Getting to Know Me
Hello everyone here in read. cash. I am so glad to be a part of this platform. It was such a great privilege for me to be counted as one who could write freely from the heart, anything that I can be able to share.
Like Apostle Paul, one of the New Testament author in the Bible, who said "I am what I am by the grace of God" I would like also to say, " I am what I am by the grace of God.
I am ALDEC314 , here in read. cash. This is a very significant name for me. It carries with it an unforgettable experience in my life. It was a sad story , but in the process of time, I was able to be comforted by the God of all comforts , who is our True and Living God, who Created us and have given us life to enjoy in this earth according us He allows us.
To make my long story short , my real name is Alicia, my nickname is Alice. Dec314 was the date my husband'death in the year 2014, almost 8 years ago. I am already a Senior, to be exact , I turned 68 yrs. Old last August, 2022.
And just I have just said lately, I was privilege to be a part of this platform, at my age. I am glad there is no age limit required to join here .
I joined read cash a year ago. And if you have time to visit my account here in read. cash you will know me better because most of my articles are my personal experiences in my life . Read cash had been like a diary to me , that I can go back into , to refresh some memories of my pasts. If I have written other articles of different sort of topics , it just show my personal beliefs, insights opinions , and observations of how life goes as I see and perceive it.
Writing had been part of me. I find it entertaining, making a difference in my routinary household tasks daily activities. It gives me a feeling of satisfaction. It is something that can be called an achievement to write something and be read by someone .I just hope, the readers are somewhat entertained, and informed. My wish is, that readers learned something or was blessed .
I am from Philippines, living presently in a rural area or province , wherein I was born.

The Hidden Hen's Nest Discovery
DAY. 1 - A Surprised Discovery
It was Tuesday, Sept. 13, when I went out of the house I noticed something unusual in our plantbox.The plant we called pansit pansitan , which is an edible plant that can be eaten as salad was ransacked . Curious to find out what had happened I look closely to the plantbox .I was surprised to see two eggs of hen. The hen was not there anymore. To my excitement I took it. But then I thought of taking a picture of it to use for my post here in noisecash. So I brought back the egg into its place and took my cellphone which was inside the house. When I got my cellphone , I took the photo then took the eggs again and place it in the kitchen. The hen was owned by my younger sister so I planned to tell it to her but my sister was still asleep .When my sister was awakened I told her about the eggs layed by the hen on the plantbox. I told her to take it, but she said "finder's keepers" so I can have it.My sister told me that they are really searching the place where the hen lays her eggs. Accdg. to my sister her husband cleaned the place where the hen lay her eggs. And since then the hen did not go there anymore to lay her eggs .As we were conversing, the hen with the rooster came to the scene. The hen was making a cackling sound, which according to my sister was a sign that it will lay her egg.The hen with the rooster roam around the place near the plantbox. We just watch the hen what it will do. Then I saw the hen climb the plantbox. The eggs were not there anymore for I had already took it . Maybe the hen was looking for it and was not able to find it.My sister went inside their house, but I remained outside to keep on watch of the hen. The hen went down from the plantbox and roaming around the place , the rooster following her where ever the hen goes.I went to my sister and told about what the hen is doing. And she said the hen will surely lay her egg and looking for the eggs. So she said to me to place the two eggs again to where I got it so the hen would enable to see it again and be back to lay her egg.Since the hen was still roaming around near the place I place the two eggs back and move away at a distance and watch what the hen will do .After awhile the hen went back to the plantbox , the rooster following her . It was quite long that the hen was there and the rooster also there as if keeping on watch of the hen . I took photo of that moment .
After taking the photo I go back to the kitchen to prepare our breakfast. And after cooking I went back to the plantbox . The hen and the rooster were gone. So I look closely on the plantbox and saw three eggs . The hen had laid her egg. I took photo of it. I told my sister about it. And she said just to let the eggs there so as the hen would go back to it and lay more eggs.
DAY 2 - My Anticipation
Come Sept. 14, Wednesday, morning after breakfast, I went again to plantbox to see how many eggs were there. The hen and the rooster were not there. With my cellphone on hand I look on the plantbox and saw 4 eggs. The hen had laid her eggs already. I took only a photo of it , and just let the eggs there.
DAY 3 - The Confirmation
Sept. 15, today Thursday, our thoughts that the hen would go back to her eggs on that same place continually to lay eggs was confirmed. Again this morning , I went to the plantbox to see if there is an additional egg. With my cellphone again, I was excited to look at it. And just as expected , there is an additional egg. The eggs were five in all. My sister and I were happy. And my sister told me that previously the hen lay eggs at a maximum of 10 pcs. So that would mean another five days to go , because the hen lay only an egg a day.
My Retrospection
I was thinking then , the hen started to lay her first egg Sunday Morning , the second egg , Monday morning, and on Tuesday morning I discovered it, in which the day and time to lay her egg was due on that very day, the third egg. And yesterday, Wednesday the hen laid her fourth egg and today, Thursday morning the hen laid her fifth egg.
My Lessons Learned
Animals has endowed by God instincts that caused them to live by. The hen care for her eggs. Feels disappointed when not able to see them and will really try to find them by all means . The rooster care for the hen , always by hen wherever it goes and keep on watch as the hen lay her egg. Actually I saw them always together every morning roaming around our surroundings finding food to feed themselves.
And as humans who take care of such kind of animals , we ought to know how they act and react to situations we create for them and adjust to their actions and reactions to us.
Actually animals are the first companions of the first man , Adam, before Eve was created.
Animals are helpful to us , so in any way we must be helpful to them too.

What It Means to be a Friend
Meaning of a Friend
Just as each one has different characteristics and personalities as a person so is the word friend has different meanings.
Meanings given to it depends on one's feelings, thoughts, experiences, social status, interests, standards and expectations.
Meaning based on Feelings
A friend is a person you are comfortable to be with in any place, at anytime , in any occasion or situation. There is a mutual feelings or connections that binds both which cannot be experienced with others . There is so much fun, happiness excitement being together. There is a feeling of confidence, trust , respect , care and love.
Meaning based on Thoughts
A friend is a person whose trends of thoughts can easily be understood even without you saying a word. Both minds easily connects each other in presence or in absence of the the other. Both knows what likes and dislikes each other have. They can both relate to each other's thinking .
Meaning based on Experiences
A friend is considered a friend by anyone based on the experiences they had with each other. In tough or difficult situations, in want or in need, in happy times or sad times and many more instances in the process of time that they are together or with others.
Meaning based on Social status
It's inevitable that a person chooses a friend with the same social status. This is understandable for there is something or many things common in or about them. But of course as a social being , they are not restricted to it . They can still have friends anywhere at their own choices and descretion.
Meaning based on Interest
A friend is a person to whom you have the same interests and share it to one another. It's the interests that binds them to be in company most of the time, whenever and wherever there is a chance or opportunity to share such interest. In social media persons are becoming friends in a group with same interest.
Meaning based on Standard
Every person though have similar personalities and characteristics, yet differs in standards in life and principles in life. Friends still remain friends but others set limits in their friendship. When it comes to some issues that pertains to spiritual beliefs and moral issues. There are those who stands to their own convictions no matter how their friends say about them , there are those we who do not.
Meaning based on Expectations
A friend usually have lots of expectations from their friends. But to make a friend out of one's own expectations usually end up in disappointments . We are to accept friends as they really are as they accept us , just as we are inside and out.
I believe , there is no one in this world , who have no friend. I think it's the saddest part in one's life having no friend or friends. Anyone is capable of being a friend and so there is no reason why a person can't have a friend isn't it.
A person who wanted to have friends must first show himself/herself friendly.

