Ingredient
Raw Yam
Vegetable oil
Salt
Sugar (optional)
Procedure
1. Peel, wash & slice the yam into your desired shape
2. Add little Salt & Sugar if desired
3. Preheat the oil on low heat
4. Put the yam in the oil & fry till golden brown turn it to the other side and fry also
5. Continue to fry the remaining yam till the end
Your Fried Yam is now ready & can be served with sauce, hot tea, or any drink of your choice.
