Globalization and Pluralism

1 21

Many ethical difficulties stem from the current combination of globalization and pluralism that enterprises are confronted with today, both in practice and in theory It is widely assumed that economic globalization results in social and cultural homogeneity. One of the challenges that has arisen as a result of the expansion of globalization is the respect for cultural diversity. To the extent that cultural variety is widely seen as a positive attribute. This global trend appears to be at odds with our efforts to embrace ethical heterogeneity in society, both personal and cultural.

Pluralism

Pluralism is the recognition and affirmation of variety within a political system. A political entity that is considered as allowing for the harmonious coexistence of various interests, convictions and way of life Pluralism has an impact on our society because it recognizes a wider number of competing interest groups that share power, rather than simply one group, subgroup, or culture dictating how things are done. Pluralism is a democratic concept in which diverse groups can express their opinions and ideas. Where the residents believe a wide range of things and tolerate one other's opinions, even if they disagree from their own.

I've learnt that a variety of internal and external factors influence the company environment, ranging from corporate social responsibility to the cultural and institutional framework; organizations must assess all aspects related to their environment. Globalization has had an impact on the world in a variety of ways, including culture, economy, and politics. While globalization can assist countries, it also has a variety of drawbacks. Uneven economic growth is one of the drawbacks of globalization. While globalization tends to enhance economic growth in many countries, the gains are not fairly spread, with richer countries benefiting more than developing countries. Because of globalization, my life has been drastically altered; I now have a broader viewpoint and am able to learn more from different countries and many more.

The World is surely globalizing, but I am not sure about pluralism. I find people more concentrated into their language, race, culture even the color of their skin. Communalism is growing!
