At the beginning of the year 2013 AD; TBC was launched as a government company wholly owned by the Public Investment Fund and with limited liability operating on commercial bases specializing in project management.
Since its establishment, the company has endeavored to contribute to the development of the educational environment and to add a qualitative shift in the field of education projects in the Kingdom. In terms of its world-class designs, high-quality construction method, premium equipment, and many advanced facilities that provide the finest methods of education, in order to achieve the aspiration of good leadership and the aspirations of citizens in various regions of the Kingdom and its governorates.
TBC handles Educational school buildings projects and the administrative facilities of the Ministry of Education and award it according to its system , in addition to providing buildings, signing and supervising their contracts, including engineering and operational works, and maintaining and developing them, which contributes to emptying the Ministry of Education to carry out its main activities. TBC implements and manages several Ministry of Education programs that contain 628 educational facilities, serving more than 289,000 students, throughout the Kingdom.
The company's activity includes managing the design, construction and implementation of educational buildings and their supporting facilities and supervising them, and providing all services starting from consulting, administrative and planning services, through maintenance, rehabilitation, equipping and furnishing.
Within the Kingdom's vision 2030, TBC is also working on several initiatives, from developing special education programs, early childhood programs and improving school safety methods, in addition to developing gyms for girls under the initiative to improve the quality of life.
