Materials:
1 cup of shrimp
1 teaspoon of crushed garlic
Half a teaspoon of red chilli powder
Pepper powder half a teaspoon
tomato sauce 4 tbsp
chili sauce 1 tbsp
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
2 teaspoons of vinegar
2 teaspoons of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of sugar
Cornflower - Quantitatively
The amount of salt
2 tablespoons of oil
2 tablespoons of butter
Half a teaspoon of testing salt
1 handful of onion sprouts.
Method:
Leave the shrimp tail and remove the head and shell. Now wash it and rub it with a little salt and lemon juice. Grate garlic in oil and butter in a pan.
Stir in the shrimp and add all the ingredients except the testing salt, onion sprouts and cornflower. Now pour in the cornflower chicken stock. Then add the testing salt, onion sprouts.
