The ceremony is held at the boy's residence. That is the day the girl's parents will gain a better understanding of how things are in the boy's household and how things will be in the girl's future home. However, more than just the engagement, courtship is critical these days, and it always helps when the girl and boy can communicate intelligently with one another.* Nowadays, courtship is still relevant. It is, like general communication ability, respect, civility, and compassion, a bit of a "lost art." It takes enormous guts to ask someone out, and yet turning someone down can be life-threatening. That is frightening. When people, primarily men, are rejected, their wrath is remarkable. With that said, here are certain guidelines I **need to follow**: Nobody is required to accompany you on a date if they do not choose to. When declining someone, be courteous. Consider praising them for their courage in approaching you. Additionally, do not turn to your buddies and mock or humiliate the person who has just asked you out behind their back. **If you say "yes" to the individual but "no" to the activity they advise, negotiate a different activity.** If you are told "no," express gratitude for their attention and boldly exit. Reward yourself for trying. If you have people who try to humiliate you for being rejected, remind them that just because you struck out this time does not mean you are out of the game (after all, what did they do-sit on the sidelines and watch you play?) And that's only to get started with courting! To me, courtship entails behaving somewhat like a scholar. It's the experience of determining whether you ENJOY spending time with the individual and want to learn more about them. *And it's a far more intricate procedure than simply attempting to sleep with someone. a procedure in which I believe you should be as "authentic" as possible. Why? Thus, you can "frighten away" anyone unable to handle the real you. The appropriate individual will not be discouraged by the fact that you are you*.

Do you also compare yourself? Never settle for less than you deserve. You deserve efforts. You deserve love. You deserve happiness. You deserve to be treated right. You deserve to be a priority. You deserve to be admired. You deserve a forever. You deserve everything you wish upon the shooting stars. Never let anyone make you think otherwise.. **People are compared** in order to establish a rank, or merit, or determine access to something of value but limited supply, such as a prize, a job, or a title. More can be acquired by comparing one's own performance or one's growth or change in a desired direction to the earlier example of the performance. I'll be happy if I only got three questions wrong on a quiz yesterday but got them all correct today. As a result of this, you'll be able to show real progress and identify the factors that may have contributed to your success. Your score may always be higher than your friend's but that doesn't signify anything to either of you. As long as you're not attempting to figure out who's making up the numbers for the Mars mission. It's still important, however, not to presume that one is superior because they are more frequently correct. Even in terms of fact, there is a need for a fact-based approach. Even if you may think you are superior to someone else in a subjective sense, they are probably better than you at something else. Because there are so many factors at play, all you get is an overall impression. Olympic skating is an example of a sport where you can assess your own abilities against a universal norm or a specific benchmark set by all prior competitors. In order to select the best skater, k is not determined by the highest score, but rather by the best performance on a given day at a specific time. **It's due to today's inflated notions of beauty. Photoshop, editing, and make-up products have become synonymous with the modern definition of beauty.** In order to be accepted, they make us feel as though we must alter our appearance and our identity in order to please them. Ninety percent of a celebrity's photo is altered in some way when we wonder, "Why cant I be as pretty?". Social media platforms like Snapchat, Instagram, and Facebook all allow users to alter their photos. When we use Snaptchat to snap a photo and your pimple is visible, we can remove it later. Everything seems so flimsy these days. As a result, beauty has been transformed from embracing your defects and being your own sort or beautiful to becoming a superfical, phony version of yourself. It's like having to be thin but not too thin or looking desperate if you overdo it with the make-up. So, people, make a decision. Of course, I struggle with my own perceptions of myself. This is a normal element of becoming a woman for any adolescent girl. We'd all like to be as attractive or as trim as other women, but the truth is, we're all wonderful just the way we are. You can only stop it if you accept your flaws and transform them into strengths. It's time to show the world how gorgeous you really are by being yourself. You don't have to be on a diet, work out every day, be thin, have a specific hair color, or dress a certain way to be happy. In the end, what really matters is that you learn to love yourself, and you'll find that others will, too.

A lady at grocery store I was at the grocery store this morning and heard a loud crash and something shattering. Being noisy, I walked towards the sound and saw some people whispering and looking back to the end of the next aisle. When I walked down that aisle, I saw an older lady had hit a shelf and many things had fallen to the ground and broke. She was kneeling on the floor embarrassed, frantically trying to clean up. I felt so bad for her, and everyone was just standing there staring at her. So I went and knelt beside her and told her not to worry and started helping her pick up the broken pieces. After about a minute, the store manager came and knelt beside us and said, “*Leave it, we will clean this up.*” The lady, totally embarrassed said, “I need to pay for all this first.” The manager smiled, helped her to her feet and said, “No ma’am, we have insurance for this, you do not have to pay anything!” If you have read this far, I would like for you to give me a minute. Wherever you are, close your eyes, and imagine God doing the same for you! Collecting the pieces of your broken heart from all the blows life has thrown at you. God will heal all your wounds. He wants to heal you! He wants to take care of your soul! *We can have that same insurance and it’s called Grace. When you accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior, repent of your sins and ask Him for forgiveness, the “Manager” of the universe, GOD, will say to you “Everything has already been paid for, now go on your way, all is forgiven!”* **Jesus paid it all so we don’t have too! Father God is a good, good Father & He’s waiting for you to reach out to Him**!