The Pandemic Journey We Passed By
The Unexpected Dilemma
No one , I think ever did thought that a world wide pandemic would be experienced. And when it happened and experienced a new normal way of life had been adopted , which had been difficult for everyone to live by and adjust. It's almost two years , in our country, the Philippines , that these new normal way of life was strictly observed as health protocol, for safety precautions.
The New Normal Way of Life Back Then
When the pandemic outbreak happened people was put in an Enhanced Community Quarantine, wherein no one is allowed to go out of their own houses. There in only one allowed in one family to go out to buy food at a specific time limit. Those with only quarantine pass are allowed to go out and travel. And they must be with face masks and face shields.
Schools and most business establishments were closed, causing people to have no work and income. Travelling from one place to another far or near were banned. The busy streets with vehicles and commuters disappeared . Only very few vehicles were allowed provided they have some travelling requirements to show to the authorities . It was really a very difficult and sad reality experienced . But the saddest part was getting infected by the virus, getting sick , and loss of a loved one.
Survival , Is Everyone's Goal
During pandemic , the government with the health authorities worked hand in hand to address to the needs of the citizens of the country to survive the pandemic situations.
The national government with the local government sees to it that people get helped financially, food aids , and health assistance like vaccination for free.
Health protocols mandate like wearing facemasks, face shields , social distancing and being vaccinated were prescribed and strictly implemented to adults, and even to the young ones, to secure health safety of each and everyone.
Maintaining & Recovering
Inspite of the difficulties and loss, in many aspects that concerns human life 's existence somehow after almost two years after many survived . The health awareness now existed in the hearts and minds of everyone. And having such realization maintaining the observance of health protocols is personally , individually and willingly practiced by everyone who is concern to their health . And such actions leads to recovery of the health of every citizen and the economic condition of the nationwide.
Starting Anew After Passing The Pandemic Journey
Economically
The past pandemic journey though difficult has it been, gave us new ways and means that upgraded the economic conditions of the country. Businesswise , transactions were made easier privately, publicly and even individually or personally. Online business , online shopping, online financial transactions are accessible and affordable.
Educationally
Not to mention the difficulties faced by students in the past not having the face to face classes but by live streaming only. Parents have to monitor the schooling of their children which added to the burden they tackle as a parent/teacher. Multi tasking has been the parents option and it was inevitable at that time.
Now, face to face classes began the school year this month of August instead of June. It might have an advantage or disadvantage but the good news is face to face classes had started.
Socially
Quarantine, Social distancing, Vaccinated and Unvaccinated are terms used during the pandemic journey. It's connotations were all about the social aspect of every individual.
We all suffered a lot socially during our pandemic journey. We were all deprived of our social freedom to mingle or associate with friends and even loved ones as close as possible. We can't go to places we usually enjoy going for fun, amusements or bonding.
Those days had been so sad and lonely. But thanks to God, those days are gone now. We're back to our social life again with a more cautious and responsible attitude in mingling with others for fun, amusements and bonding.
Spiritually
Way back during pandemic journey , mass gathering we're not allowed . It was implemented for healthy precautions. Only a certain percent of the total quantity of people must gather. To address into such situation , live streaming of worship services came into the scene so as worshippers can still be fed spiritually. Just as physically we should not be hungered, so it is spiritually.
But face to face worshipping is the best . It is because , fellowship with other believers helps in the growth and strenght of the believers in their faith in God.
There are a lot more that you can tell by our different experiences in our pandemic journey, but I have to end . All I can say is that our experiences had taught us a lot .

Realities In Life
Nothing is permanent in life. Changes are inevitable whether we like it or not. Having this in mind as a reality , we ought to face life and welcome changes in its realities willingly , with open mindedness, having faith in God, trusting Him and believing He allows such changes purposely for our own good , to make us a better person and not bitter, to enjoy life to the fullest , accdg. to its possibilities.
I am sure no one likes to stay in the same situation in life that is detrimental or not so favorable for us. No one wants to stay as a baby for a long time, but wish to get older and live longer. No one wants to stay penniless , unhealthy, jobless, look ugly, uneducated , unhappy, alone, and many more. We all want to have changes in some ways or in many ways in life that this world could offer to improve our well being , physically, materially, financially socially, mentally, emotionally and most importantly spiritually.
People come and go in one's life , come and go in one place , come and go in working activities, come and go in a relationship and many other things. No one settles permanently in the same situation as times goes by. Different situations face in life were the very reasons of anyone to shift from one scenario in life to another.
Whatever situation we are in now, face it realistically. Make the possible changes that you could, to improve , to profit from it by learning lessons from it and enjoy life with all its possibilities offered.
We only have one life to live, so live it daily with full of hope and trust in God, whose love to us is unfailing, unending and unconditional. And having such love bestowed upon us and ability to love , live life with love always available to share to others. To love and be loved is the greatest experienced we could ever have in this life that would make life meaningful and worthwhile.
A person who truly knows God personally as God should be known as He is in reality , as Creator, Saviour and Lord, I believe will not regret to have his life lived in this earth, and whenever he leave this earth to have the life here after in a prepared place by God which is heaven.

Excuses, Suspicion Versus Reality
***Excuses Versus Reality***
Hello dear readers, It's been quite a long time that I have not been active to write. Sad to say that I did not reached my goal for month of June and this month of July, this year. One reason is because of being so busy in cleaning up all the mess in the house, which was left unattended during pandemic and after pandemic before I arrived back home last month of May The second reason was I was unmotivated to think what to write. Somehow, the value of BCH going down had contributed to it, besides having my mind won't cooperate with me.
These all maybe my only excuses, to cover up my failures in reaching my goals, but in reality I had my shortcomings and have not been determined in overcoming the obstacles that I have faced but let it overwhelmed me and put me down.
Realizing then , my unproductivity , and my failures in reaching my goal of writing more articles every month , I had to start again and renew my goals and commitment in writing.
**Suspicion Versus Reality**
I wake up earlier than my son this morning. After doing my routine after waking up, I went to our terrace having my phone with me to have good internet connection .
I peep outside and noticed our front gate was unlocked. Since the gate of the terrace was still locked I go outside using the backdoor of the house. Checking outside the house I find one slipper at the side of our old side car parked just in front of the gate of the terrace. I also noticed the cover of the side car was detached from it.
Seeing those unusual things questions entered into my mind. The first question was what has happened? Then, is there someone who had entered in our premises without our knowledge? Then, is it a thief? So returning back inside the house I asked my My son who had just awaken , if he had locked the front gate for I saw it unlocked. And he said he did. I told him to come outside and see. He insisted that before he slept last night he really locked it. So we both agreed that there was really someone who had entered in the gate. Whether a thief or not we don't know.
Puzzled by the things that had happened I just go to the dirty kitchen to start my household task. I saw my sister coming out of their house for we are neighbors.
I told at once the incident that I discovered and my suspicion about it. I told her about the unlocked gate, the uncovered side car and the one slipper I found beside it . She go with me in front of the house to see what I am telling her. I took the one slipper and showed it to her.
She told me it was his youngest son's slipper. She said she was wondering where it is. For his son went home so drunk and had just one slipper on his feet. And she told me about all that had happened about her drunk son .
She said that his son was not in his right mind when he went home . We concluded that the person who assisted him back home thought that it was the gate of their house so they dropped him there . Actually it was our front gate and the other gate that leads to my nephew's house is on the back of our house which is the front of their house, for we are neighbors.
We also concluded that because my nephew was dizzy as he walks towards their house he took hold on the cover of the sidecar and caused it to pulled down. And he left the other slipper at the side of the sidecar because it was detached from his foot and just continue walking with the other one. To keep his balance in walking he tread the path where he could take hold on the grills of the terrace and haken hold on the plants on the plant box, and walk on the side of the house where he can take hold on something till he reached their house.
Seeing the traces of the broken trunk of the plant in the plant box, its leaves dropped on the ground and the papaya tree swayed I concluded that it's the path that he had walked on to.
My sister and I just laughed at what had been my suspicion for the incident that I had seen before we had a talk. If i had not known the reality of the situation, that it was his son who had entered in because of drunkenness, I would dwell on thinking that there was a thief that had entered in and had left his slipper upon knowing that somebody has awaken.
What shall I say then , except excuses and suspicion in any of a situation in life , must be faced accdg. to its reality or truthfulness. If ever there is an opportunity to seek to know the truth, do it. It is happier to live in the truthfulness and in the realities of life than in hear say, suspicions, excuses or whatever that has no legitimate basis .

Believe it or not
There are things that happens in our lives, that sometimes we are puzzled about . We may thought that it was just a coincidence and nothing more.
I will be sharing to you what was shared to me by the widowed wife of my relative, which she herself wasn't sure to believe it or not for what had actually happened with her firstborn child.
One day as i was resting in the terrace , she passed by and dropped by to have some talk for we have not seen each other for quite a long time.
We know each other for quite some time but we're not talking as too personal like her love life. It was only at this moment that I dare to ask her about it. And she answered me with much eagerness.
According to her she was invited by a friend in our place during the fiesta celebration and there she met my relative. She was in a relationship with a man in their own Baranggay. Accdg. to her my relative knew about it , but then my relative befriended her for my relative had fallen in love with her.
Accdg. to her there was a time when her boyfriend told her , that if ever happened that she would marry another man, their first child will not be a profitable one. To this saying, without minding the seriousness of the matter, and thinking that it was only a joke , she agreed in a joking tone .
To make the long story short, the time came that she married my relative , because my relative had beguiled her. She was only eighteen years old at that time.
Not long after she was married , her previous boyfriend also got married.
It came to pass that when she had given birth to her first child, a baby girl, it turned out that it was a PWD. The child grew physically fit but mentally speaking she was not. She is not performing accdg. to her age ability. They had other children but the firstborn child is the only unprofitable one so to say.
So, she was reminded of the saying that her previous bf uttered. It actually did come true not only to her but in the same way with her previous bf too . She was told that the firstborn child of his previous bf was unprofitable too.
Having the same fate with their first born children, accdg. to her, when the time came when she and her previous bf met in a fiesta celebration, they both confessed and asked forgiveness to each other. And since then , accdg. to her , the firstborn child of her didn't became worst, but became manageable to handle.
Up to now , accdg. to her , she can't comprehend whether is it because of what has been said by his previous bf or just a coincidence .

