Hello everyone, I hope you are all doing well, so in the last three to four days we have heard news about Twitter and its trends, so today I am going to write about the restructuring and changes of Twitter after Elon Musk took over.

Ever since Elon Musk took ownership of Twitter, he's been making bold changes to operations and staffing. Reports suggest he has fired some top C-Suite executives and recently dissolved Twitter's 9-member board, leaving him as the sole director.

It's not a bad idea to make some changes at Twitter in the first place but to fire the staff the way he did. This is completely devastating. Not everyone he fired was incompetent. There was no fair test scale to confirm this. He fired staff at random and at will.

I'm sure there must be a good reason deep down why he did it like firing all the staff like they're not in good time and they don't support him buying Twitter and there's a lot of it. Necessary changes were made. Will be made but he may be far from us but he knows what he's doing.

Humanly it's not a good thing but if you look at it, most people don't even like that he has to buy it and maybe he's thinking that you have to surround yourself with these people needs whom he does not trust. Out there who aren't loyal to him.

While many believe these changes are necessary for Elon to stamp his authority on Twitter and ensure he can fulfill his vision of "helping humanity," as he calls it, others think it's unnecessary, self-centered, and self-aggrandizing. They feel that releasing these boys could make them unemployable and that some of them were just following instructions as their job required, which doesn't necessarily mean they were guilty of anything they did. Consent to measures.

I see different platforms where most people give their opinion and some opinion I am sharing here because already i shared my opinion in this article and I am hoping you will give your opinion also so they are saying that:

Elon is also a businessman. They that Elon knows what he's doing. And if all of you remember that from the beginning of the case Elon had issues about transparency with the CEO, it's only logical that Elon did what he did.

Do you think Elon should have kept some of them and instead found a way to work or incorporate them into his new vision, or do you think Elon should have removed them? he has the right and can bring people he fully trusts. Its mission is to make Twitter more cryptocurrency friendly. Are these changes still necessary or not?

Pixabay: similar question I think everyone has why he fired his executive

Given that some of these individuals may now be unemployed despite their experience and qualification if you were in Elon's shoes, would you also fire them or take a different approach?

Thanks for reading my article hope you will enjoy it and learn some things

well all change brings its consequences! as you say "he is a businessman" he knows what he is doing! In my opinion, this new owner already has his work team with him! and those who have already left have a high capacity and experience that surely it will not be difficult for them to find another job! This usually happens in most government companies when there are changes in the presidency! everyone goes outside!

I know earlier those who were working they have experience but they were not working well like banning someone's account without any reason.
