In the world of NFTs and cryptocurrencies, some former cricketers of Pakistan have announced to participate in the NFT marketplace. Sadly, NFTs are still unknown in the population due to a lack of awareness. Despite all these challenges, a great initiative has been taken by former cricketers and the Binance exchange. On the 14th of June, Binance announced on Twitter,

"@Binance is proud to welcome Pakistan cricket legend @wasimakramlive to the #NFT Marketplace in collaboration with @bitblazeco You will be able to purchase his exclusive NFTs after the Binance NFT platform launches on 24 June. #100Creators."

On the 15th of June, Wasim Akram confirmed his entry into the NFT marketplace on Twitter,

"Hey guys, I'm excited to announce the launch of my exclusive NFTs on @binance, in collaboration with @bitblazeco. Memories of the '92 World Cup will stay with me forever and I hope these NFTs capture the magic from those incredible days. See you on the 24th June for the launch."

Today, countries first NFT of cricketer Wasim Akram's moment from the 1992 world cup was sold for 950 BUSD on the Binance marketplace. The NFT was purchased by an unknown person named Anonymous_9fk4, the purchase was the highest bid and made in the last 15 seconds before the ending of the bid. The NFT couldn't reach the million-dollar club, because, for several reasons, such as lack of awareness and it was the first NFT from a country.

Another former cricketer is ganged up with blockchain journalists for the introduction of the NFT marketplace in Pakistan. These types of events will help people to educate and participate in NFT and the cryptocurrency marketplace. Such types of events must be held regularly. NFT is a new form of art, which is leading to the future of the art industry.

I am glad to see that developing countries are participating in the NFT marketplace. Despite all the challenges and fewer resources, people want to become a part of revolutionary technology. I hope more and more people from different parts of the world join soon the NFT and cryptocurrency marketplace.

My today's article was a bit different because I wanted to highlight some good news from a developing country. These random articles help to understand each other across the borders. I hope the technological revolution will end the communication gaps through a virtual world. We will be able to see and experience others cultures and traditions soon.
