Polyandry is a system of marriage where a woman marries more than one husband. It has been seen in many countries today.

This system of marriage was and is also been encouraged by some tradition in Africa. It is partially done when a man dies and the wife is been given to another man in the family e.g the Man's son from another mother that is senior to the wife, the Man's junior brother etc.

Today, several cases as been recorded of woman going out of their matrimonial homes to have affair with other men. The polyandry system of marriage is present with us.

Should we support polyandry system of marriage in Nigeria?
