Success is the determination your heart gets when you have achieved the ultimate goal you set. Similarly successful life means you achieved the major goal that you had set at some point of your life and now you are determined about your life plans.
Yes that means the definition of success for me will be different from your's Because our goals are different from each other. For an instance someone had set their aim in life to be a singer but because of their financial condition they start working a 9-5 job and at the end of retirement they haven't reached the goal they always wanted and their heart is not determined by the state the ended up in though they did make alot of money but they won't be satisfied that is the proof that they didn't have a successful life.
Here are some steps you can follow to be successful in life.
Be passionate:
Follow your heart your dreams .Do what makes you happy.Find that very thing you love and don't get tired doing . Then don't let it go .
Just like the example I earlier gave if you want to be a singer and end up as a manager in a food chain your goal is lost and if you don't feel happy about it . If you had to give up your dreams and always wish that it was the other way around then my friend you needed to follow your heart in first place . Let your passion drive your profession.
Work hard:
Even if you are passionate about something and you lack determination to be perfect at it . To work hard for it then my friend you can't be successful . Have you seen people who motivate others but when it's actually time to work they back out like they aren't moulded to do this stuff? they make excuses ? they say they wanna do a thing and then don't work in order to reach that goal? . That's the characteristics of people who are all mouths and no action , this means that they can just talk and talk and never really work hard to reach that goal .
In order to be successful you just don't wanna have a dream you have to become the best at it too which means hard work , endless practice and determination. for example if you wanna be a Singer but your voice isn't good or you haven't trained yourself to be good then my friend your not working hard enough. Working hard doesn't mean try to do impossible like train yourself 24 hours a day. No! it means to polish your skills , to make sure what you wanna do you have all the knowledge for it , another example is that if you wanna cook something you need proper ingredients for that you can't whisk the water for 2 hours and try to make ice cream out of it no that's hard work too but it's doesn't have the right things to make it work. You also need to work hard in order to find the suitable elements to take you towards your goal.
Have a scope for New ideas:
Make room for creativity and more possible scenarios . Don't let your thoughts be caged in a box you can't keep doing one thing you learnt you need to do more . As long as you live you learn new things and you adapt them you evolve . Evolution is the law of life . If a singer just sings one tune and keeps on following just that genre people will get bored the fun will be lost . Think about having the best day of your life but do you want to relive it again and again all your life? Ofcourse No! So there we have it change evolve adapt .
Be presistent:
It's not gonna be easy . People will oppose your ideas , there will be times when you don't have enough resources,It's gonna be a bumpy road , You may not be supported .No matter how many obstacles come you have to be presistent . For example when airplanes weren't invented and some one told people that idea that I believe one day we can fly in sky with a machine .What do you think the people did obviously they ridiculed the thought as if it was an impossible thing to do in that time . The write brothers were presistent about their idea and they worked hard to achieve it and we're successful.
Be Nice :
You can't be a successful . If you're mean , Arrogant and Rude to everyone . You will have to work with colleagues and you can't be this way .To be successful you have to be down to earth , You have to be grateful for what you have , You should be nice to others so everyone idolizes you and trusts you. Become a Good person and a good human . So that people wanna be like you.
Don't Stop:
Winner never quit and quitters never win. No matter how hard your road is make sure you always keep ahead . Push you limits and never quit if you have three things
1 . Skills for the Passion you Persue
2 . Ability to work hard all the way
3. that your determined that you have to do it
Not every attempt you do is gonna be successful there will be failures . Now it's up to you whether you learn from those failures or do you let the despair of failure take over you and quit.
Thing about failures is that you gain experience from them you know now what to do and what not to do .
Focus:
Don't loose your scope in mind set goals one by one achieve them Be clear about what you need to do . Always stay focused on it and have a clear mind . For example if you wanna be a painter you will buy and invest into art materials you can't be like I wanna be an artist and only invest on unnecessary things.
Those were some important steps that you have to follow to be successful in life , Career or anything .
