Ginger is an antibiotic which is good for the human system,ginger helps in cleansing toxins in the blood stream.
Ginger is also good for children, especially children that love taken too much sweet,it prevents them from food contamination.
Ingredients
1.Ginger(2½)
2.lemon(2)
3.sugar(6spoons)
4.water(4cup)
How to prepare
Blend your ginger until it's very smooth,pour it onto a jar or any container add water to it ,mix it very well,then you sieve, squeeze your lemon into it and add your sugar to it, pour it back into a different jar. Your juice is ready for drinking , and I tell you, you will enjoy best when it's refrigerated for few mins(20)