3 powerful things I know These small religious items pack a big spiritual punch that can protect your family. The use of sacramentals is one of the most misunderstood practices in the Catholic Church. They have been part of the Church’s life from the very beginning, but are commonly viewed as some sort of superstition. This is largely due to the fact that many Catholics over the centuries have used sacramentals in a superstitious way as they were not taught how to use them properly. Instead of using them with faith, some Catholics used them as magic charms rather than instruments of grace. This is unfortunate, as sacramentals are meant to enrich our spiritual lives, not hinder them. They have been instituted by the Church to draw us into a deeper relationship with Christ and are focused on sanctifying every part of our lives. Sacramentals are extensions of the seven sacraments and bring the grace of God into everything that we do. One place where sacramentals are especially powerful is in the home. If used in a spirit of faith, sacramentals can protect us from spiritual harm or inspire us to live a holy life dedicated to God. Here are three such sacramentals that, if used properly, can provide a spiritual boost to the home as well as keep away spiritual enemies that are lurking in the shadows. ****Holy water**** Holy water has a double meaning of reminding us of our baptism as well as a symbol of spiritual cleansing. Holy water is said to have great power over the devil as the devil cannot stand this “clean” water, since he is entirely unclean for all eternity. It is a reminder of the water that flowed out of Christ’s side, which is a symbol of Baptism, and brings to mind the day of the devil’s defeat (Christ’s crucifixion). It is an ancient custom to have what are called “holy water stoups” or “holy water fonts” on the walls of a home. They are elaborate or simple cups that hold holy water, which can then be used to bless oneself throughout the day. It is especially helpful to have them at the doors that lead outside the house as well as in the bedrooms of family members. That way we keep ourselves always fixed on Christ and remind ourselves to remain pure. It also keeps the holy water handy when needed to ward off any influence of the Evil One. ****Blessed salt**** If possible, it is also good to have a small container of blessed salt in your home. You would have to specifically ask your parish priest to provide that for you and odds are likely that your parish priest would not be familiar with it. This is one sacramental that is often neglected and is not typically used in parishes. However, it is a powerful weapon against evil as can be seen by the following portion of the blessing said by the priest found in the Roman Ritual. Almighty and everlasting God, we humbly implore you, in your immeasurable kindness and love, to bless (+) this salt which you created and gave to the use of mankind, so that it may become a source of health for the minds and bodies of all who make use of it. May it rid whatever it touches or sprinkles of all uncleanness, and protect it from every assault of evil spirits. Through Christ our Lord. ****Crucifix**** Another very powerful sacramental that is more typically found in our homes is the crucifix. Not only does a crucifix remind us of the great love that God had for us, but it also is a strong deterrent to spiritual enemies. The crucifix is the bane of Satan’s existence and is the sign of everything that he despises. It is beneficial to have a crucifix in every room in your house (or apartment) so that you can frequently meditate on Jesus’ great sacrifice of love as well as have an image to remind you what you need to focus on during times of temptation. Here are two prayers of blessing a crucifix in the Roman Ritual which sum up all the reasons we need them in our homes. Holy Lord, almighty Father, everlasting God, be pleased to bless + this cross, that it may be a saving help to mankind. Let it be the support of faith, an encouragement to good works, the redemption of souls; and let it be consolation, protection, and a shield against the cruel darts of the enemy; through Christ our Lord. Lord Jesus Christ, bless + this cross by which you snatched the world from Satan’s grasp, and on which you overcame by your suffering the tempter to sin, who rejoiced in the first man’s fall in eating of the forbidden tree. Here it is sprinkled with holy water. May this cross be hallowed in the name of the Father, + and of the Son, + and of the Holy + Spirit; and may all who kneel and pray before this cross in honor of our Lord find health in body and soul; through Christ our Lord.

Prayers for Peace "He causes wars to end throughout the earth. He breaks the bow and snaps the spear; he burns the shields with fire. 'Be still, and know that I am God! I will be honored by every nation. I will be honored throughout the world.'" (Psalm 46:9–10 NLT) Breathe a prayer for the world right now as tensions escalate in Ukraine. May God’s peace reign between Russia and Ukraine, and may the situation come to a peaceful resolution soon. A true leader is not emotional. A true leader know how to give up a fight na hindi mo kayang ipanalo upang maisalba mo ang libu-libong buhay. A TRUE LEADER WILL NOT LEAD HIS PEOPLE TO SUICIDE. A TRUE LEADER WILL NOT STAND FOR WHAT HE THINK IS RIGHT kung kapalit nito ang kaligtasan ng milyun-milyong sibilyan Sila ang inaapi ng Russia kaya sila ang bida at lahat tayo ay nakiki-simpatya, but it does not mean na isasawalang bahala na natin ang katoyohanan na maari naman sanang maiwasan ang giyerang ito kung nilunok lang sana niya ang kanyang pride at ginaya ang ginawa ng Estados Unidos last year laban sa Taliban ng Afghanistan. Let us also pray for our world leaders to respond in wisdom. May they be guided by compassion, godly counsel, and a sound mind as they find peaceful solutions to the conflict. Pray also for the safety of all civilians who are currently caught in the situation. Ultimately, let us declare God's divine intervention, and let us be in faith that in the midst of any crisis, God is able to bring forth peace and healing. May the gospel of Jesus be a light in the midst of these dark times.

