Article III, Section 2

"The Judicial Power shall extend to all Cases, in Law and Equity, arising under this Constitution, the Laws of the United States, and Treaties made, or which shall be made, under their Authority;---to all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls;---to all Cases of admiralty and maritime Jurisdiction"

The Constitution of the United States is clear,

Law which is Common Law, or Case Law inside the U.S.

Common Law does not compel action, you can do whatever you want until to injure, damage or otherwise cause someone else to be lessor due to your acts. A Conviction under Case Law is a criminal conviction.

...

Equity, this is Contract Law.

This should be obvious, Contract Law does compel action...whatever is in the Contract, that is what you are held to account for. A Conviction under Equity Law is Not a Criminal Conviction, there is no Jail time.

...

Maritime/Admiralty...international contract Law

This has aspects of the other two, as you can be held criminal under Maritime Law even though it's contract Law of Water...or Banking Law. Jail is possible.

...

Why does this matter?....Do you read Statutory Jurisdiction anywhere in the Foundation Document?

As you learn about the Lie(s), You'll begin to see it every time...once you know the trick...

Don't be fooled...Police are not our friends...neither is BLM, to be clear.

Just arm up and be aware...police in NC are pulling people for driving under the speed limit just to get the ticket and/or court fees...and don't arm up against the police...just prepare for knuckleheads and know the rules cops play by.
