Guideline-1

Clear government instructions will be given on the various dimensions of the decision to reopen the school.

Instructions and guidelines issued by the Prime Minister's Office, Cabinet Division, Ministry of Public Administration and Health Services Department will be followed. In order to deal with the coronavirus situation and prevent infection, all the instructions and advice sent by the Prime Minister's 31-point instructions, the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education, the Department of Health Services and the Department of Primary must be followed properly.

If a decision is taken to start a school, area based schools can be started considering safe areas and conditions. If an area is declared a red zone by the government considering corona infection, schools cannot be kept open in that area.

Protocols need to be formulated in clear, easy-to-understand and child-friendly language with details about school hygiene and hygiene measures. There will be information and guidance on maintaining physical distance, hand washing, sneezing and coughing etiquette, use of safety equipment, keeping the internal infrastructural environment of the organization clean and tidy and developing safe food preparation habits.

4.5) Sick teachers / students / staff and child-bearing teachers should refrain from attending school. Parents should be asked not to send their sick child to school. 4.6) Teachers, staff and students must wear masks. Necessary training should be arranged for those concerned in all these matters. Be aware of using leaflets / posters / social media.

5.3 No internal gathering shall be held until normalcy is restored. A distance of at least 1 meter should be maintained in case of any closed or crowded place or in close contact with others. During the coronation, two students will sit on the long bench. Students need to be careful not to hug or hug each other. All concerned should be made aware that students and their parents should abide by these health rules even outside the school.

5.4 Teachers / students / staff should follow all hygiene guidelines to prevent corona infection and monitor whether everyone is following hygiene rules.

5.5 Limited use of work in educational institutions should be encouraged. Teachers need to reduce interpersonal physical contact and prioritize distance learning or online learning.

5.7 Outflow of teachers, staff and students during school hours should be reduced. No one will go out unless it is vital.

5.6 Mental health of children should be given importance. The school needs to create a conducive environment for children. They need to be kept active.

5.6 If any suspicious symptom of Kovid-19 is found among the teachers / staff / students, he / she should immediately inform the local health authority. The victims need to be identified and quarantined quickly.

5.9 Teachers / staff / students in quarantine should know the health status of their parents and keep in touch with them.

5.10 As soon as any confirmed Covid-19 patient is found, the air-conditioning and ventilation system should be cleaned and disinfected as per the instructions of the local health authority. It should be avoided until reused.

5.11 Sangsad Everyone should be properly informed about the routine of broadcasting the primary lesson program 'Learn at home' on Bangladesh Television and Bangladesh Betar and ensure the participation of students including homework. In places where lessons are being broadcast locally on their own initiative through mobile phones / online / Facebook pages / cable TV, priority should be given to publicity through ‘Learn at Home’.

5.12 In order to encourage parents to watch and listen to the lesson 'Learn at home' broadcast on Sangsad Bangladesh Television and Bangladesh Betar, voice / message can be sent to the parents on their mobile phones before the start of the lesson.

5.13 Clear guidance should be given to the school leadership on what to do if a teacher, student or employee falls ill. Education and students need to be in regular contact with the Health Monitor Co, local administration and health authorities. The names and mobile numbers of those who need help in case of emergency should be listed and saved.

5.14 Without causing any panic or public embarrassment, the sick students, staff should be advised to stay at home and follow the hygiene rules.

Guideline-6

Health indicators need to be actively monitored with a focus on wellness and safety. The teaching-learning method should be made more dynamic, mixed learning-teaching method including distance learning should be adopted. Information on infection prevention and prevention should be included in the lesson.

Activities

6.1 Health monitoring of teachers, staff and students should be strengthened during school hours. Health check-ups should be done in the morning and afternoon and ‘daily reporting’ and ‘zero reporting’ methods should be introduced.

Activities

6.1 Local administration, local government institutions, local people's representatives, representatives of health department, school management committee and parents should be involved in this matter. The mobile numbers of the head teacher and one or more teachers should be hung in a public place for the convenience of communication.

6.2 Information centers should be set up in every Upazila Education Office so that local people including parents and concerned authorities can get necessary information.
