Palm oil or Groundnut oil

Procedure
1. Peel & wash beans
2. Soak for 30mins
3. Add pepper, Shombo & onions
4. Blend into a smooth paste
5. Add in your oil
6. Add in your crayfish & seasoning
7. Add your salt to taste & stir well
8. Scope it into leather or tin of milk then
9. Place in a pot and
10. Cook for 30mins to 1hour
