Ingredients

Biscuit

3 eggs

12 tablespoons sugar

12 tablespoons oil

12 tablespoons milk

12 tablespoons flour

1/2 baking powder

Stuffing

1 kg of apples

sugar optional *

Stuffing additives

cinnamon or

lemon zest and juice or

chocolate powder or….

raisins or…

Preparation

1.

Mix the biscuit ingredients with a mixer.

Pour half of the mixture into a baking tray (20 × 30) and bake.

2.

Meanwhile, peel the apples, grate them, sprinkle with sugar as desired

(I add a couple of spoons if the apples are very sour and if they are sweet enough you don't need *), then simmer them for a few minutes.

3.

Add cinnamon and / or any other additive you like :)

4.

Pour the filling over the half-baked dough, pour over the rest of the biscuit mixture.

5.

Bake until done.
