Assalam o alikum!!

I hope that you will be safe and sound by the grace of Almighty Allah.

This is another common mistake of our society including me is telling stories after failure instead of accepting things.

If we were asked . Why you fail in exam? We often say that paper was tough and teacher strictly marked the paper. Instead of saying that we were not fully prepared for the paper. Whenever a car accident occur we often complain that it was written in our fate. Stories are ready behind our failure. By telling stories we are decreasing our grace , self esteem and self respect. We are blaming other behind our own failure. This is same as blaming devil after a sin.

We are searching comfort zone by telling stories. Instead of accepting we are hiding mistake. When we will does not realize our mistake.how we can correct that? We are going to farther devastating state. We are himself trying to become a unmature child which does not realize his responsibilities.

Antidote of negative emotion

We must try to accept our responsibilities by saying this " i am responsible" and say again "i am responsible". By doing this we had increased our value, respect and self esteem. We have washed out all our negative emotion by doing this. You feel good about it and now you will feel full control on your life.

It is not possible to remain in anger state after responsibility.

It is not possible to be still blaming other after responsibility.

What to do if we does not blame other after a failure?

We must take quick action after failure instead

Of blaming other. The more we think about our failure we will find negativity.

What should be the quick action?

Quick action is you must pick up a small paper and think about it what was the last incident that make me unhappy and what was reason behind this?

After this we must think what person made me angry in the last incident? why i got angry? First of all we must forgive him.

We must look into the past and think that why i am responsible for the failure and try to find out it.

So my message is this Be mature and stop telling stories, stop blaming and there is excuses anymore.
