The educator will make decisions appropriate to the amount, manage learning within the classroom, perform classroom administrative duties efficiently and participate in class deciding structures. These competences are performed in ways which are democratic, which support learners and colleagues, and which demonstrate responsiveness to changing circumstances and desires.