My Introductory Post
Personal Testimony
It was during my High School Days (third year) that I joined a Bible Study Group in our school. It was being held once in a week during our vacant period.
A classmate of mine invited me to join. She is also the one who told me about how to get saved. I remember she used the bridge gap Illustration in telling me about my condition before God . That I am a sinner , separated from God because of my sins. She showed me from the Bible the verses , as she continue to tell me things about the revealed truths about being sinful, its consequences and about God 's love towards a sinful human like me. She told me about Jesus Christ the God sent one who is the Saviour . She told me about what Christ has done. How Christ took my sins on His own body and paid it's penalty by His death on the cross of Calvary to save me from eternal damnation in hell for all eternity. She told me that I need to acknowledge that I am a sinner and confessed my sins to God and asked God for forgiveness. And I need to believe and accept Christ as my Saviour. Claiming by faith that Christ did what was done on the cross of Calvary for me , for my salvation. She helped me pray to God then at that time the sinner's prayer of acceptance of the Saviour Jesus Christ.
When the next school year came, the classmate friend who won me to Christ through personal evangelism, was not my classmate anymore in my fourth year. We were assigned to different class section. Nevertheless we still meet in the Bible Study we joined previously.
In my fourth my year class I had a classmate who also joined in the Bible Study and she invited me to a Baptist Church where she is attending every Sunday. I got interested because I want to learn more about many things concerning the faith in Jesus Christ.
And I was not disappointed. I got what I wanted. I was fed by the word of God, the Bible, sumptuously. My faith and knowledge of the Lord Jesus grew and strenghthened.
By the grace of God , I am continuing in my faith in the Lord Jesus Christ from then on to the present.
And I will be sharing that kind of faith and knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ in this community as the Lord leads me.
Thanks for this community for the opportunity that I could have. And I just hope that this community would grow , that many believers could share each other's experiences of how God worked in their respective spiritual journey in life.

How Well Do We Know Ourselves & Others ?
Knowing ourselves and others are possible, especially if we are a person who are friendly and sociable personally and in social media. Usually friendly and sociable people are the most expressive ones in their feelings and actions. And maybe these are what makes them approachable that makes a way for them to gain more friends . The kind of personality they have seems like a magnet that attracts people to them.
Knowing Ourselves is Important
It is more of an advantage for us to know ourselves better than others inside and out. We can protect ourselves from indulging to persons and activities that could possibly harm us.
People can know only some or a little about us by looking on our outward appearance. And by constantly talking or being with us , they will know better. But in the long run not everything will be known.
Knowing ourselves will make us to set our limits for our own good and safety. We will refrain from exposing ourselves to situations that are dangerous to our image, health and too personal concerns.
Knowing ourselves our needs, wants, strenght , weakness, will make us either cautious, careful, and wise in making decisions, that are of major importance in our lives and more so in minor decisions done daily. Minor decisions done daily affects the present as well as our future . We may not be aware of it but it really does , because if getting used to it and becomes a routine. The impact and results of it is only realized when problems comes our way.
Knowing ourselves & others through situations or circumstances
What is in the heart and minds of people , comes out when facing circumstances that are unexpected. During such any circumstances what first comes into your mind is the action or your reaction. With no much thinking, just impulses right away . But having such time to think in that situation, is a different thing.
Even we ourselves , will be surprise that in such circumstances and situations, we couldn't believe that we have done such a thing or have said such a thing. We then realize that we have an ability or capability or do not have it upon experiencing circumstances and facing such a kind of situation.
The same thing applies with the people we know of and acquainted with. Being with them in different occasions or events make us too know them more .
Knowing ourselves & others , through longer time spent together
Time element is one consideration to know a person better and intimately. First impression last as others say, but I say , it is possible to change in some point , in the process of time.
We can only know a little of a person when we only meet them occasionally . But if we are consistently with them , say at work or in school and other activities, we can know them a little more .
Knowing Ourselves and Others , in Different Scenario
Knowing ourselves and others in different scenario, could mean in the most personal or private way. And this kind of scenario could be in a personal , and private relationship which calls for a mutual commitment leading to or culminate marriage.
Through such scenario we can be certain that the possibilities of knowing ourselves and others really happens. The closest , personal, private and intimate relationship ever that everything is probably known.
There might be somethings called too personal secrets that are irrelevant to make a peaceful marriage that could exist, but then it could not be made known for the sake of peace and love to be promoted to a lasting marriage relationship.
But and if both couple are matured enough to make it known, after a long time of faithfulness and loyalty shown within a marriage , then let it be known as part of the past that have long been forgotten and died.
Knowing Ourselves and Others Should Be Taken For Advantage and Not A Disadvantage
What things we were able to know about others should make us to deal with it rightly. Just as we would like others to deal what they have known about us whether it be good or bad , be dealt rightly.
If we consider a person to be treated with respect and honor don't mess around what we have known about them, if we likewise wanted to be treated the same.
If we want to have a good relationship with others whether it be personal, private or intimate, what we know about them should help us adjust to them , or count it as an advantage to deal with them harmoniously. Make your knowledge about them to brighten your fellowship and intimacy with them.
If we want to be happy living with them , after all whatever have known about them whether it be good or bad, accept the person just as he or she is likewise. For no one is perfect .
If we are to meet a person whom we like to be with, after knowing the good and the bad side, try to learn to love , understand and adjust . It will help and change a lot of circumstances and situations to face. It will be handled right.
Always choose what will make you happy . And always do what will please you. You will be most happy and pleased for doing so. Life is to be lived to the fullest. We cannot please everybody. Do do as you pleased.

This phrase meant for each other , suggests something about two persons being involved in a love relationship.
But putting something like different punctuation marks after it make the phrase connotations, or meaning of it differ from each other.
Meant for Each Other.
It is describing that the two persons involved in a love relationship are settled or is confirmed or haved an affirmation of a firm decision that they both agree to have each other in total commitment of their love relationship.
This could also mean for both that they put an end of looking for somebody else to be committed to in a more personal or private way. Meaning no third party involve past, present and future love relationship.
This could also mean you have accepted the very person himself or herself just as he or she is inside and out. For you both have at least known each other better for quite a long time as friends, as lovers or any other reason. You both know quite well whether you are compatible enough to work the relationship to be if not good , a better or the best one.
This could also mean that you consider both without any shadow of doubt that he or she will be the one to whom who will say "I DO" , and to whom you will promised or made a vow of love for better or for worst, in sickness or in health, for richer or poorer, till death do you part, before God and before men. And you will seal the marriage contract with your signature wholeheartedly and willingly.
Meant For Each Other?
This is a different situation wherein the love relationship of a couple is in question or have a negative appearance or even feeling seen and felt not only by the partners involved but others as well around them.
The manifestations of incompatibility is so obvious in their manners or attitudes or behaviour. It is understandable if the relationship is quite new, or both are immature emotionally or mentally.
Doubtfulness or doublemindedness is present or can be detected , from the love relationship. And having it the relationship becomes unstable or shaky. Uncertainties begin to creep in , into their hearts and minds.
Trust , loyalty and faithfulness were matters or issues need to be proven by both parties involved. Commitment therefore is far beyond reach. Surviving the live relationship is at risks or at stake.
Meant For Each Other !
We all know that nobody is perfect, therefore no relationship is perfect as well. But despite it's reality there are those who make their love relationship survived many difficulties, incompatibilities, failures and mistakes committed by both parties involved. It was such an amazing love story that are very seldom to happen but is possible to happen, for there are really married couple who stayed together in their lifetime happily .
My Personal Opinion
The kind of love life or married life is in our hands. We are the one who decides. And our kind of decision will have results accordingly. We can commit mistakes, because it is enevitable for we are not perfect and we have limits.
But knowing ourselves better than others, we can do something to be someone to be meant for someone so as life can be better lived to its fullest way pertaining to a love life relationship that will culminate to a happily married life.