How I fixed my body clock, especially sleeping time No, I'm not an expert in sleep medicine. But my responses are based on what I've discussed with my doctor. What I will state is the substance of what the doctor was telling me, but I cannot remember all of the specifics. Consequently, I will not be claiming 100% accuracy. Having said that, I've heard that it takes the average person between 10 and 12 minutes to drift off to sleep. It is possible that you have narcolepsy if you fall asleep in less than two minutes. This means that trying to fall asleep in one minute might be something you'd like to attempt. Nevertheless, it's possible you have a medical problem that requires more investigation. ***Overtired driving*** is exemplified by snoozing while in control of a vehicle. It's said to be just as risky as driving while intoxicated. You know how it is when you've driven for a while and then suddenly realize that you have no recollection of passing certain landmarks or exits? It's a little frightening. But that's what you're looking for if you want to fall asleep in a matter of seconds. In order to obtain a good night's sleep, you must make all of the preparations that everyone tells you to do. This includes utilizing oils and special lamps, as well as listening to soothing music and turning off the lights. To put it another way, how quickly can you fall asleep? After turning out the lights, I began taking my measurements as soon as I hit the snooze button. But if your thoughts are racing and you can't sleep, then something is wrong. But if you're able to fall asleep in a matter of minutes, you're at the right place. In the event that you can't get to sleep and still feel alert, you can benefit from following some of the routines that others have suggested. It doesn't matter which one you choose. *When it comes to sleeping, I'm usually able to fall asleep in less than two minutes most of the time. There are times when it's a pleasure, but I'm finding that I'm wasting away my life. When I was having problems going to sleep at night because of the stresses of the day, I employed the following techniques:* Breathing slowly in and out while I say each letter of the alphabet back-and-forth (A-Z, B-Y, C-W, etc.). Just starting over was how I dealt with mistakes or losing my place. It was quite helpful to me. When my eyes feel heavy, I read stories of faith and inspiration for around 10 to 15 minutes. **Listening to classical music** (especially Beethoven) on my iPod before going to bed helped me sleep better since I could focus on it and slowly drift back to sleep if I woke up in the middle of the night. Remembering that everything would work out and that I was more than capable of dealing with the stresses in my life helped me get through the difficult period in my life. I'd focus on the kinds of dreams I wanted to have in my head. Turning off the negative self-talk allowed me to focus on my strengths instead of my faults. *It's helpful to imagine that each of your anxieties may be stored in a mental box that can be locked when you are done. Remind yourself that you will return to your troubles in the morning and that they, too, require sleep. The chest can be thrown into the water to let go of any unnecessary worry.* To help you get to sleep earlier, I'll tell you the finest trick I know. Keep yourself active on a daily basis. Overworking yourself will make it easy to fall asleep at the end of the day. Assume you've been putting in a lot of time and effort for a long period of time and it's finally done. Let me know why you can't sleep. Every day should be like this. I sincerely hope that this was helpful.

Please soak your feet first Why are strokes usually more in bathrooms? The right rule of bathing Strokes are usually high in bathrooms because when we enter the bathroom we soak our head and hair first which is not supposed to be. This is a wrong approach. In this way, if you water the head at first, the blood rises to the head quickly and the arteries can be torn together. As a result, stroke happens and then falling to the ground. *A report published in the Journal of Canada's Medical Association said the risks that were previously predicted due to stroke or mini stroke, in fact the risk is longer lasting and even more dangerous*. According to multiple studies around the world, the cases of death or paralysis due to stroke during bath is increasing day by day. According to doctors, one should take a bath by following some rules while bathing. If you don't take bath following the right rules, you can die too. Shouldn't soak your head and hair first while bathing. Because blood circulation in human body is at a certain temperature. Body temperature takes a while to adjust to outside temperature. According to doctors, water on the head first increases the speed of blood circulation. The risk of stroke may also increase at that time. *Excessive blood pressure can tear the brain arteries.* Got to ***soak the feet first.*** Then slowly soak up shoulder upwards. Mouth will be watering then. At the end of everyone should water their head. This method must be followed by those with high blood pressure, high cholesterol and migraine. Must inform this information to elderly parents and relatives.

How she healed from her trauma Every day, we learn more and more about how to heal from trauma. It's my life's work to assist others overcome it, and it's a thrill to see the transformations that occur. Trauma robs us of our sense of well-being and happiness. Recovering from it is of the utmost importance. Getting your life back after a traumatic event is the ultimate goal of recovery. Trauma disrupts your body, mind, memory, perception, mood, responses, and other aspects of your personality, such as your sense of self-awareness and identity, as well as many other parts of your brain, temperament, and physical body. To heal, all of those components must be taken care of. The first step is to reestablish your cognitive faculties and return to a state of balance. In trauma texts, that portion is called "regulation and stabilization." Many of the issues, such as reactivity, mood, and the ability to be in the present, are addressed in this section. *Another phase is to build up one's ability to bounce back from adversity. As a result, I refer to this process as "resourcing," because it aids the client in gathering both internal and external assets that will be necessary for confronting painful memories. They might be referred to as social and emotional, respectively. You'll need them later on to rewire your brain and rewrite your story.* A variety of steps involving cognition, movement, emotion, bodily sensations, recognition of components and triggers, and memory reconsolidation must be completed before reprogramming may begin. "Processing" is a common term used to describe this phase of treatment in most approaches. That removes the negative impact of the memories from your system and provides you with the ability to observe the present without reference to the past. **Rebuilding your self-esteem and self-confidence** is an additional step you should take. In order to do so, you may need to grieve the things you've lost as a result of the trauma. A rewrite of your story is required in addition to these first two processes. As long as a trauma victim's mental narrative isn't changed, the brain will return to the worst elements of the experience, re-traumatizing the sufferer and erasing the progress made in previous steps. While it's vital to heal some of the harm done to your relationships, it's also important to build up your sense of self-awareness, self-confidence, and competence. It is not only feasible, but also enjoyable to recover from trauma. The vast majority of people who are able to do so go on to lead extraordinary and rewarding lives.

