Her mother was born in India, Father Born in Jamaica. making them Citizens of those countries.
In both cases, by Descent, all children born to citizens of India and Jamaica are also Citizens of the respective country.
Being born on American Soil also makes Mrs. Harris a Citizen of the United States.

This is rather clear.
Vattel, Law of Nations states Both Parents must be Born on the soil of the Nation in order to be Natural Born.
Section 1 of Article Two of the United States Constitution
"No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States."
"No person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States."
However.....we have a Caveat.
"It is well settled that those born in the United States are considered natural born citizens."
This is the Ruling in the Case Tisdale v. Obama et al, this comes directly from UNITED STATES v. WONG KIM ARK.
Where it was ruled that being born on United States soil made you a Citizen. From this case the Judge extrapolated Natural Born Citizen as the same as Citizen.
Right or wrong, even if you are a citizen of two other countries as well as the United states, with both parents of foreign birth, by which confer Citizenship of those countries by descent at birth...
