I am not supposed to have dinner tonight but because my partner "happened" to be in one of the restaurants that we frequent earlier today, "decided" to buy kare-kare. This is a Filipino dish, beef/pork stew in peanut butter with veggies. I can't say no to that. It's one of my fave dishes and from one of the restaurants that I like. Dig in! There's still enough for 2-3 people I think depending on how big eater you are :D
