Well on my opinion the better way is first reduce the party-list. And organization that was processing each of project. So it will not take long the action in any projects. Because it took most of time of the project in processing and the budget already get down before they started to implement it because of many hands goes through before it reach the right hand. Like its this project had 100M then when they handover it on 1st org then 1st org get commision befoe they pass on the next so on and so on till it reach in LGU to be down 10M lol

Do you support the idea of Federalism. In which, LGU has more stake from the local tax instead it go to national treasury. And Local Government will directly distribute the assistance to their constituents?

Thats onebof better idea but not fully supportbthey must first reduce the party-list and make only 3 party so the dynasty thing will be gone and also theres an enough eye for each org to watch it anti, pro, and neutral that what the aspect they need to check