Please be aware Please don't suffocate this sensation of affection. Because of love, you become a better person. In the absence of love, hatred can have the most detrimental effects on your mind and body. The decision to be single is solely yours. Don't base your decision on what your parents are going through in their lives. To what extent your parents' lives are what they are is directly related to their responses and reactions to your connection. I'm well aware of the power parents wield over their children. But deciding to remain single for the rest of your life is simply a way to avoid a circumstance that may or may not arise in the near future. Despite the fact that life can be unpredictable, it doesn't imply that it has no good in store for us in the future. And how can you be so certain that history (the life of your parents) will repeat itself in your case? Be optimistic about the future. A beautiful girl makes your heart flutter only because your inner self isn't happy with your decision to be alone. Never assume you will be a lousy parent. How can you say that? Are you some sort of soothsayer who can precisely forecast future events? If you believe what I say, eventually you may look back and regret not entering into a relationship. **Let yourself be who you are**. You can always trust your intuition since it will never mislead you. You only get one shot at this life. Make the most of every moment. If you wish to remain single, then keep your mind occupied with worthwhile endeavors. I believe that it is the only way to keep it from wasting its time pondering. You don't have to strive to put an end to these romantic feelings. The desire to have a beautiful woman as a partner is as natural to a person as breathing. Therefore, if you experience feelings of love whenever you see a woman, please keep in mind that this is merely an attraction and desire to be with a beautiful woman. There is a lot of confusion between these two. In order to avoid being the worst parent to your child due to the fact that your own parents were the worst, you may simply try not to be the worst parent to your child and offer them everything that you didn't get. To answer your question, you can focus on anything else to distract yourself from the love feeling.

Is it okay to quit? Is it appropriate to leave a job after only a month? It's ordinary. I work as a hostess in a posh eatery I despise my job and coworkers. But I'm stumped. Quit now. Then again, no one will throw a fit or go into a funk when you inform them you're going. *Your apprehension about quitting shows this is your first real-life job. You also need to appear nice and smile at people if you are a hostess.* That you have to be at work at a certain time and stay there for a long period of time without any breaks is probably the source of your displeasure with the job and the other people. Possible that things get chaotic at times, with multiple clients arriving almost simultaneously, and you're unsure how to handle it all. Most people don't like waiting, especially when they've reserved a time slot. Hello, grown-up world. In other words, you can't just do whatever you want, whenever you want. People stop telling you how great you are, how much fun you are, or how they "just want to talk". There are those that want you to accomplish something beneficial, regardless of how you feel or if you are having fun. Nobody has time to stop and chat or try to cheer you up. That you are harassed or overburdened is irrelevant. Or if someone gets angry, brusque, or presses you when you're busy. Contrary to popular belief, being a hostess is a rather easy profession. People skills and the capacity to function in a chaotic environment are required to execute this profession. The skills you lack now will be acquired quickly. You dislike the individuals around you since they are not like the school pals. Nobody has time for you, and they don't want to chat about the topics you normally discuss. Most of them are adults now or soon will be. Not only do they not think like children, but they also do not care about the vast majority of issues that children deem crucial. That they are unfriendly and treat you like a child may just your perception. Maybe they think that's what they see. As a result, I perceive a shift in you from a child to an adult. You get no help, no sympathy, no assistance from anyone. As a result, you want to flee from the uncomfortable situation. Where to run? Getting hired now is difficult. People will assume you are a bad hire if they learn you only lasted one month at your previous employment. They'll also ask what you can do except smile and look beautiful for them. Having no expertise confirms that you are unsuitable for their company. Your parents won't always be there for you They'll become tired of hearing no one else wants you. Of course, you could marry a young man who has a job and let you remain home all day — but those days are long gone now. For most, the best they can hope for is a shack up. That is, until you start moaning or demanding a better life. Then you're jobless and homeless. **Regrettably**, learning to adjust to your job's schedule and demands is by far the smartest thing you can do. And to be grateful for a work that allows you to mature. You will learn how to handle your job within a few months, no matter how demanding it may be. How to keep everyone satisfied, no matter how many people demand your attention at once. If you work with enough people for a year, you will learn how to make friends with co-workers. But you'll cherish these new friendships much more than your old ones. If you don't want to do housework and You seem to be struggling more than most in this time of transition and growth. But you have no alternative but to persevere and do your best to regain a productive track of your life. ***Best wishes***. Keep in touch and send us an update in a year or so.

Why songs makes me cry Not all songs make us cry. Songs are either created to tell a tale about how the writer feels or to express a feeling. It could be a joyous feeling, a sense of loss, love, or madness, among others. All of these are sensed in a song, and when you connect with it, it has the ability to elevate your emotions to a greater level. No, the reason songs make us cry is entirely dependent on the writer's choice of words and the reaction and emotion evoked by them. Additionally, it is determined on the tone with which it is sung. For instance, a depressing song about loneliness cannot be accompanied by a cheerful tone of voice. **It is based on the writer's expression intended to be exerted on the singer in order to reach out to the listener's heart**. While a writer may produce lyrics that are emotionally charged, when they are delivered incorrectly by the singer, the message is misconstrued. Certain songs can move you to tears simply by witnessing the vocalist's expressions, even if the singer has a poor vocal quality, and they can also divert your attention and concentration simply by listening to them... *A song's quality is determined by how well it is sung, articulated, and experienced by the listener.* *A song is another technique of communicating with the souls and emotions of the audience*... Music, more than any other art form, is a source of nourishment for the intellect. It is capable of inducing powerful and vivid images in the listener's brain and eliciting emotions that are simply not elicited by other forms of media. While films, paintings, video games, and sculptures can all convey meaning and elicit empathy in the audience, music is the only medium that can conjure up memories of a lost friend or relative, and a song about being young and wild can evoke bittersweet nostalgia for your adolescent years and the people you met along the way. **None of this is repulsive**. Being moved by art demonstrates one's humanity. Those who assert that they are not are either lying or purposefully limiting themselves access to art that would effect them. If you cry when music makes you ponder, you are capable of comprehending art. Accept it. By the way, your age, gender, race, and orientation are entirely immaterial. Music has an effect on everyone, regardless of their identity. Tears should not only be viewed as a representation of grief or sadness; they should also be viewed as a symbol of true passion erupting; when the heart feels alive, it expands and fills the eyes. I cry (a lot) whenever I hear my National Anthem, even the song, and it's not because of anguish or sadness; it's because of the love and passion it arouses in me; it makes me feel ALIVE. *You stated that it occurs most frequently with instrumental music. If you have a liking for it or become quite interested in it, what occurs is fairly normal*. Apart from the tone, another reason would be that, as humans, we have a natural tendency to identify with the words of almost every song we listen to, and if the songs you listen to are sad, it's very NORMAL to cry. **Don't worry, it's quite normal in either case; I know many such folks, myself included.** I hope you found the answer you sought:)

