Corn flour
Procedure
1. Put water on the fire and bring it to boiling
2. Fetch a little of the cornflour & mix with cold water then pour it into the boiling water
3. Continue to stir to avoid making lumps then leave to boil for 5 to 7mins
4. Pour in the remaining cornflour bit by bit and continue to stir till it is sticky enough to your taste
5. Cover & cook on low heat for 3 to 5mins
Your Tuwo(corn flour) is now ready to be served with any soup of your choice.
