10 morning habbits necessary for your health/career

Hello everyone!

If you are student or a businessman. You always need proper planning for your day to make it productive. So these 10 habbits can change your life completely,if you follow them regularly.

These habbits improve you mentally and physically. When ever we get up early in the morning, we feel tired,lazy and frastructed. Why we feel like that? Which of the following habbit already you are following? Tell me in comments which habbit you are going to adopt?

10 morning habbits

1. Drinks a glass of water

As you know our brain contains 70% water. We need water according to our need and thirst. When you get up early in the morning if you make habbit yo drink 1 or 2 class of water according to your need, it can make you active,fresh and fast whole day.

By drinking water keep our brain and body energetic. When we sleep continuously our brain and body get dehydrated. According to research of Havard medical school "due to dehydration our brain cells die, that's why we feel fractured,lazy and headche early in the morning"

So best thing is that we should drink water early in the morning. It helps our in metabolism of our body and scavenger toxic matterials. If you add lemon in water it would help in your immune system.

Keep in mind drink water slowly slowly and would better if you store water in copper jug and drink 1 or 2 class of water according to your body need.

2. Make your bed

Admiral William H. McRaven he was in US navy in special operations command. In his famous speech said that "if you want to change the world than start it from making your bed"

David Goggins said to be hardest man. He wrote in his famous book Can't hurt me. When he started to change his life,he started from making his bed.

Physiological reason: It teach us discipline and give signal to our brain that we completed one task of the day. We get motivation to complete others tasks. It prepare our mind.

3. Listen music

Your music taste tells us about your personality. Listening to music early in the morning make you happy and energetic. Music make you happy or sad. When we in sad mood we listen to sad music and it relax us. Same with disco ir fast music make us happy and feel energetic.

Physiological reason: Music motivate us and happy. When we lsiten music early in the morning it relax us. We should listen soft and instrumental music according to our taste it would calm us and make us energetic whole day.

4. Read inspiring books

This is good habbit to read books early in the morning. So if we have habbit to read inspirational books,novel and watch video they can make our day productive.

Learn from great people life stories. Read them early in the morning and get lesson from their lives and inspiration. If you study 10 mints it can make your day. You would feel motivative and happy all time.

5. Meditation

You should do at least 10 minutes meditation early in the morning. Its helps to keep mind relax and fresh.

Take deep breaths and exhale slowly slowly. It would make you relax, focused and would make strong concentration on your work.

It decrease anger, frastruction and restless. If you feel bored, exhausted and tired during working than you should give 10 minutes to yourself regularly. It would help you to find you. It make you strong mentally and physically.

6. Streching

Move your body or streching very productive excersize ever. Great orthopedic surgeon Gienn G .SHI said that "streching make your bone strong and less danger of fecture"

It make your muscles strong and muscle streching capacity increase. It help to main your blood pressure normal and improve it and pump more oxygen towards brain.

If you stay in one room all time definitely you would feel bored,tired and exhausted so you should give 10 minutes to your body for good streching can make your day pleasent and you would feel active and energetic whole day.

7. Take sunlight

Take proper sunlight early in the morning necessary for human as necessary for plants and blue green algae.

It make your mood good as well as it help your body to make vitamin D which is necessary for your growth.

Early in morning we get enough sunlight it help to produce happy harmone name serotonin. This harmone make us happy.

If you dont get enough light or stay in room all time you get bored, lazy and tired. So give yourself 10 minutes to get enough sunlight espically early in the morning.

8. Take cold shower

If there is not cold weather than you should take cold shower early in the morning. Cold shower helps us in many ways.

It help to make mind active, clear and increase energy level. That's why we feel energetic after getting shower. Most of people so this to get energy and active their body.

Another benefit of clod shower is that it increase White blood cells number in our blood. White blood cells help us to fight against germ and diseases.

9. Plan your day

This is best or very important step. You should plan your day early in the morning. What are your task? And how to manage your time ? All these things should be proper discussed before you start your day.

It make you regular and deciplined. If you want your day remain productive than you should write everything on paper or your cellphone. When you complete your task you should mark it as completed. This give you satisfaction and motivate you to complete next task .

10. Reflection

When we go to bed or get up early in the morning, first thing we do is that we pick up cellphone and start using it. This is very bad and dengerous for our health.

We should give 10 minutes to yourself. Should think about daily task and goals. We should set goals and achieve them on daily basis.

We should give time to find out purpose of life and think deeply about your future.

Synopsis

First of all i recommend you to follow all these habbits. These can make you a successful, energetic, mentally and physically strong.

Some of us thinking how to follow all these. I give you simple solution get up early in the morning and go for excersize. During excersize you complete all because all these are part of excersize. It would take your half hour maximum and you would see benefits of it with challenge.

Make sure to drink water early in the morning. If it increase hunger and you would enjoy your breakfast more and more. Drink water early in the morning increase your chest.

I follow almost all. Try to live alone it make you more mature and strong by thinking about yourself.

This is why I always fix our bed everyday, for me I'll never have a productive day if I cannot start it with our bed 😂
