This article is about the justification of work. The justification is a quote from the movie, The Matrix. This quote is often used to justify laziness and lack of work ethic. It is also used to justify not celebrating even if you have accomplished something great.
The justification can be seen as a way to justify one's own laziness or lack of work ethic by using the excuse that they are not really doing anything and therefore don't need to do anything else.
It is also an excuse for those who are too lazy to celebrate their accomplishments because they feel like they did not work hard enough for them in the first place.
There are many social media influencers who have a lot of followers on Instagram. However, they are not learning any skills to help their career grow in the future. They have lost their passion for what they were doing and seem to be just waiting for the time when they became irrelevant in this industry.

It is not rocket science to see that the current working culture of these corporate companies are something that people do not fall in love with it. Hence, they are either looking for other job opportunities or simply wasting time at work without any personal development.
People are not happy with their current jobs and they are not investing time in themselves. They are also not learning new skills either.
No one wants to be stuck in a 9-5 routine, and they want to be able to do something else, but if they don't have the skills and if they have been in the same job for 5 years then it will be harder for them to get a new job.
That is why we see people who are bored at work, people who are completely disengaged, or those who take days off from work because they just can't deal with their job anymore.
The company has nothing to celebrate because it is not growing. It is just going through the same routine with no personal development for the staff members.
It is a common belief that if you are self-employed, you would need to be self-reliant. This means that they should take care of all their needs by themselves. But this is not true, being successful requires a support system and a team to develop your business so it can grow and thrive.
Today, people feel frustrated because they are just wasting their time without any personal development. When people are unhappy, they don't show much enthusiasm to do anything. They go through the motions of doing things but they aren't really invested in anything.
Personal development is the key to success in the future.
The top five areas of personal development are education, physical fitness, spiritual growth, social participation and financial management. All of which are crucial for achieving success in life.
They can put their skills to use in a more efficient way. They can make sure that they are not wasting time on skill sets that they don't have and instead focus on what they are best at - creativity and emotions.
