Interpreter and designer of learning

The educator will understand and interpret provided learning programmed, design original learning programmed, identify the wants for a selected context of learning and choose and prepare suitable textual and visual resources for learning. The educator will select sequence and pace the training in a very manner sensitive to the differing needs of the topic learning area and learners.
