Materials:
Chicken breast meat - 6 pieces
Ginger paste - 2 teaspoons
Garlic paste - half a teaspoon
Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
Vinegar - half a teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Hot spice powder - 1 teaspoon
Chili powder - half a teaspoon
Almond paste - 1 tablespoon
Mustard paste - 1 tablespoon
Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Tomato sauce - 2 tablespoons
Kebab spice - 1 teaspoon
Mustard oil - 2 tablespoons
Bason- Quantitative
Oil- quantity
Salt-To taste
Method:
First, cut the chicken breasts into long pieces. Then the meat should be beaten with a hammer. Now take the meat in another pot and marinate it with ginger paste, garlic paste, chilli powder, vinegar, lemon juice, hot spice powder, chilli powder, soy sauce, tomato sauce, kebab spice, salt and mustard oil.
Now roll the marinated meats in the basin. When it is rolled, keep frying in hot oil. When it turns brown, pick it up and serve with hot tomato sauce.
