Ingredients
Yam
Palm oil
Fresh Pepper & Fresh Tomatoes
Crayfish
Fish or meat (optional)
Pumpkin leaf a.k.a Ugu leaf (optional)
Seasoning
Salt
Procedure
1. Peel & cut yam into smaller pieces
2. Add little quantity of water enough to cook it
3. Wash & put it in a pot
4. Add your blended tomatoes and pepper
5. Add your palm oil
6. Add in your crayfish
7. Add in your seasoning & salt then cook on a low heat till soft and tender
8. Add in ur washed leaf and stir then cook for 1min
Your Yam porridge is ready & can be eaten alongside with soft drink of your choice.
