The intensity of the heat in the summer season leads to infection with fungi and many skin diseases, and therefore you must avoid the things that lead to these annoying injuries.

The summer season brings with it entertainment and enjoyment of holidays and picnics in the midst of nature, but with it comes some skin injuries that we must protect ourselves from, get to know the most important of them now.

The chances of these diseases increase as a result of the high temperature and the spread of viruses in the air, and among the most common of these diseases are:

1- Skin pigmentation and skin burns

This is a result of exposure to sunlight for long periods of time in the summer season, which leads to severe burns of the skin and thus leads to peeling of the skin.

It is advised to avoid sitting in direct sunlight after ten in the morning until four in the afternoon, as the rays are more powerful, so it is important to look for shaded places.

Sunscreen must also be used to the appropriate degree to prevent skin burns and pigmentation, and to reapply it on the skin every period.

2- Colorful fig

It is a fungal infection that appears as a result of excessive sweating at high temperatures, and it is in the form of small spots in white, light brown or pink.

To avoid infection with tinea, it is advised to wear cotton clothes and avoid clothes with synthetic materials that do not absorb sweat.

There is another type of tinea that appears between the thighs, as a result of going into the sea water or swimming pool, where the chlorine content in it increases.

Therefore, you must shower immediately after getting out of the water to prevent diseases transmitted through it.

3- Bacterial infection

The overcrowding in recreational places increases the chances of transmitting bacterial infection among people, especially those with sensitive skin.

The chances of contracting a bacterial infection in the skin increase among children, as friction and contact between them is made without care.

To prevent this infection, one should only use clean personal tools, and bathe daily, especially while traveling.

4- The fever of the Nile

It is a type of skin rash, and it appears in the form of small red bumps that result from increased sweating and heat.

The fever of the Nile may sometimes be accompanied by itching, and to prevent it, you must wear light and cotton clothes, and have good ventilation at home and stay away from high temperatures, as well as bathing in cold water to moisturize the body.

Infection with this disease should not be neglected, as it may develop into skin infections.

It is important to treat it by applying a specialized cream after consulting a doctor, but if it turns into a dermatitis, it may need an antibiotic.

5- Skin rashes and eczema

For the same previous reasons, which are sweating, heat and water descent, the skin is exposed to the occurrence of a rash that spreads in different places, and the most common places to be infected are on the elbows and hands, as well as in the areas of skin folds.

Also, a rash can occur due to the blockage of the sweat glands and the lack of perspiration from the body, causing inflammation of the surrounding tissues.

Eczema is often itchy, and therefore you need to use an anti-itch, because rubbing the affected areas worsens the condition, and can even cause traces on the skin that are difficult to eliminate.

To prevent rashes, it is advised to avoid clothes made of synthetic fibers, and to choose cotton clothes so that the sweating that leads to this rash does not increase, and you must stay away from very hot places and pay attention to hygiene.

In the event of a rash, it is advised to wash the affected areas with lukewarm water and not rub them, dry them well and then use the preparations designed to eliminate them.

It is also recommended to eat foods that contain vitamin C, which prevents the release of histamine in the body, and contains antioxidants that relieve the occurrence of rashes, in addition to the treatments prescribed by the doctor.

6- Sweat carbuncles

These are severe infections that affect the hair follicles and the areas surrounding them, and the possibility of infection increases with increased sweating.

There are factors that increase the activity of the bacteria that cause these carbuncles, such as diabetes and weight gain.

And to avoid infection with sweat boils, you must avoid extreme heat as much as possible and take good care of personal hygiene.

7- Freckles and freckles

Among the skin problems that cause inconvenience for women is the appearance of freckles and freckles on the skin in the summer season.

Melasma is a dark pigmentation that appears on areas that are directly exposed to the sun, especially the face.

Freckles are in the form of small spots of different shapes and sizes, and their appearance increases in those with light and thin skin.

The ideal solution to prevent freckles and freckles is to use sunscreen half an hour before exposure to harmful rays.

In some cases, these spots may be associated with sitting in the sun, and they disappear again, and treatment may need some time by avoiding exposure to the sun and using medicinal compounds that contribute to its elimination.

8- acne

Some people suffer from an increase in acne in the summer season, especially those with oily skin, because with the intensity of the heat these pimples form on the skin.

As the secretions of the sebaceous glands increase with the open pores, and thus it is easier for dirt to stick to the skin and pimples.

It is advised not to touch these pills or press them so as not to leave traces on the skin, as well as so that the infection does not spread from one place to another.

And the treatment of these pills is through antibiotics that are placed on the affected areas, after consulting a dermatologist
