Have you ever thought of failing something you never gave a try? Did you always look down on yourself base on some unfavorable experience? Don't forget you once won a battle of millions which makes you a successor of your own success.

Many of us probably experienced this at one time or the other. Consistent failing after much effort is so immobilizing - demoralizing and of course giving a negative mindset of not believing in yourself. But when we allow fear to stop our forward progress in life we are likely to miss great opportunities in future. If ELON MUSK hadn't face his fears his success would have been a smoke of imagination.

But the wonderful thing about failure is that, it's entirely up to us to choose as either to know how inadequate we are, or as the incredible learning experience that its often is. Failing at something can help you discover your truest friends, or help you find unexpected motivation to succeed. Often, valuable insights comes only after a failure. Accepting and learning from those insights is the key to success.

It's important to realize that in everything we do, there's always a chance that we'll fail. Facing that fear and embracing it is not only courageous, but it gives us a promising life. You only fail when you quite. Fears were made to be faced and conquered built as a barricade between your success and failure. only if you knew you will never let fear be an option.

A little bit of fear is normal. In fact, fear helps you instinctively protect yourself from harm. Your fear might help you to recognize when you’re about to do something dangerous, and it could help you to make a safer choice

The key to facing your fears is to take one small step at a time. Going too fast or doing something too scary before you are ready can backfire. But it’s also important to keep moving forward. A moderate amount of anxiety is OK. Don’t wait for your anxiety to disappear before taking a step forward, or you may find yourself waiting for a change that isn't going to come on its own.

On the contrary, gradually facing your fears, in small doses that don't overwhelm you, may help decrease anxiety "habituating" your amygdala, or letting your brain become accustomed to the fear.

Many of us are sometimes afraid of falling, but you mustn't let that fear stop you from moving forward. A journey of a hundred mile begins with a step, why don't you take a step?.
