Half a kilo of minced beef
1/2 cup boot dal
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon ginger paste
8-10 round peppers
1 1/2 teaspoons hot spices
2-3 dried chillies
Salt, to taste
2 green chillies, chopped
1 1/2 cup water (approx.)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup oil, for frying
Method:
Soak the boot stalks for about 30 minutes. Keep the onions ready. Wash the minced beef and boot stalks and drain all the water. Add ginger, garlic, bell pepper, hot spices, dried pepper and salt.Mince, cook the lentils over medium heat with water. When the meat and pulses are dry, add water in such a way that when the water dries, the pulses and minced meat are boiled. Now paste the cooked minced meat and pulses. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients well except the kebab paste, barista and oil. Make small, round shaped kebabs. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry each kebab in hot oil.Serve hot.