My Spiritual Journey(Part 6)
The Last Farewell
The Last Farewell from a loved one that come unexpected is related to my husband. And since it was unexpected , I was not prepared for it. This was about his death.
Though I know life is uncertain, and death is sure, and we know not what shall be on the morrow , as the truths taught in the Bible , still I was caught unprepared with the situation. But I have to face life in its reality.
Looking back , before the unexpected death of my husband, he had symptoms of not feeling well . He had dizziness that was neglected to put some considerations . He put off going to clinic for check up though I constantly reminded him to do. He was so busy with thinking of what is more important in a day to tackle until the attacked of a high blood pressure came to him that he was at once in a comatose condition.
With the help of my brother in law, who was our neighbor we rushed him to the nearest clinic in the town proper which is fiftten minutes or more travel. When we arrived there his blood pressure was taken and it was 200/100. It was his first attack. He was given the first aid, and we were told to bring him to the hospital. Since the municipal hall is nearby we asked help to get an ambulance and we were given help and brought my husband to the hospital in Cabanatuan City, which is 1 and a half hour travel. It was the first time in my life to ride in an ambulance. And I then realized how does it feel in that kind of vehicle with a patient who is dying. The feeling was so terrible. I found myself praying to God repeatedly for the survival of my husband, who was still in unconscious condition when we arrived at the hospital.
In the emergency room, the doctor who checked him up, told me that my husband is in a worst condition, that he is in coma and anytime he would die. But he still gave me prescriptions of the medicine needed which I bought at once .
I availed what the hospital drug store could give me even without payment but not all the medicine were available and I have to go outside. I don't have enough money brought. Actually I just borrowed it from my brother in law . We had money but that was for our tithes and offering which my husband kept and I don't have much time to search for it . I was given the needed the medicine on the drugstore outside the hospital. The owner agreed to give me all the needed medicine even without paying it in full. The owner agreed even with just a promissory note.
The hospital available room only was in payward only. By faith, I availed it for my husband. He was in oxygen and in dextrose that time and from time to time monitored by nurses and told me what should I do while waiting for the resident doctor to check him up.
While there with my husband's side I talked to him. I was very near his ear and just talk and talk to him . Accdg. to others, patient in coma can still hear so I talked to him.
I talked to my in laws here and abroad regarding my husband's condition. I feel they are entitled to know everything. My husband then was still unconscious. Seeing the slowness of treatment to my dying husband , I decided to take my husband to other hospital in Manila. When the resident doctor then arrived I approached him immediately and talked to him and he told me many things that made me to decide just to let my husband stay. My husband was checked and given further treatment. I still talked to my husband telling him to still fight for we needed him. As I talked crying , for I cannot refrain myself crying, I saw there was also tears coming from his eyes, that I cried the more. And I whispered in his ear, if you can't bear anymore the pain, then have your rest, because God will take care of us for sure and don't anymore worry for us .
Having it said and his reaction of tears flowing , I went to the nurses' station and requested to check up my husband and they did. They checked on his heart and monitored it . I saw from the monitor how his heart beats going down until it gets flat. A nurse aide gave him CPR but his heart failed to beat I saw from the monitor it's a continuous flat. I just then stop crying and accept the fact that he left us and went home to the Lord.
I then called her bros. and sisters about it. And they came to the hospital and found him in the morgue . We decided then to take him to Manila . My in laws made arrangements on how to transport him from hospital to funeral home in Manila.
I did the arrangements of papers for his released in the hospital. There was someone who came to me that helped us with the hospital bills. He said he was from the government agency from which helped in settling hospital bills can be availed.
So that day, Dec. 3, 2014, we travelled going to Manila to Eliseum , the funeral Home to take care of my husband. It was my in laws who took care of everything on how my husband's wake will be held, what he would wear, and his internment as well, in Manila North Green Park, in La Loma, Quezon City while I go back to Nueva Ecija with my eldest daughter to have the necessary papers needed like the death certificate coming from the hospital and papers related to my husband's internment in Manila.
I decided that my husband's wake was in Manila, for it was near to our relatives and closed friends and acquaintances in church were our family were members of.
By God's grace and providential care all went well for my husband's wake and internment . To be honest , we have no enough money to spend for the expenses of it all, but God sees to it , that all were provided. God worked in the hearts of loved ones and brethren in the faith to help us financially.
My Realization
From all of my past experiences in taking care of my loved ones before they died, I find myself easier to accept their departure. And maybe the reason why was, I have taken cared of them well enough . And each day as I took care of them prepared myself for anyday at anytime that they will die. And seeing them in pain, and get tired and weary in their condition you would want them to rest in peace .
So when my husband died after just a day after his attack, it was very painful for me. Because I am not prepared by heart and mind for his early death. Sorrow and grief overwhelmed me. I just comfort myself with God's promises to all believers written in the Bible.
Death is the means to go to the life hereafter.
Death is the Last Farewell of physical life but the beginning of the spiritual life to be lived for eternity.
Death is an appointment with God to meet Him face to face and to be with Him eternally.
Death is to rest in peace , because Christ is our Peace and our Salvation who prepared a place in heaven to anyone who accepted Him as Saviour.

To My mother
After the death of my older sister in Feb. 2009, we , (my husband, and my eldest son) permanently stayed in the house, so that my aged mother and PWD youngest sister had companion and be taken cared of.
I took the responsibility of taking care of my aged mother and PWD sister, since I was the one available to take care of them. I have accepted this situation, that it was God's leading for me , and the time that God allowed for me to show my love and concern to my aged mother and PWD sister which I have not so done for them.
Looking back in the past years, in my younger days living with my parents, my older sisters and brothers were her constant companions and can help and serve my parents.
For when I was in high school and college , even when I have work, I am so much busy outside our home. That was the time that I was very active in my church activities, especially during Sundays. When I work and having activities in church at the same time, I just go home to eat and to sleep. My only contribution to household chores was to wash dishes, since I had four older sisters then.
So on that time that I was the one available to take care of them, it was easier for me to accept the responsibility without any question or resistance.
Having such a responsibilities between my loved ones and my own family , I needed good health, guidance, wisdom, love, patience and perseverance. And it is through God' s help alone, I can be able to do my responsibilities with diligence , and to the best that I could do and give.
My Spiritual Refuge
Living now in the province with my loved ones and family, and away from the Church , I usually attend before, for my source of spiritual nourishment and encouragement, I prayed to God that He will lead me to a Church with the same faith & practice I had ever since.
During my childhood days here in the province, there was only Catholic Church and Methodist Church. My father was a Catholic while my mother was a Methodist. I remember I go to the Catholic Church then. But when my mother became a member of the Methodist Church, she took me there to be taught by teachers songs and Bible stories . And when I come back to live here on that time 2008, there were lots of religions in our community.
Knowing then the Biblical truths being taught to me during my teen age years up to adulthood , I cannot compromise the faith that I had by attending other church that faith and practices are different from the truths I had known, hold on to and practice.
The Lord answered my prayer to find a church with same faith and practice that I had . I found it in the next Baranggay in our place after asking my relatives. I attended there with my husband and eldest son . It was the Bible Baptist Church in Estrella, Rizal Nueva Ecija . We continued in attending the Worship Services & other Services. We did not transferred our membership here, but we were allowed to participate in having ministry to serve God, after faithfully worshipping the Lord with them and having fellowship with them. I taught in Sunday School in the Children's Dept. every Sunday. And during vacation time in Daily Vacation Bible School (DVBS).My husband , was assigned to conduct a Bible Study in the Municipality of Rizal by schedule . My husband and I joined the choir, and render special number. Somehow such activities we had in church helped me maintain my spiritual journey in, strengthening my faith , by the continued hearing and learning the word of God.
As days passed by , my mother due to old age became weak and sickly until she was bedridden. I took good care of her physically and by all means lead her in her spiritual needs . She was worried then regarding my PWD sister and I assumed her that I will be taking care of her .Just like my father before she died Jan. 2014, she professed faith in Christ.
Church 's Help Availed
From Bible Baptist Church of Caloocan
I requested our Pastor in Bible Baptist Church , who is my brother in law to conduct a Funeral Service at the internment of my father in St Joseph Memorial Park, in Rizal , Nueva Ecija. The Pastor came with other members of the Church. An opportunity to reach my loved ones and relatives who were present on that day to hear the word of God preached.

At the last day of wake of my older sister, they conduct Funeral Service at the house. I requested it , for it was a good opportunity for my relatives, neighbors and friends who will be there on the last night wake to hear the preaching of God's word regarding the gospel of salvation.
The same Church conducted a Funeral Service at the last night wake of my mother and during her internment at St. Joseph Memorial Park. This was the third time my closest relatives, neighbors and friends could hear again the preaching of God's word. It was really my heart's desire for them to know the gospel of salvation, since I cannot do it for them one on one personally. I feel I owe them to know it for them also to have the hope I have in Christ regarding the salvation of their souls.
Ministry of Help (Part 2)
To my PWD sister
After the death of my mother I assumed full responsibility to my PWD sister with the assistance of my husband and eldest son . The school supplies business we had previously when we reside in Manila , we continued in the province. Our joint efforts in vending school supplies in front of the school , as our source of income sustained our daily needs. Additional financial help came from my older sister who then resides in Canada.
Taking care of my PWD sister was made easier , was made easier for me , by the financial help of my two other sisters. I thanked God that my sister didn't get sick , that were serious, only common & curable kind of sickness. God spared us from dangers from typhoons that hits our province during those times.
There was an unexpected and unforgettable event that shook my faith causing me to faint and feel weak. And this, I will be sharing to you on my next article .
To conclude this article , I say,
Having had such experiences in life regarding the deaths of my loved ones, made me to realize that death is sure to come to anyone at the appointed time just what the Bible says in :
Hebrews 9:27 - And as it is appointed unto men, once to die, but after this the judgment.
The Lord entrusted my departed loved ones to me, to be by their side at the time they needed me. And I thanked God , I was there with them to make them feel my presence, my love and care for them up to their last breath. I cared for them giving them physical aides, and to the best of my ability and capability by the grace of God giving them guide and lead them spiritually to know Christ and personally accept Him as personal Saviour. I don't actually know what is in their hearts and mind but they professed faith in Christ.
Accdg. to the Bible anyone who come in faith to Christ confessing their sins to God asking for forgiveness , and trusting and believing and accepting Christ to be Saviour, God acknowledge it by giving the power to become His child to inherit eternal life in heaven because of Christ.
The Bible so declares these truths in : . . 1 John 5:11-12KJV - 11 And this is the record that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. 12 He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.
John 3:16 - For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
John 1:12 - But as many as received Him (Christ) to them gave He power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe in His name.
I believe anyone who by faith believed in the revealed word of God the Bible, all the promises of God and claiming it for himself can be fully assured of heaven whom God prepared in eternity as their abode in eternity to be with God.
Heaven is a prepared place for anyone who prepared himself here on earth before death would come to him. To be prepared is to accept Christ as personal Saviour and Lord of your life . Putting your faith in Christ's finished work of salvation on the cross of Calvary . By His precious blood shed on the cross, we can have the forgiveness of our sins, by His death He paid the penalty of our sins (condemnation in hell for eternity), by His resurrection from the dead, eternal life is secured in heaven.