How to stress-free yourself? Nowadays, mortality rates, particularly suicide rates, are steadily growing. The cause is straightforward: we began taking everything personally instead of disregarding it. We began putting a lot of pressure on ourselves, whether it was career-related stress, exam-related stress, or bad comments from others. However, we have no idea who those who constantly criticize us are. While there are other reasons for our stress, the following are the primary ones: As adolescents, we have all been concerned with a variety of school and college assignments. When we are subjected to this kind of stress, our minds begin to erupt and we become trapped in the same place. We began to think only in terms of the lines we were sketching. Nobody except ourselves draws the lines. Many teenagers are stressed out about their education, and the consequences of being stressed can kill you. After overcoming academic problems, we are out of work for a long time after we finish school. The stress of being unemployed or having a business that is not performing as expected. The stress of being jobless is more perilous than at any other stage in life. We are all more concerned with our current and future lives at this stage. As others have stated, this phase determines the course of our lives. The truth is that no single portion of our lives can determine how they will unfold. Even if many of us have work, we remain miserable as a result of not following our passions and dreams. This is the primary reason why individuals experience depression even when they have a collared job. When you are in debt and have unpaid bills, unpaid possession installments, unpaid home loan installments, and so on, these bills and installments will never be paid. Expenses would continue until our demise. because the requirements for all required objects in today's society will never be met. However, putting yourself under constant worry about it is not a solution either. We can cut back on some things, but that does not mean we have to stop loving our lives and stressing about them all the time. The stress associated with romantic failure; it is difficult to maintain a relationship.Self-esteem loss, conflicts and confrontations, annoyance, and bearing the rage of others all contribute to mental stress. Constant quarrels over little and insignificant matters contribute to a great deal of anxiety and stress. We may overcome this stress and anxiety simply by making basic and necessary efforts such as discussing each other's specific grievances, attempting to understand each other's concerns, and showing greater respect for each other's choices. We can overcome our stress with love for our love. *Apart from that, there are a variety of reasons why we feel melancholy, including body shaming, racism, not belonging to a higher caste, people teasing us about our habits, and not wearing branded clothing. However, the only way to resolve all of these issues is to stop taking things personally, to work outside the lines, to pursue your passion, and, lastly, to believe in yourself.*

How to heal from a broken heart If I advise, "***Stop thinking about them,***" I may be terribly wrong because I am currently going through the same thing, though I am healing quickly!! ****It's not easy to forget!**** Humans are dependent on attachment, and attachment is what causes pain when it is broken! *Why am I recovering so quickly? Because my relationship ended in hatred (albeit I don't hate him anymore).* I was duped, and anytime I think about him, I believe he didn't deserve me!! I am deserving of someone who will repay my efforts on an equal footing. Thus, there are several ways to mend a shattered heart: • **Maintain** a laser-like focus on your objective! Concentrate on what you want to accomplish right now (professionally). Put in the effort!! You must achieve success. • **Grow as an individual!!**You can develop yourself in a variety of ways. You can improve your abilities. You can acquire new knowledge. And believe me, when you look back on this time period, you will not be disappointed. • **Fall madly in love with yourself!**!Self-love is critical. You should accept yourself and understand that your heart requires someone who can keep it peaceful and loving, not someone who will break it! Self-care, spending time with oneself, and getting to know oneself are essential components of growth!! • **Do not seek love**!!Indeed, they say: "Do not seek love; love will find you in the most unexpected places!" Yes, instead of focusing on finding the perfect mate, focus on your connection with yourself. And one day, when your focus is shifted away from finding love, love will find you! • **Have fun**!!There is no reason to feel guilty about being happy if you are broken! Indulge in activities that bring you joy. Distract yourself by going out. • **Hope**!! Hope is the most powerful thing... just hope that everything works out for the best, which it will!! I understand that all of this may appear challenging at first. And it's **acceptable** to be upbeat and productive one day and depressed the next! It's all part of the process. **Believe in the process**; it may seem impossible at the moment, but it will feel better. After you **find people** who have the same aura and vibe as you, just keep on growing and becoming the best version of yourself that you can be! **Believe me**, time is valuable and nobody is going to inquire about the cause of your unsuccessful life!! **Be successful** by concentrating on yourself. Love is an integral part of life, and finding the right one will improve everything! Simply try to breathe and enjoy. ***Lastly, It's acceptable to miss that person, but learn to love yourself a little bit more!***

