Ingredients
Rice
Coconut
Groundnut oil
Tomatoes
Pepper
Seasoning
Salt
Procedure
Break, wash and grate the coconut then soak the coconut for 30mins.
1. Parboil the rice
2. Preheat little groundnut oil
3. Add in your tomatoes & pepper then fry a little
4. Add in your sieved coconut water
5. Add seasoning and salt to taste then bring it to boiling
6. Add in your parboiled rice and stir
7. Cover & cook till done
Coconut rice is ready and can be garnish with assorted meat of your choice & drink of your type.
