Good morning to everyone. I want to share a recipe that is very easy to cook.
The ingredients used is:
4 to 5 cups of water
1 cup long grain white rice
2 tsp salt
1/4 cup of rousong (pork floss)
1 piece boiled egg (optional)
Instructions on how to cook:
Pour the water into the cooking pot and let it boil.
Put in the rice and cook it for 30 minutes or until the texture becomes thick while stirring it once in a while.
Add the salt, stir and cook it for about 2 minutes.
Transfer to a serving bowl and put rousong in the top of it. You can also put egg if you want.
