Materials:
Gram pulses half a kg,
Ghee two tablespoons,
Cardamom three,
Clove three,
Two bay leaves,
One teaspoon of salt,
One teaspoon of sugar,
One teaspoon of turmeric.
Method:
Boil gram pulses in water for 30 minutes. Heat ghee in a pan and fry it with cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and bay leaves. Then stir in the cooked pulses for another three minutes and add sugar, salt, turmeric powder and hot water. When it boils, cook on low heat for 30 minutes with the lid down and serve with hot luchi.
