Ingredients

  • Ewedu leaf

  • Locust bean

  • Local potash

  • Seasoning

  • Salt

Procedures

1. Put little water in a pot

2. Add your locust beans and allow to boil

3. Add in your washed Ewedu leave, add potash & allow to boil for few minutes

4. Turn it into your blender & blend it roughly then turn it back to the pot or in the absence of a blender make use of a neat broom for soup & mash it into smaller pieces

6. Add in your seasoning and salt to taste

Your Ewedu soup is ready to be served with stew alongside any swallow of your choice.

You must be a caterer. I love your tips but is just that I don't really love swallow foods

That's a pretty unique dish. It looks like Pakistani "Mint Chatni" we use widely at homes. I'll surely try this one