Time passes so quickly, and everyone grows older each year that time passes by.
To My Mother -in- Law
My mother in law got sick, and we as a family was with them during those times.During the time that she was sick , we took care of her , in the hospital , then back home till she went home with our Creator. When she was still alive she professed faith in Christ and died in that kind of faith in Christ as her Saviour .
To My Father
My father got sick and I visited him. When I visited him, I didn't have the second thought of sharing the gospel of salvation to him. Knowing him that he don't believe on things pertaining to spiritual matters, I still took the opportunity to share to him the gospel of salvation. And to my surprise he is so calm and attentive. He has a soft heart to admit his need of a Saviour. It was maybe because he is sick and know at anytime he would die. I led him to pray a sinner prayer, confessing his sins, and asking forgiveness of his sins. And confessing with his mouth his faith in Christ and accepting Him as Saviour and Lord. I read to him verses from the Bible regarding the promises of God that will assure him of the truths regarding the eternal life promised to anyone who put his faith and trust in Christ as Saviour. After that he still recover from his sickness and became strong. When he recovered I went back to my own family, and just visit him every month.
Till the day come that he got sick and was hospitalized. I remember that day that I visited him in the hospital, and said he wants to go home . That it would be better for him to be home , and would live longer at home than in hospital. He became irritable in the hospital, so we decided to brought him home. And he requested me to be there at home to take care of him.
So leaving my family for the meantime, I lived with my parents and take care of my father. We just have assistance from a doctor to have the treatment he needed while at home. He was in oxygen and dextrose for he was already bed ridden. My siblings from far places give time to visit him. I was there keeping watch over my father . I stayed and sleep in the room. I did what the nursing aide do. I have to be there that as he opened his eyes he will see me there.
But his time to depart came . I was awaken then , I saw that the the oxygen is not working anymore. The glass attached to it was not bubbling anymore. So I called my older my brother and told about it. And he checked the pulse and the heartbeat if there is any. And he said , he is dead. We called then for the doctor who administer to my father and she checked my father and she said he is dead. She was the one who take off the gadgets in my father's body. It was July 14, 2004 when that happened.
To My elder sister (4th from the eldest)
It was year 2008, that together with my husband and my second son , went home to the province to reside there. It was not our intention , but it became a necessity because my older brother asked us to leave the house because they will be occupying it the soonest to start a business . Accdg. to him he bought it already to our mother. To make us leave at one he started to make some improvements on it while we are still staying . Since we have no place ready to stay , he promised to give us some amount so as we could leave at once.
Since my aged mother, sickly elder sister and the youngest sister (PWD ) were only living in the house at that time, for they were abandoned by our eldest sister, and the older brother who bought the house in Caloocan, I decided just to go home to the province and stayed with the three of my family .
Living there with my aged mother, sickly old sister, and the youngest PWD sister, I took all the responsibility for them . Taking care of them, doing the household chores for them . My elder sister , was still single and she is sick with lupous. I took care of her since we arrived Oct. 2008. As I took care of her I am also reminding her about her spiritual need. She is one of the sisters I have invited before in Calvary Baptist Church , to hear the gospel of salvation. She also professed faith in Christ. She was also baptized and became a member of the church. I am constantly reminding her of her faith in Christ and asking her if she has the assurance of being saved, and she said she was assured.
It was Feb . 14, 2009, that she went home with the Lord. My younger sister, who works in Nueva Vizcaya, was with me that time . She assisted me during the last breath of our sister. I even heard my sister said , she is already tired and want to sleep . She was conscious if what is happening arounder her, she recognizes all if us who is there at the room. My mother, my younger sister and me. She requested things be given her and we did give it her . When I told her it's okey have your rest and sleep and she started to close little by little her eyes as if she is too sleepy, and started to snorr having a deep sleep then she stops breathing. My younger sister then who is monitoring her blood pressure, it went down slowly, till it reached 50 then lower and she is gone.
That consecutive deaths in our family was really sad. But that is how life goes. We are just temporary in this planet earth. But there is life hereafter that the Bible teaches for us to be prepared to . And preparing for it is while we are yet in our full awareness of our being , have the strenght, the health, and still can breath and have life, can understand , can decide , and can talk to God personally, earnestly , can still believe and put our faith and trust and accept Christ as Saviour.
I thanked God , that He enable me to be by the side of my loved ones, when they needed me to help them physically and spiritually. Having the time to take care of them made it easier for me to accept their departure from this planet earth to go home to the place God has promised and prepared for them in heaven eternally.

My Spiritual Journey (Part 3)
My Journey With A Lifetime Partner
I met my husband in Bible Baptist Church Caloocan, were both of us are transferees.We both are attending faithfully in all the Services held in the Church, every Sunday & Mid Week Services. And these were the times that we always see each other.
Since both of us were active in church's activities, faithfully doing our service to God, we always see each other. In Young People's Meetings were young people meet in Sunday Afternoon for Fellowship and Programs, we had the chance to talk personally and be friends . We also met at choir practices for we are both choir members. We also meet during Teacher's Meeting for both of us teaches in Sunday School. These frequent meetings made us more closer in fellowship and friendship ,till he courted me. I had a suitor then, who is also a faithful young people but I was 4 yrs. or more older than him. I had a young people whom I admired and liked but chances are we seldom meet in church for he is busy in mission work outside the church, for it was related to his work. So , it was whom I find closer as friend, and only a year and a half age gap, that I finally decided to consider .
We both have work during those times.Our work was not a hindrance for us to be faithful and active in serving God through the ministry we chose . And this made me to deepen my commitment to him to accept him to be my lifetime partner. Within our 7 months courtship we decided to get married. My principal sponsors was chosen by both us . He took two principal sponsors from his previous church while I take one from my previous church and we took one from our present church. Our secondary sponsors were our closed and best friends. It was on Jan. 9, 1981 that we were married. Our wedding ceremony was officiated by our beloved Pastor of the our present Church, Pastor Gil Aranda.
As husband and wife, still we continued in our activities and service to God. There was a time when we are given a chance to handle the Yong People's meeting then, being a young married couple.
Becoming a Mother
I became a mother , Jan. 15, 1982. I gave to birth to our firstborn a baby girl. And a year after , I gave birth to our second child a son , Jan . 16, 1983. I quit working then to attend to my children. We occupied the room for rent below the house of my in laws till we had our third child. In those times that we had three children , we still continued in attending the church services in Bible Baptist Church with our three children.
There happened an interlude in our ministry then in church. We had to move to another place to assume the ministry of help to my husband's grandfather who is sick, in Negros Occidental.
As a family we moved into that place. My spiritual journey still continue in this place. I taught children in Sunday School using the Ilonggo dialect which I tried to study and learn to speak. My children were still kids then, ages 7 , 6 and less than a year old. We find refuge and strenght in our spiritual life in GIWU Baptist Church, a church being attended by my husband's uncle where we lived with them, till the death of my husband's grandfather. We only lived here in Negros for almost two years.
When his grandfather died, we decided to leave Negros Occidental and went back home to Caloocan City with my parents. My children when we arrived in Caloocan were 9, 8 and more than 2 yrs. Old .
Since we're back in Caloocan City , we were back in attending church services. We have not assumed our previous ministries we left for it was in the care of other faithful member of the church. Nevertheless we still continue in attending the Sunday Church services & midweek services faithfully. We resumed our giving of tithes and offerings as the Lord continue to bless us financially. We lived in Caloocan till our kids were 12 yrs. Old, 11 yrs. Old and my youngest 7 yrs. Old.
As our children were growing , we instill to them the faith and practices we had. At the time they were able to understand the gospel of salvation, they professed faith in Christ and followed in the water of Baptism by immersion.
Though my children, were not as active in spiritual activities my husband and I were involved during our younger days, we are just thankful to God that they had a personal relationship with Him as Saviour and Lord of their life . As their parents somehow, we had some failures ,that maybe due to the interludes we had.
It made me realized then , that moving from one place to another didn't help them to secure a consistent fellowship with others . They had met other people and friends just to be acquaintances and were not able to build a deeper closeness that could help them be encouraged to get involved in activities in church but then never had a chance because we always leave & move to some other places to live.
Personally, to me, transferring to one place to another , is not a matter of neglecting my personal commitment to God . For whereever He leads me , I see to it that I can find a place to worship Him and serve Him to a church with same faith and practice. And because I am seeking for one in every place God leads me, surely I find one.

