Ingredients
Macaroni
Tomatoes
Pepper
Carrot
Green peas
Onions
Seasoning
Green beans
Vegetable oil
Salt
Meat stock (optional)
Procedure
1. Parboil your macaroni
2. Preheat the vegetable oil on low flame
3. Add in your onions and fry
4. Add in your blended tomatoes and pepper then fry
5. Add in your meat stock or water
6. Add in your seasoning and salt to taste
7. Allow to boil for 2mins
8. Add in your chopped green beans and Peas
9. Add in your parboiled macaroni and stir, cover & cook
10. Add in your chopped carrot a few minutes before it's cooked completely & cover
Your Macaroni Mix is ready to be served with meat or fish & a chill bottle of drink.