Reasons why I love Baguio When you climb a mountain, it gets colder and colder. This is a more pertinent query, in my opinion. The simple answer is provided here. A mountain's summit will be colder than its base because of lower pressure at higher elevations. " The pressure lowers as the air rises. At higher elevations, the decreased pressure makes the air less dense, which results in colder temperatures. Nearly all of Baguio City is above sea level, with a height ranging from 950 to 1650 meters. Baguio City is 10 degrees cooler than La Union, which is a low-lying province about 1.5 hours west of Baguio City. This is because the temperature drops 6.5 degrees centigrade per 1,000 meters, which is why the temperature drops 10 degrees. Beautiful Baguio is a great place to visit. Even though it's one of the Philippines' coldest and wettest regions, it's still quite warm by American standards. So far, I've only needed a jacket twice in the two years since I moved here from Kansas (where subzero winters are common), so expect to sweat even when locals are buttoned up in their warmest winter clothing unless you are from the deep American south. There's a saying among the locals that Baguio is known for its frigid weather, but its people have warm hearts. The part about the frigid temperature is debatable, but the bit about the warm hearts is unquestionable. Overall, the Philippines is kind, but Baguio hugs you from the moment you arrive and won't let go. Here, I've met people I'd like to keep in touch with indefinitely. Every type of creative person can be found here, from young kids who are digitally savvy to college professors, film makers, and singers and artists. There are many colleges and universities in the city of Baguio. As far as I can tell, the cowboy style is a huge part of our culture. There may be some rambling here, since my pain medicines have just kicked in. **Friendliness** is exemplified by a group of young freelance web developers who asked me to stay with them while they figured out how to get me about town while I was having problems with my previous accommodations. Then, during a super hurricane, they literally carried me to the doctor and hospital so I could be treated. If you're a tourist from the United States, the Megatower apartment complex is a good spot to start. It is located in the heart of the city, near to everything you may want or need (including the local mall). On the other hand, even if I adore this place, there are drawbacks. Infrastructure, or lack thereof, is the first issue. For those without a water heater (but who can't use a shower heater for under $200), you'll have to get used to boiling or purifying your water, or buy it in 5-gallon jugs if you don't have access to a water storage facility. (For a five-gallon jug, we pay about 60 cents plus a two-dollar deposit.) Electricity is generally dependable, but expect outages about once a month. Additionally, there's the Internet. Taxis and jeepers are inexpensive. *Traffic. Hmm. I felt that having driven in NYC would help me adjust to driving in this country. No, it didn't work like that at all. While the air quality is poor, it's not as severe as it is in the capital city of Manila, Philippines*. The parks and the food are excellent. But, uh, most of the pizza here isn't for you. If you want a slice of American pizza, Red Rustiks is your best bet. " If you are used to eating them, donuts and dairy products will taste strange to you. **Now that the painkillers have taken effect, I'll stop. In general, Baguio is a fantastic city.**

How sad she was "My spouse died two years ago, and I've been really unhappy since then," a girl once confessed to me.Despite my best efforts, I'm unable to emerge from this situation. I instructed her to sit in silence for five minutes and write down ten things she used to do two years ago, then urged her to repeat this process. Among other things, she mentioned that I was a dance instructor and that I frequently went out to dinner with friends on Saturday nights and took an hour-long walk with my wife and another friend on the weekends. She also said that I liked making jokes with coworkers at work and talking with old school friends from time to time. When she was finished, I asked her to mark the activities that she was still engaged in by drawing circles around them. That was all she said. Because of this, she had to complete these tasks for the next 10 days and then meet me on Day 11 of that time period to discuss them further. A large smile spread across her face as she walked into my room on the eleventh day. She appeared to be in good health and had a youthful glow about her. This woman told me that after so many days of feeling down and unhappy, her joy had returned to her. If you want to be happy, you'll have to work for it. **To put it another way, "Happiness comes only from knowing what things make you happy and doing them on a regular basis." For some people, a morning workout or breathing exercise program brings them joy. They're good to go for the rest of the day. Certain people find great joy in spending time alone or in nature. Do some self-examination to learn more about who you really are. Your likes, dislikes, and what truly makes you happy are all things to consider. Don't copy other people's behaviors. Your precious time will be wasted, and you will feel guilty about it later. You must discover how you prefer to spend your free time and perform it as if it were a sacred rite.** **Also, wasting time on a cell phone will not make you happy**.

I am losing interest on playing It used to be a truly magical experience, but for some reason, it no longer holds any enchantment for me. My feelings are exactly the same as yours. For a long time, I considered playing video games as one of my favorite pastimes. Having a new game to play was a joy. It was a joy to play for the first time. When I finally finished it, it was a piece of cake, but the thought of it being over filled me with dread. *When I was nearing the end of my twenties, this all began to shift. I'd still buy the same number of games, but I'd have a hard time actually playing them. Trying to put my finger on what was holding me back was impossible. I had plenty of time on my hands. It's not that I didn't have other things to do. Everything about it felt wrong. At the time, I was annoyed since I had just spent $50 or more on a brand-new game that I had yet to play.* After making a few changes, I was able to rediscover my passion: **To avoid the hassle of dealing with CDs, I opted to solely purchase digital downloads. If you don't have a bunch of shrink-wrapped games littering your house, it's much easier to buy-and-forget.** Only games I knew I would enjoy were purchased, and they were primarily sequels to my favorite series that I had already played. Perhaps after they've received fantastic ratings from the press. Rather than buying games for the newest consoles, I'd dig through my collection of old consoles. Until recently, I had never owned a Sega Saturn. **Games** that demand a lot of time have lost their appeal to me. Eighteen to twenty hours is more than enough time. In any case, whether I give up after a few minutes or several hours, I don't mind not finishing a game. Limiting the number of games I buy ensures that I don't feel like I'm throwing money down the drain. I prefer to play games on an easy difficulty setting. Playing games is like watching or reading a novel to me, rather than attempting to get everything out of it. I'm a big fan of a good tale and strive to avoid becoming bored with the same level over and over again. I don't spend as much time playing video games as I used to, but I still enjoy them. ***This means that you should expect to experience a wide range of mood swings when it comes to your interests. Keeping up with a favorite pastime as you grow older may require you to reassess what you appreciate about it and how it fits into your life.***

