I noticed some people getting upset that people are making depression and other mental illnesses "trendy" by making memes and jokes about it. How do you cope with your mental illness? Do you eat healthy, stop boozing, get plenty of sleep, clean your nest, stay on top of your therapy and meds, take up hobbies, and all that jazz? Glad you are doing any of those things. Glad it works out for you. Keep it up if you can. But if someone feels incapable of that right now and wants to make a post and get some form of release as well as get a small serotonin dosage from a few laugh reacts then that's okay too. And their content could be relatable to others as well as make them a little bit happier. You can unfollow or unfriend them if it bothers you that much. Sounds like a drastic option but it may be less detrimental to their mental health than you trying to make them feel bad for their coping mechanism.
