This popped up in my fb memory. It was uploaded same day last year. I'm not sure if it was really taken that day. I do remember seeing this. I think I have posted this in the older noise. To this day, I haven't found out if there were accidents or deaths in that area. Usually, placing candles in places like that signifies somebody died. Also, there's not one but a lot of candles. That was the first time I saw candles there because most of the time when I pass here, I see garbage there.
