What is Bitcoin? How does it work? What can I do with it? Who is in charge of it? These questions might be the most asked questions in the tech space in the last decade. Chances are you have asked these questions at some point. As you probably know, the answers to these questions make quite a story.

Millions of words have been written in an attempt to tell this story of Bitcoin, its beginnings, its ups and downs, its key developers and backers, and its controversies and splits. However the story lacks a bit of culture. I believe the story can be augmented and brought to life through the use of abstract art.

The AbstractBitcoin project is an attempt to add a colorful, subjective, and even emotional side to the story of Bitcoin. The story told through the art here is quasi-chronological, but not strictly so. The story is told over several chapters representing different phases of Bitcoin's existence. Some concepts, events, and people may belong in multiple chapters, though they may only appear in one.

Please enjoy these artworks as they are released over the coming months (and perhaps years). I hope you appreciate the attempt to add depth to one of the most fascinating stories being written and told in our day.
