In this society every one is working hard to ease out burden of neccesties.
This is reality base story of a woman and officer.
Officer was just leaving a office he remember that his wife has asked for bringing some bananas. As he came outside of the office he saw an old lady across the road. When he cross the road and went to the an lady.
What is price of bananas? Old lady replied it is 37RS/dozen
Officer said i always buy the bananas at 30RS/dozen.
I can give you 36 per dozen and i can not afford to give you on 30/dozen. Declared the old lady.
The officer turn the car back and went to a big grocery shop. He inquired the price of banana from the cashier.
It is 50rupees/dozen replied the cashier. After hearing the price of bananas officer become astonished and said i am regular customer of this big grocery shop.
Is there any concession in the prices of bananas.
No our prices are fixed. Replied the Cashier.
Then officer realized that old lady was selling bananas at low price. The officer came back to old lady. Without any conversation officer himself offered for giving bananas 50/dozen.
At hearing this sad and sorrowful face turned into a smiling face. He take the one dozen bananas from her.
Then he asked why are you selling bananas and where is your husband and child? Officer inquired from old lady.
"I have no relatives nor any child in this world. A couple of years ago my husband used to have big grocery shop and he sell the fruits and we were living a good life. After that He became ill and we had to sell big grocery shop for paying his medical Bills. Medicine has no affect on his and finally he passed away. Now i am selling bananas for the survival of my remaining life. I do not want to become burden on any one"
After hearing the painful story the officer eyes were shedding tears and he gave 500 rupees in advance payment Then he asked his office colleague and friend for buying the bananas from old lady. Then old lady was selling more number of dozen and earning a good money for better living.
We always used to prefer for buying the things high shopping malls although we pay high taxes for entry only. We also pay the high prices of things. According to me we must try to buy the things from street vender who are trying hard for better living. Thier prices are always low. In this way we can help them and they will be living a good life.
