Presenter: good morning, Bieber's, and the welcome to another programme in our series Africa today. Our programme this evening is no the subject of unemployment. There have bee a number of report in the newspaper recently of young people in particular roaming the street of our towns and citis looking for jobs that all too often are just not there. The question we wish to ask tonight is, is unemployment really necessary?' to help us answer his questions, we have a number of different people in the studio to talk to us. First of all. We have a young men we shall call James. Actually this is not his real name : James and reluctant to appear on his programme, and for reasons which will become obvious, only agreed to do so if he could ramain anonymous.