My Spiritual Life Journey (Part 2)
Time, Places, People, & Activities
As a continuation of My spiritual journey (Part 1) I will continue my story in my last mention about the Church that I have been one of the pioneer members of it, together with my highschool friends and classmates.
In Calvary Baptist Church
This Church started as a Mission Church of Bible Baptist Church in Sociego, Sta. Mesa , Manila wherein I am a member of, because I was baptized in that Church.
My membership was transfered to Calvary Baptist Church. The Pastor of this Church came from the Bible Baptist Church of Sta. Mesa, so the teachings and practices are the same.
In this Church , I was fed and nourished by the word of God. I was trained to be a Sunday School teacher to kids. We had the Teacher's Meeting werein we are trained techniques in teaching the word of God to children. We were taught the songs to be taught and we're given Lesson Plan to be studied for us to teach it with the visual aids needed. I started to teach the Kindergaten children . At first It was difficult for me but as I continue doing it, by the grace of God and wisdom given me I was able to teach and enjoyed it.
As there was opportunity to teach, I do not have second thoughts in participating . On Saturdays with other young people like me who are willing, we go to places within the area to conduct Good News classes. It is like teaching in Sunday School , where the word of God is being taught to children.
In this Church we are also taught personal evangelism. This is a kind of personal witnessing to a person , sharing the gospel of salvation by using the verses from the Bible . It is also called soul winning.
Involving in doing such kind of activities in church is voluntary. I volunteer to such activities as my service to God. I was a part time worker of the church.
During this time that I am attending in this Church, I was able to invite some of my loved ones, relatives and friends to attend Sunday Services. So as they would hear the gospel of salvation and accept Jesus Christ to be their Saviour & Lord . My mother and my older sisters and a younger one & relatives professed faith in Christ while others did not. Nevertheless I kept on praying for them that the time will come they would realized that they too needed to believe and accept Christ as their personal Saviour.
My loved ones who professed faith in Christ continued with me in attending Sunday Services and get baptized too.
**In Bible Baptist Church Caloocan**
The time came that I decided to leave Calvary Baptist Church. I think the reason why is my break up with my first boyfriend. So as not to see each other again , I prayed to God to lead me in Church of the same faith and practice.
God answered my prayer, one Sunday I decided to look for it. I once attended this another mission church of Bible Baptist Church, Sociego, Sta. Mesa , Manila. And I remember it. I rode the jeep going to it, but I was surprised to know that they have already left the place. I never did stopped to look for it. I said to myself, Lord just this once, help me to find it. I rode a jeep , then it stop when an old lady have to take a ride. When the lady had just seated I saw her having a Bible in her hand and I asked her if she knew where Maranatha Bible Baptist Mission was. And she said, she knew it , and she will be going to it. So I go with her and find the members whom I personally met before . They were now occupying a big building and it was their first Sunday Service being held there. I was thankful to the old lady, who is one of the faithful members of the church. God has used her to answer my prayer. So I attended their worship service that afternoon. The pastor of the church was Pastor Gil Aranda, a missionary pastor sent by Bible Baptist Church in Sociego, Sta. Mesa Manila to start a missionary work in Caloocan City.
Having found then this Maranatha Bible Baptist Mission which turned to be Bible Baptist Church of Caloocan when it was organized as a Church, I attended their church services, and finally transferred my membership and they accepted me.
In this Church, I started to be active again. I attended all their Sunday Services: Sunday School , Morning Worship Service, Young People Meeting, Evening Worship Service and Midweek Services. After a year of faithfully attending Church Services, I was allowed to join the Church Choir, and render special number like duet , or group singing. As I was already working at that time, I gave my tithes and offerings , and participated in other givings as the Lord blessed me financially. I grew spiritually , and in my service to God. Besides being a member of the Church's Choir , I also teach children in Sunday School Children's Dept. and as time passes by promoted to teach the High Schoolers, then the College or young Adult Dept. and when I became an Adult, the Adult Class Dept.
In this Church , my husband and I met. He was also a transferee member accepted. Both of us were attending Young People's Meeting and he was also a faithful member. Within the 7 mos.Of courtship we decided to get married and the Pastor of the Church , Pastor Gil Aranda , officiated our wedding ceremony, Jan. 9, 1981. We both continued in the Church and in serving God till we have our third child. He became a deacon in the Church then.
But the time came we have to leave the Church , because my family in the province needed me , so we have to move on. That was year 2008. My children were old enough then and two of them were working so they stayed in Caloocan City, and the other one went with us in Nueva Ecija.
I have to end for this event for now. And there will be a part 3 of this spiritual journey. I hope you stay and continue as I unfold my spiritual journey till the present time.
As the Lord leads me in my spiritual journey , I just follow His leading though I be alone and no one joining me. I am counting on God's faithfulness and holding on to His promises, that makes me to continue in my spiritual journey.

My Spiritual Life Journey (Part 1)
There are times in life that happens unexpectedly. Like going to another place with a reasonable purpose. And you left people behind, and left the things you used to do before in exchange with another in the place that you go to.
My life eversince had been like this, from childhood, even when I get married. We moved from one place to another for different reasons & purpose lwhich are important and necessary.
Going back to these instances in my life, I realized, that it is how God intended it to be. For it had been the way that my spiritual life begun.
When my parents decided to leave our hometown province to settle in Caloocan City, they left our house in the care of the family of her nephew. I was 11 yrs. Old then. I continued with my elementary grade schooling and graduated in Bonifacio Elementary School.
The Beginning Of My Spiritual Journey
It was during my high school days , third year high school , that I get involved in Bible Study which is being held in school premises during our vacant period. A classmate of mine named Ligaya Pineda , invited me to join, which I did not resists. She is the one who presented to me the gospel of salvation , using the Bridge Gap Illustration , taught by the Bible Study leader, named Ate Flor. It was presented to me simple and clear and I understood it. In faith, accdg. to the word of God presented to me, she led me in a prayer of acceptance to Jesus Christ , as my personal Saviour and Lord of my life. I can't remember the exact date , but I was in third year high school then.
During my fourth year high school, Ligaya and I had not been classmates then. I was in section 1 but she was in a higher section. Though we are not classmates , I continued with the Bible Study and met new friends and classmates three of them who are attending the same Bible Studies, namely: Evelyn, Dorcas and Luisa. Our Bible Study teacher told us we should attend a church to continue be feeding with the word of God to help us grow spiritually. So I started to go to church. I joined my sisters whenever they go to the Catholic Church during Sunday.
One day, a classmate friend of mine named Evelyn invited me to the church where she is attending. The name of the church is BIBLE BAPTIST CHURCH. It is very far in our place, it is in Sociego St. in Sta. Mesa, Manila. I accepted her invitation and joined her . They had their Sunday School first before the Morning Worship Service. The Sunday School were separately done accdg. to department : Elem. Dept. , High School Dept. , College Dept., then Adults. My classmate friend Evelyn & I attended the High School Dept. Our Sunday School Teacher name is Cynthia Lontoc. We were all girls in her class. The boys were separated from the girls and were being taught by men. After Sunday School there was a 15 minutes break before the Morning Worship Service, that is to have merienda if you want or to go to cr.
It was my first time to attend such kind of worship service. My friend & I sat down in a bench . The auditorium where they held their morning Worship Service was big, there were many benches to sit down. The service started with singing. There were songbooks in the benches to be able for people one to use in singing. The song leader then was a Young People who later I found out was one of the son of the Assistant Pastor named Pastor Abante Sr. and he was the Jr. The song leader was leading the crowd in a lively singing which make the atmosphere of starting the service in a lively and happy mood. I enjoyed such atmosphere in singing and tried to learn the song.
Following the lots of singing was the acknowledging the first time visitors in the congregation. Visitors were asked to raised their hands. And since I was , a first time visitor I raised my hand. Then after the first time, second time and even the third time visitors were acknowledged, they sing to us a Welcome Song and each one were shaking my hands which was seating near me, others came by to shake hands. It was such a different experience, a happy experienced that I said to myself I want to come back.
After such acknowledgement , the song leader lead us in another singing before the church choir sings. As we were singing the church choir comes in to the choir loft one after another. Before the choir sings , a special number was rendered by a trio, who later I learned were the sons of the Assistant Pastor Abante. After it the choir sings, and it was the song leader , who leads as the choir director. The choir did sing beautifully. And after it , there's another special number. After it the Speaker were called and introduced. He was an American Pastor named Rev. Pastor Boyd Lyons. Honestly, I find it hard to understand his English. Nevertheless , I still wanted to comeback, though it's far.
Since then I continue to attend their church services on Sundays: beginning from Sunday School , and Morning Worship Service. My classmate friend Evelyn & I even attended the Young People's meeting in the afternoon & the Evening Service. And it was in the evening service that I heard Pastor Abante Sr. preached. Of course I understood his preaching though it be English.
Usually after the preaching , there was an invitation being made for anyone who wants to accept Christ as personal Saviour. That night I came forward because I want to be sure that I will be going to heaven and not hell when I die. As I was standing in front somebody take me and lead me in a place to talk to me personally. It was my Sunday School teacher. She took her Bible and opened it and reading passages that tells what to do .
For the second time I was led in a prayer of acceptance of Jesus Christ as my personal Saviour . After that she again open the Bible and read passages from the Bible giving the assurance of salvation that I have, being by grace through faith accept & believe what Christ has done in the cross for my Salvation. What gives me the assurance of my salvation at that moment was the following verses in the Bible:
***John 1:12 KJV-***
***But as many as received Him (Christ) to them gave He power to become the sons of God , even to them that believe in His name.***
***1 John 5:11,12,13 KJV***
***11 And this is the record that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in His Son.***
***12 He that hath the Son (Christ) hath life, and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.***
***13 These things have I written unto you that believe in the name of the Son of God, that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.***
These verses from the Bible means so much to me, from that time on. I hold on to what the Bible says, for I believe the Bible is the word of God written for me and to everyone to know Him personally, and to know the things we ought to know regarding how to live the spiritual life, which started at the time of acceptance to Christ as personal Saviour by faith in what He has done on the cross of Calvary paying the penalty of our sins by His death on the cross, shedding His precious blood for the remissions of our sins, and rose from the dead that our faith be not in vain, that eternal life is ours to claim, for we have a Living Saviour.
Now that my doubts disappeared , and being assured of the salvation I have in Christ , I continued in attending the church services in this Church the Bible Baptist Church.
I was then baptized after knowing that I needed to be baptized being one of the believer of Christ. I came forward again at the invitation after the preaching . The same person led me to understand from the Bible why I need to be baptized and many things related to it. I was then scheduled to be baptized. It was Rev. Pastor Abante Sr. who baptized me.
Baptism is a public confession of our faith in Christ. It is the first step of obedience to Christ. It pictures the death , burial and resurrection of Christ. And the way of baptism that pictures it , is by immersion. Baptism is also the way by which you become the member of a church. Not anyone is being baptized. To be a candidate for baptism a person should be one who have accepted Christ as personal Saviour and assured of it . And is willing to follow Christ in the water of Baptism, which is one of the ordinances Christ instituted in the church, the other one is Lord Supper. There is no infant baptism , infants are only dedicated to God by parents.
Being now then, a member of the church the more I get active in church activities.During Sundays I attended the services in the morning and evening. I joined the Young People's Meetings and even join the choir. Joining the choir , I discovered that I can sing the alto part , so I sing the part of alto in the choir.
The time came that this Church had a mission work in Quezon City, which is nearer in my place. It was during my college days. So I transferred my membership there together with my classmate friend , Evelyn Moreno. There our other classmates friend Dorcas and Luisa , our former high school classmates joined us. We became the pioneer members of Calvary Baptist Church , Pastored by Rev. Pastor Edwin Imperial. As I continued in my faith, and continued to be taught by the word of God I grew in the knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ , and eventually matured and strenghthened.
My Spiritual journey still continue on, and I will write about in in Part 2 if this article. This is just all for now.

