Morethan 42,000 people have recovered from corona virus.
The National Center for Disease Control and Prevention (NCDC) says the number of corona cases in the country has reached 54,247 after an additional 239 cases were identified on Tuesday.
According to the NCDC, 10 people died on Tuesday in the country, bringing the total number of deaths in the country to 1023.
A total of 42,010 people were cured and discharged from the hospital on Tuesday.
On Tuesday, Plateau State had the highest number of infected people on the day with 116 people.
In Abuja, the capital of the Federal Republic of Nigeria with 33 cases, the worst affected state was Lagos State with 19 cases of coronary heart disease in 24 hours.
Ekiti State has 12 cases, Kaduna and Ogun with 11-11 cases each, while Ebonyi had 8 cases of cholera on Tuesday.
Benue has 7 cases, Abia and Delta have 5-5 cases in each state, Ondo has 4 cases and Edo has one case.
Imo and Osun states have 2-2 people in each affected state, followed by Bauchi with 1 person.
