Ingredients
Fresh Okro
Pepper
Palm oil
Meat,fish or any assorted of choice (optional)
Powdered ginger (optional)
Locust bean (optional)
Seasoning
Salt
Bitterleaf & Pumpkin leaf (optional )
Procedure
1. Heat your palm oil on low heat
2. Put in your washed meat
3. Add Ginger
4. Add locust bean & fry for 2mins then add water
5. Cover & cook till meat is almost cooked
6. Wash your Bitterleaf & add
7. Add your seasoning then cover & cook till meat is soft & tender
8. Add in your chopped/grated Okro & cook it almost done
9. Add in your salt to taste
10. Add in your chopped & washed pumpkin leaf, stir & cook for 2mins
Your soup is ready to be served with any swallow of choice.
