I hope you would be fine and safe with your families.First of all i am sorry i was too much busy couldn't able to write an article and today i have goal to write two articles.

As you know I don't write about a specific topic. I like to write little bit about everything. So as you know my study field is medical .So today i came with a very interesting topic name Biotechnology and biotechnologists so-called future doctor.

Main purpose of this article to spread knowledge and awearness about this emerging and new technology .Most of people dont know about it.

What is biotechnology?

Biotechnology is modern field of science.In which by using of micro-organisms for production of useful product for welfare of human.

Micro-organisms used are: Bacteria, viruses and yeast etc.

Major Types of biotechnology

Red Biotechnology: This branch of biotechnology is deal with human Health issues.Red used for blood so here we deal with blood mean health problems e.g genetic disease ( syndrome) and sickle cell anemia by using micro-organisms.

Green biotechnology: This branch of biotechnology is deal with plant.Green come from green color which mean plant. In this branch we make different genetic modified plant to fight against environmental stress and diseases by using micro-organisms.

White Biotechnology: In this branch of biotechnology we deal with industrial revolution and industrial products.White mean smoke.With the help of White biotechnology we produce enzymes,jam, syrup by using micro-organisms.

Blue Biotechnology: This Branch of biotechnology deal with water life.Blue mean water.Whe use micro-organisms to make water free of polution and water living organisms to make different benefial products.

Nanotechnology: This is very modern branch of biotechnology deal with nano particles. Nano particles used for cure of different disease.eg Nano boots to cure genetic diseases.

Working principal of biotechnology

To understand the working principal of biotechnology like how it use micro-organisms and make different product.So we would discuss these methods which make biotechnology to mother of all sciences.

What is recombinant Technology?

Really you would shock by reading the principal of recombinant Technology.

As name indicate recombinant.In this method two different organisms of same species or maybe different species are selected as recombinant and later their genome are fused to get different desire product.

Gene of interest: Mean a specific gene which is coding for desire character or genotype. In simple words a plant is best grow in harsh condition so we would detect that gene which make plan to stand at harsh condition and isolation it from that plant whole genome.

Enzymes: These are biological protein which used to cut genome or ligate genome. These are endonuclease enzymes.They work within the body.Exonuclease work outside the organisms body. Mostly used is Restrictions endonuclease enzyme.For ligation used ligase enzyme.

Cloning vector: These are carrier for the gene of interest and carry our both genes and help us to clone our gene of interest in bacteria or virus to get million of copies of our gene of interest. Plasmid mostly used as cloning vector. Plasmid is small circular extra genetic material of bacteria.

Principal or method

We have a cat which have white eyes. We would isolate that gene which is coding for white color in cat eyes with the help of restrictions endonuclease enzyme

We have another cat which have red eyes we also isolate that gene coding for red color in cat eyes.

Require: Blue eyes

Red eyes+White eyes= Blue eyes

So here we thought that if we able to insert these genes in another external genome and clone it. So it can give us blue color.

So a cloning is done by using plasmid as carrier and than cloned into bacteria so we get what we want.We got blue eyes.

Gene therapy

Another shocking technology of biotechnology.

In this technology we cure the disease at genetic level. We cure the faulty gene with normal or new gene.

In vivo gene therapy:We cure the faulty gene within organisms.

Ex vivo gene therapy:Whe cure the faulty gene after take out from that organisms body and cure it with normal gene.

E.g cancer, sickle cell anemia and syndrome.

GMO(genetic modified organisms)

Organisms with external gene or alter gene called genetic modified organisms.In these organisms their gene alter with new gene of desire character. When we alter the gene and put the desire character gene than we can get desire product.

GMO crops:If we are getting less yield grapes and we remove that gene and alter with high yielding grapes gene. So after alterations of gene we can get more yield of grapes.Or addition of new new gene to fight against disease.

Flavor saver tamato: Actually tamato has less shelf life.But using this teachnology we are able to increase the shelf life of tamato for long period of time. Actually we alter the gene of aging.

Cancer fighting tamato:By alterations of gene of tamato and able to use it against cancer fight. They contain A,C and E vitamins which fight against cancer.

Super Bananas:They contain crucial alpha and beta carotene which convert in the body to vitamins A . Which help us to make strong immune system.

Cloning

This is more critical and has good as well as bad rewives.

By cloning we can economical more strong. Because we are able to make those animals which can give us more meat,Milk etc.

Shocking is that by a hair we can produce a complete individual in lab by artificial method.Most of scientist are trying to preserve their genetic material to make sure the cloning of then after their death.

Maybe you would thinking that this is joke but this is reality.By doing this a same to same organisms can br cloned with no change in shape ,size even intelligence and emotion.

Human cloning: Maybe you listing this first time.Human cloning is very big danger for the whole world. Because we can make human lake of emotion,pain,more intelligent,more powerful.

Reviews about cloning

People reviews:Most of scientist and biotechnologists are in the favor or cloning. We can make best economy of country. We can export more meat and Milk ,cheese.

Religious views: Almost all religion deny of cloning. Because it is against nature and god. So it should ban.

Why human cloning is banned

Almost all countries banned on human cloning because of religion reviews as well as it's critical problem.

Ban main reason is that we human which are creation of god and come from parents can't compete with human cloning individual. By doing human cloning anyone can make desire type of human. Like some are painless used for army purpose.Some are emotions less no love,care and feeling.Some are more intelligent so normal human can't compete with them so this unbalance of univers.

So by doing we are tempating nature.So it would unfair with whole world and can bad impact on normal human lives.

But russian scientist made few human by doing cloning same with chian.

Biotechnology scope in different countries

Biotechnology more advance level work in America ,china, russia, germany and japan.

These are top countries are now investing and focusing much on biotechnology. In pakistan is still raising because lack of resources and interest.

My Work

Me and my friends are working for a project.We are willing to isolate citric acid. From orange skin . This is used in cancer treatment for skin cancer and very costly.We also working to make medicine fir cancer and trails are going on mouse.

Conclusion

For your knowledge i am student of Medical biotechnology.So according to me i love it and much much interesting field. When you would read it deeply you would lost and would get out of it because it has many field and applied everywhere.

It cover the genetic engineering , DNA fingerprinting,cancer ,HIV,AIDS and very productive against making vaccines. So you have a lot of direction where you can built a strong career. You can start own business.