Memories Left Behind Tells How Time Flies So Quickly
I never did thought that I am already two weeks now staying in the province. My mind was always thinking of what I must be doing daily and finished it by all means as my strenght permits. Being so focus on the things that must be done and how to do it consumed my time , & energy that while resting for awhile is just enough and go back again to work . I just stop when its suppertime to eat, then rest and sleep.
For that two weeks already, I have finished and accomplished things. But there are still yet pending tasks to do. I have to cope up with the times I have left the house , for staying almost three years in the city with the family of my two children who had their own family. With the pending tasks that I have, I realized how time passes so quickly that I feel I am lagging behind because of unfinished tasks.
Looking back , to the time I spent with my two children in the city, I never did thought that I had already spent that long. It seems just yesterday I was with them and now I'm home in the province.

I stayed with my eldest daughter family , Feb. 2019 to March 2020. A year before the pandemic started.
Get Busy With My Work
It's not actually being a senior that I forget what the day is nor my mind was really in a forgetful stage that surprises me how soon the days or weeks or months passed by.
Maybe I was not just mindful of the days ,but being mindful of my work to be done at home and in store.
At the time I stayed in my eldest family, I worked as a reliever to my son in law who manages the store. My daughter was a working mom and had one kid and soon to have the second one when I get there Feb. 2019. And by May 4, 2019 when the second child was born, the busier I get.
Enjoying what I am doing daily
Being with my eldest family and what I am doing for them, was my joy & feeling satisfied with the help I could give them, rather than the help they can give me. For I thought it's my time and opportunity to be with them, taking care of them as they are taking care of me.
I am a senior but then I feel so energetic.l can do the things in store and in the house taking care of the kids when it's my turn and still doing the household chores of cooking , cleaning and washing.
My accomplishments for the day seems my inspiration to work more and do more. I have my half day off Sunday, for my daughter is off from work. I used it to attend church service in Bible Baptist Church Caloocan.
Baby Sitting My Two Grandchildren
Baby sitting with my two grandkids were bonding moments for me. Though it stresses me physically, yet they are my stress relievers. The feeling that I can have the opportunity to spend my time with them is like a prize to me. I had lots of pictures of my bonding moments with them. I intentionally took photos with them so I can have something to throwback of memories I had with them, for I know I can't be with them forever.
Feb . 2019 - March 2020 because of pandemic, we all part ways . They left for Bicol at once. I still stayed there in the house till Aug. 2020 till my youngest son took me to be with his family.
To think of one year with my two grand children was as if just a week long for me. It was so sudden that pandemic had stopped my bonding moments with them The youngest was just 9 mos . Old then when they left Caloocan for Bicol. So I had the opportunity to take care of the newly born child for nine months. She celebrated her first birthday in Bicol. And now she turned three years old , last May 4, 2022. It's like just yesterday that I hold her as a baby and now she is three years old.

I stayed with my youngest son family , Aug. 2020 in Pasay City. I celebrated my 66th and 67th birthday there.
I didn't also was mindful of the time during my stay there. I don't feel how slow time passes by. I was even surprised to know that I was there with them for more than a year and eight months.
Here in Pasay , my mobility was affected. I am not as busy as going to and fro from house to the store where I work. I just stayed inside the room. If ever I walk , I exert not too much effort because the space to walk on requires on few steps. I just sit, stand, walk a little , work a little and lay to sleep at night.
Doing simple tasks at home
My focus on work was on house alone. I just cook, clean the house , and only washed my own clothes. Not like in.my eldest daughter's house, I do the laundry of all our clothes. Here my son do the laundry of their clothes, & marketing. It was daughter in law who works. It was her own choice, because her salary was bigger compared to my son's salary.
Babysitting my two grandchildren
My two grandchildren sad to say had disability. Both were unable to speak at their age , werein normal children like their age can do.
So it was my intention to focus on them. How I could be of help to these two kids. I gave the love and attention I could possibly give to them. I wanted them to feel they are like the other kids living a normal life.
Starting with the eldest, I continued what her parents started teaching her , the Alphabet, Numbers, and Writing them as well. In writing her complete name too. She has just turned 8 yrs. Old last May 2. I had the time spent with her during her birthday before I left, May 4.
I am happy that she has learned well the alphabet and numbers. Before I left she has learned and improved in her writing skills and in communicating with us.
She is very fond of drawing and not in writing letters. But I encouraged her to do both so as she could communicate well. And good enough she is now doing fine.
When she draw a picture just as I told her to put some tag on it using the letters if alphabet, describing what her draw means or tells about. When she draw an apple , she would also write capital A and small a beside it. She would even write the word apple in right spelling.
On her own she will draw a thing and write the letter to describe it. When she doesn't know the spelling of the whole word she could come to me and will spell it for her. She writes down correctly all the letters that I will tell her. And she would remember it from that time on. I knew it , because when she draw it again she will show it to me with the word in right spelling.
When she want something like food , she will draw the kind of food and show it to her mother.
One time she draw something like a girl having an ice cream.on her hand and the tongue of the girl touches the ice cream. She out letter L in it and show to her mother. Her mother can't tell what it is. When it was shown to me I told my grand daughter the word lick and spell it for her. She wrote it correctly. My daughter in law was surprised that she knew it, only she can't spell it. I was surprised too because her mom doesn't know the word.
What amazes me with my grand daughter was she knew a lot more English than Tagalog and she is more comfortable using english words than Tagalog.
Focusing with my grand daughter and her younger siblings on how to teach them how to communicate and express themselves to us I find my time with them fun and enjoyable though stressful sometimes because of having their respective tantrums. But instead of getting irritated with them the more I was challenged to deal with them with patience knowing their condition.
Both the children taught me how to deal with them. To adjust to their level of understanding, to adjust to their incapability and not them to my instructions.
Somehow, we learn from each other, so that they were comfortable being with me and we're closed to me which made me happy as their grand mother.
How I missed my youngest grandson. When he wanted milk he will approach me handing to me his empty feeding bottle. Hugging and kissing me just for me to do it for him. Even though his father was there he would insists me to do it for him.
I never did expect him.to learn easily the alphabet and numbers for his condition.I remember he wanted to play with the alphabet chart. I will sing the alphabet while pointing each letter over and over again whenever he wants to.play with it.
One time his father bought an alphabet flash cards. We scattered the flashcards for him to play with it. Watching him.whst he will do with it. I saw him.gather every letters and arrange it accordingly. I was really surprised he did it.
And we know he learned how to count when he was playing the puzzle mat. He gathered only ten puzzle mats. The alphabet chart with numbers was hanging on the wall. At first I ignore what he is doing. One time I watch him doing that routine. I counted the placemats he hold in his hands. It is ten pieces. Then he separate the one and pointed to the number one in the chart. Then again he took another one and added it to the other then he pointed to number two till he finished it to number ten. I was really happy that he had his own way of learning it. I didn't teach him that way but he was able to do it by himself.
I just find my time passes so quickly doing things in the house. I made visuals for my grandchildren out of available materials I can see around. If there are Cardboards available I will cut it to different shapes to teach it to them. I never ran out of ideas to make them enjoy the day with activities to learn from.
I am happy that I had the opportunity to be with them . And those are my memorable and cherished moments with them. Each day full of activities with them makes time flies so swiftly.
My almost three years spent with the family of my children were fulfilling for me, as a mother and a grandmother. The opportunity to be with them were exciting, challenging and fulfilling for me. I was able to express myself fully, my worth and what I am capable of doing at my senior age. I am happy to be a blessing to them as they have been a blessing to me. I am happy to take care of them.as they take care of me.
I thanked God for the time He allows me to have to be with them . I did all my best as far as I can do with the strenght , health and wisdom that God gave me. There will be no regret for me though we part ways for I have done what I have and can be done for the.

