The Punjab government has decided to introduce a 9-month examination also called December examinations in all government schools across the province. This was decided in a meeting of the Punjab School Education Department on Thursday.

For the previous year, the December examinations will be conducted on February 1 due to the closure of schools amid the COVID-19 pandemic
