A leader is one who knows the way, walks and shows the way. My definition of leadership is as follows. Ability and willingness to bring men and women together for a common purpose and character that builds trust. Leadership develops a vision of high convictions, elevates performance to a higher level, and shapes a personality that transcends standards. Rest assured that a few caring and caring citizens can change the world. In fact, this is the only thing that has happened so far. It will be very difficult for the country to see that the leaders are still listening. The most dangerous myth about leadership is that a leader was born. Leadership is that it is genetic. It doesn't make sense. In fact, the opposite is true. Leaders are created, not born. Order means submission. Someone who has not learned to obey cannot be a good leader. Start over.
I think the role of a leader is to produce more leaders, not followers. Effective leadership is not about talking or liking. Leadership is determined by results, not attributes. When the sea is calm, anyone can take the wheel. Great people know how to attract great people and unite them. The best leaders are people who have the intelligence to select good people who can do what they want and enough self-control not to bother them in the process. Leadership is influence. You don't lead by pointing at people and telling them where to go. Come here, fall and run. When I gave the order to the pastor, I asked him to find a way to do it. Men write history, not the other way around. Society is silent without leadership. Progress occurs when courageous and skillful leaders are given the opportunity to improve. People buy from the leader before buying.
