Ingredient
Raw beans
Fresh tomatoes
Fresh pepper
Crayfish (optional)
Palm oil
Onions
Seasoning
Salt
Procedure
1. Pick the beans
2. Put water in a pot on fire & bring it to boiling
3. Rinse the beans & pour it into the boiling water
4. Slice your onions on the beans & continue cooking
5. When the beans is almost cooked add in your blended tomatoes and pepper
6. Add in your oil & continue cooking
7. Add in your seasoning and salt then stir
8. Cover and cook till beans is completely cooked
Your beans porridge is ready to be served with Bread or Garri|