Booster shots This is a common misunderstanding. There are a number of factors to consider, including your age, health condition (especially anything that makes you immunocompromised), and the type of work you do, all of which might increase your risk of contracting the virus. You should also tell us which vaccines you've had and how long ago (> 6 months). In addition to third and "booster" shots, there is a distinction between the two. People with compromised immune systems can receive a Pfizer "booster" injection, and a follow-up shot can be given four weeks after the first, according to the FDA and CDC. It may require three shots, four weeks apart, to build up a strong enough immune system. As of today, Pfizer's "third shots" and "boosters" are equal in terms of efficacy. After receiving an email from my local CVS and Walgreen's pharmacies inquiring about my health, I decided to have a Moderna "third injection" due to the fact that I am 70 years old, have an unresectable cancer, and have had the vaccine 7 months before this. In contrast to Pfizer, Moderna's "booster" may not wane as quickly because its normal dose is three times stronger than Pfizer's. In hindsight, I wish that I had waited to take my third Moderna shot, which may have "enhanced" three people.   "Vaccine elitism" or "global equity" is, in my opinion, a distraction. Because vaccine hesitancy-or-refusal is so widespread in the United States, the number of vaccines that are thrown away each week has increased dramatically since they became available. To begin with, theoretically (and rationally), everyone on the planet should be immunized, but practical challenges make it difficult to provide the doses to those who need them most. Corruption, dictatorships, warring ethnic factions, rudimentary infrastructure, etc. Much like the adage "the perfect is an enemy of the excellent," "the ideal is frequently an adversary of what is feasible." Unfortunately, this is the case.   Also, the vast majority of unvaccinated Americans are not unvaccinated because of a lack of access to vaccines, but of mistrust (of government and the medical system), misinformation, disinformation, and political tribalism. Neither you nor your supporters are denying any of these people their opportunity to play

Exercise everyday, for better healthy day When your stomach is empty, weight loss and fat burning. The ideal time to go is in the early hours of the morning. Aerobic workouts are more likely to use fat stores for energy in the morning, and you may train your body to become more efficient at doing so. Aside from losing weight, you are also "burning fat," which is even more exciting. A great idea in theory can be a pain in the ass if you force yourself into a situation in which you bonk.   *However, unless you're training at a high intensity or covering a long distance, you won't exhaust your energy reserves and crash. Even low-intensity exercise on an empty stomach has additional benefits when performed early in the morning. The morning low-intensity workout is why P90X Doubles and other similar programs do it.*   That lower intensity workout in P90X Doubles is a strength session, and hence necessitates additional nutritional considerations to maximize recovery. As a result of your body's inability to store protein, doing strength training before a meal will throw your body into a catabolic state, making muscle growth more difficult. A protein smoothie like Beachbody Performance Recover or a protein-rich meal can easily remedy the situation. Take a half hour after your workout to eat something high in protein.     When your glycogen reserves are depleted,   **Best for**: Increasing one's aerobic capacity, particularly one's endurance capacity. **When to go**: late morning, early afternoon, or early evening.   If you start your workout with a full tank of muscle and liver glycogen, the stored form of glucose, your body can perform harder and longer. Consumption of carbohydrate-rich foods replenishes glycogen, which is rapidly depleted during physical exertion and mental effort. Your blood sugar levels rise and fall depending on how much food you eat during the day. Consequently, and depending on your eating habits, your body is most likely ready to work out at its best later in the day or in the evening after eating.   **Glycogen** can be stored in your body during the night, allowing you to wake up in the morning and train without eating. However, this is only a theoretical situation. Recovering from the day's activities, especially if you're training hard and not eating much, can burn off glycogen.   *As a result, early morning exercises might lead to "the bonk," which is what happens when your body runs low on glycogen. You lose the ability to work out aerobically, and you feel like you've hit a wall.*   Although it's not one of those "**good pain** " moments, you will experience it at some point in your life. Whenever this happens, it's best not to try to force the issue. Instead of wasting time and money on a new diet and/or fitness routine, you should cut your losses and begin the healing process.   During this time, your body temperature rises to its highest point.   Strengthening one's body Late afternoon or evening is the best time. *You may have stiffness and a lack of flexibility in the morning because your body temperature drops while you sleep. Because your vertebrae are filled with fluid while you sleep, they're more vulnerable to injury when you wake up. In either case, wait at least an hour after awakening before you begin pumping iron or engaging in exercises that require you to stretch your spine (such as crunches). It's even better if you can wait until later in the day to get in a workout*.   This is the reason: throughout the day, your core temperature rises, reaching a zenith between **4:00 and 6:00 p.m**. Studies in the Scandinavian Journal of Medicine & Science in Sports show that muscle strength and power increase along with it. Exercise-induced testosterone production increases are greatest in the late afternoon and early evening, according to Scottish researchers, when   **Finally**, if you want to maximize strength gains, it's ideal to schedule your workouts towards the end of the day, or even over your lunch break. "Temporal specificity," which contends that your body will adapt to be at its strongest when you regularly exercise at specific times of day, is an ever-present but in this scenario. In the beginning, strength training in the late afternoon may be good for you, but it's better to do it now rather than later.

My life could The story of your life will ultimately be how you learned to walk with yourself, what you learned you needed to carry, how you came to befriend yourself, even despite all you’ve been through. It will be how you mended the space between your heart and mind, forgave your shortcomings and became all you were meant to be. It will be how you learned to take care of yourself, even when you thought you didn’t deserve it. It will be how you found your rhythms, your routines, how you found the unique impact you alone could make on the world — or at least, your own little universe. It was never truly about who would walk with you or approve of you or tell you that you are enough. When your heart is empty, there is no amount of external affirmation that can fill it up. The love story you have spent your life waiting for is the one where you learn to open your soul to yourself, where you become your own hero, your own guide, your own peace. The love story was always you and you.

