It's ok to feel sad

We need to be able to feel the emotions, but figure out how to not let ourselves fall so deep in that pit where we can’t get out.

It’s unhealthy not to let yourself feel what you need to feel, it just takes a lot to realize that, and then to practice feeling them while still trying to live life and do what we need to to survive and get through each day.

No matter how much you shape your life, depression doesn't fade away, it's not mutually exclusive. Do things and shape whatever you want., but don't claim that sadness doesn't stick, because it does.

I tell my sister it’s okay to feel sad, angry, disappointed, whatever it is - just let us help you figure out how to function and survive through it while you’re feeling it, and don’t treat people like shit while you’re feeling that way, because you’re still in charge of how you act, react, treat others, even when you’re struggling.

Allow yourself being sad but life must go on.