In such a situation, provided she has any sense at all, she will run as quickly as possible.**   "**I love you**" is a significant statement.   It usually occurs once the relationship has developed sufficiently. It typically occurs only when you are assured that it will be welcomed warmly, or at the absolute least, will not have the chilling impact that an unexpected occurrence is certain to have. It usually occurs only when you suspect she is concealing facts on the same subject from you. While I am not a relationship expert, I have fought a few fights for love. The agony of unrequited love (or infatuation) is painful. It frequently results in the person feeling those sentiments becoming terribly wounded, suffering almost uncontrollable envy, and coining the phrase "eating your heart out." That is not how love is defined. That is how limerence is defined (look it up). Stalker is the closest station. It's a perilous route, my friend, and almost never leads to the intended result.   **Rather than that, you should instead perform the following: To begin with, regain your composure. You are not head over heels in love with her. You're in love with her. You have fallen in love. You're treating her sexually as if she were an object. Objectification This must change. Remain calm; she is a unique individual with her own thoughts and feelings. She is not a property.**   Inviting her on a date is a good idea. If she is uninterested, you must accept this and continue.   *If she's taken aback, simply follow her solid dating advice. Discover who she is, what she values, and what she seeks. Listen. Take care not to transfer your aspirations to her responses to inquiries. Keep an eye out for "signs." Interpretation is strictly prohibited. Avoid too much thought. Simply listen to what is said and accept it. If she is fascinated, she will make her feelings known on the second or third date, if you make it that far.* As a result, should you inform your neighbor of your feelings for her? Certainly not! Unless you're already well-established in the dating scene, in which case you're the only one who can evaluate whether this is the best course of action. Given that you're enquiring about random online strangers rather than her, I suppose it's not at that level). As a result, NO, NO, and NO 1,000 times!!!

My idea on playing games while earning Who does not enjoy playing games? Everyone is correct! It would be more enjoyable if you had the opportunity to make money while playing the game. Numerous online games offer us the opportunity to earn money, but Earn pin, in my opinion, is the best online game for players to earn some decent money. Users can win real money in this game by playing it three times before the game expires. The "best of three" strategy is used in this game, and it's good for people of all ages because it appeals to everyone. The majority of us have reservations about the transaction process on any online gaming website. Earnpin ensures payment by Paytm, Google Pay, and Phone Pay, among others, making this game more user-friendly and popular. Now, you may earn a substantial amount of real money simply by playing Earnpin. *Nowadays, money earned through online gaming is not a joke. It still doesn't get the attention it deserves because it is kept at arm's length.* For many senior citizens, the thought of making money while gaming is diametrically opposed to reality. They will tell you to "get a real job" or "that is not a career." Yes. Nowadays, there are opportunities to earn money doing just about anything. However, I would not consider it a long-term strategy. *There are people who make a living teaching others how to win popular games, with some making more than six figures. They often get tired and the games lose popularity over time.* Then there are individuals that play for others and sell their accounts. However, if you are detected, your account will be cancelled. You may work for software companies, looking for flaws or errors or performing penetration testing; some of these occupations pay rather well. The final category is playing for money and prizes. Personally, I believe it is not worth the hassle since you never know whether a corporation will be around to pay out or if there are a million others following the same pipe dream. While spending time on a phone is typical, what about properly maximizing time spent on mobile apps? Rather than spending time on a mobile phone, playing gaming apps enables individuals to make money and boost their productivity in comparison to others. Although you will not earn enough money to quit your job, you will earn some extra money on the side. Additionally, you can use the funds to fund savings accounts. **Finally, there are scams. Just because some games allow you to win money lawfully does not mean that all games are authentic. Be cautious and use your discretion**

Is solana legit? Solana is one of the most rapidly programmable blockchains available in crypto at the moment. Another thing to note: It's one of the many coins being looked at as possible successors to the Ethereum (ETH) throne. If you're unfamiliar with the term "programmable blockchain," let's begin by examining the technology that powers Bitcoin (BTC)—a non-programmable blockchain. It's a massive, tamper-resistant, decentralized ledger that keeps track of transactions. It lets individuals send and receive money without using a third party, such as a bank. Programmable blockchains are a different animal. They are capable of storing minuscule amounts of code known as smart contracts. These can be designed to perform certain activities when the contract's requirements are met. For instance, if you hire a car, the dealership may establish a smart contract that will automatically refund your deposit if the automobile is returned in excellent condition. Alternatively, a farmer's insurance plan might cover him or her if there are certain types of bad weather. Ethereum was the world's first programmable blockchain, attracting a large number of developers who utilized it to create decentralized apps (dApps). However, it has become a victim of its own success; the network is clogged as a result of the high volume of traffic. Additionally, its fees have increased, and it has a huge carbon footprint. A significant upgrade to Eth2 is now being developed to remedy these vulnerabilities, but it will not be fully implemented until at least 2022. As a result, multiple new programmable blockchains are vying for market share with Ethereum. They are built from the ground up to be faster, cheaper, and more sustainable. And Solana is the quickest of all of them. **How quickly does Solana move?** Solana is capable of processing up to 50,000 transactions per second (TPS). Indeed, it states that the figure might go as high as 700,000 TPS as the network expands. To put that into context, Ethereum processes between 15 and 45 TPS at the moment. Visa reports that their payment system conducts approximately 24,000 transactions every second. This is critical because if cryptocurrencies are ever to compete as a payment method, they must at the very least match Visa's speed. **Should you purchase it?** If you're purchasing Solana in the hope of another 100 percent increase next month, you might want to reconsider. While Solana may be a sound long-term investment, investing with the expectation of making a quick buck is never a sensible idea. In place of that, look at the basics and use them to compare Solana to other investment options. Due to the fact that it is relatively new, it is impossible to examine historical performance. However, it has a competent management team and has attracted respected investors. And the Solana network now includes almost 400 projects. Serum, Chainlink, USDC (the Circle stablecoin), and Audius are all well-known in the cryptocurrency community.