No Need To Worry or Be Anxious
Everyone of us are very much aware of the existence of birds around us. Being born in the province and spent my childhood days up to 11 yrs. Old I can still remember how my childhood life goes in the province. And I can say, my childhood days in the province though how simple and difficult it is , I found it enjoyable. It was the time that I enjoyed the nature and the beauty of it. It was such an experienced so different when we lived in the city for about more than 30 yrs.
It was in the city that I spent my teen age life, up to adulthood till.i get married & had three children . Though many Interludes came into my life, still I found myself back to where I belong my hometown province .
As I was back home alone, to be reunited with my bachelor son. Once again, I am back to enjoy the nature here in the province life . Though it was not the same , that it used to be during childhood days.
The fruit trees I used to climb and eat it's fruits were gone for the different reasons. The old house during my childhood days , where removed and build a new one . I can still remember in that old house , that I used to take lots of steps in stairs before entering the front door, the same thing at the backdoor. Now the house was in bungalow type, no stairs to climb.
My parents have gone, and being the child who had no own house , I occupied the place with my own family from 2008 - 2014 the year both my mother & husband died. Though I left the house for some important reasons my son stayed in the house. And now year 2022, May 4 , I was finally back home , God willing to stay for good , for I am a senior now.
Every morning as I wake up as early as 6am, sounds of many chirping birds and lots of crows of roosters in the neighborhood one after another are the sounds I hear. The little birds called maya settle in the remaining small trees that surrounds the house. I am delighted to hear the chirping of birds which during in my childhood days was not so important to me. But now to me it sounds very relaxing and enjoyable.
The birds, though little creatures , in their existence God used them to tell truths about life in the hands of the Creator who made them.
It was during my teen age years , high school days in the city, that I got involved in Bible Study. And that all started my spiritual life and spiritual Awareness about how to have fellowship and relationship with God our Creator in a personal way.
It was that time I was able to discover many things in life that I needed to know more about God, the Saviour Jesus Christ, and being a believer, by reading the Bible,the word of God.
In the Book of Matthew, the first book in the New Testament , Jesus taught about how life must be lived in full faith in God when it comes to His provisions which all of us was so mindful of each day of our lives. He used the object lessons in such teachings. He pointed out the most common things in nature which all of us can see with our bare eyes how they live and is able to live in their existence.
Now in my situation, coming back to my hometown with nothing much on hand to live by to sustain my son and myself daily needs , by the chirping if these birds around the house every morning reminds me of the teaching Christ taught His disciples during the time He was here on earth.
Let me share to you the very words that Jesus Christ , Himself said , in Matthew chapter six, that we must believe and take hold on to , to put away our worries or anxieties about our needs, physically and spiritually and many more.

***25 Therefore, I say unto you, take no thought (Be not anxious) for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body , what ye shall out on. Is not the life more than meat (food) and the body than raiment? (clothes)***
***26 Behold the fowls of the air; for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns, yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?***
***27 Which of you by taking thought (being anxious) can add one cubit unto his stature?***
***28 And why take ye thought (are ye anxious) for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin,***
***29 And yet I say unto you that even Solomon, in all his glory, was not arrayed like one of these.***
***30 Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith?***
***31 Therefore, take no thought (be not anxious) saying, What shall we eat? or what shall we drink? or what shall we he clothed?***
***32 For after all these things do the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.***
***33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness and all these things shall be added unto you.***
***34 Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought (Be , therefore not anxious about tomorrow; for tomorrow will be anxious) for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is it's own evil.***

***Personal insights***
The audience here when Christ taught this Sermon on the Mount were multitudes & His disciples, who followed and believed in Him - 5:1
Christ teachings here were about how to handle our worries or anxieties .
Christ is telling everyone God cares for every creatures He had made. God made Himself responsible and available for them to provide their needs for God knows all what His creatures needs.
Christ is telling that life is more than the reasons of physical survival in this earth. Our life here on earth is in God's hand not in ours. That life is living in fellowship and in relationship with Him,for God is able and will enable us to have what we need in life to survive just like God enable those creatures who are unable to work to be able to have what they need.
Christ is telling us our faith in God is so little when our only focus is on material things. Christ is telling us our faith should be focus beyond the things that can be seen by our naked eyes. Our eye of faith must be focus on God whom we cannot see by our naked eyes because God is so real in our being because He created us in His own image. There is within us the consciousness of God's existence.
Our worries or anxieties are manifestations of our little faith in God. Thus, having more and strong faith means no worries and anxieties for we believe in God, in His power, and we rely on His goodness, faithfulness, kindness, mercy, & grace because of His love towards us.
If we consider ourselves a child of God not by existence but by faith in Christ as our personal Saviour and Lord of our lives , our faith should not be little , nor weak or having doubts , but is strong , no manifestations of worries or anxieties.
The relationship of a father and child , is the closest and dearest relationship we can call in this earth. The father loved his child and will.provide and protect his child. The father will give what his child needs even the child won't ask for it for the father knows what his child needs. He won't give what was not needed or what will harm his child.
Do you think our father on earth Excell what our Heavenly Father will and can do for us?
Let us then put our faith in God without wavering. Let not our faith be diverted or focus only on what our naked eyes can see, or what our hands can hold, or what our hearts can feel or even what our minds can think of. ( Hebrews 11: 1)
Let us look unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith. ( Hebrews 12:2)
***Personal Experience & Testimony***
I came back home here in the province with the clothes I have worn for almost 3 years staying in NCR due to pandemic. Yet I come back with new ones. God favored me in the eyes of my daughter in law. I have no food on hand to bring home for my money was intended for my stay in the province . Yet I have some to bring . My daughter in law gave me food for the travel . She gave me 3 big slices of cake for pasalubong, shampoo, soap , thermos wherein I put hot water for cup noodles ,biscuits , candies , alcohol, tissue, and lots of facemasks. She let me have their extra handy re chargeable lamp to use during power outage in the province.
I come back with a small amount of money from my SSS pension to spend for my fare , medicine for maintenance, & for sustenance for food for coming days in the province. I was able to buy a small clip fan, and a powerbank. Yet God see to it that I will have enough in returning home. God worked it out for me in such an unexpected situations. The situation was my delayed travel . The bus heading to Cabanatuan City has just left when we arrived. I had to wait for another. When it came my son put my baggages to the compartment and left me as I was seated in the bus. The second delay was the bus stayed too long in the terminal waiting for more passengers. For that long period of time my son was able to return to me and handed me a pocket money coming from.my daughter in law who had waken by that time the bus was on hold in terminal .
I was safe back home. And I'm staying for more than a week now. God still favor me in the sight of my sister, who always give willingly without asking her or requesting cooked foods as well as uncooked foods for me & my son.
Besides it , we can avail fruits from mango tree, guava tree and sampaloc tree in our backyard.
Our neighbor freely give the fruits of her malunggay tree whose branches with fruits crossed over our fence. She owns a store of fruits and vegetables & give me discounts and give aways when I bought something to her.
And last Sunday when I visited my godchildren in wedding, in their house , they gave me 2 pcs. of melon of which one of it , I gave to.my sister. My god child even give me a free ride returning to our house, causing me to save Php 50 ($1).
I acknowledge all of these things favors from God , who sees my needs, even without asking it from him. Truly Go is good all the time. All the time God is good where ever and whenever He leads me. How I thanked Him always. To God be All the glory.

What Are The Things We Treasured In Life
Whether we admit it or not , we have many things we treasure in life. What I mean is things that we value as precious things that we just keep and hold because it means something to us , it has sentiments that we can't just throw away, or forget. Let's try to see what are those things we usually treasure.
Things Treasured In Life
***Photos in Albums, Picture Frames , Wallet, Cellphones***
I am sure most of us still have photos during our childhood days when photos are yet the available things to have. Maybe our parents have it stored in album pictures.
I can still remember when I was young, when we have visitors my parents used to entertain them by showing lots of album pictures of the family as they are preparing for the visitors refreshments.
The album pictures were usually in the sala placed in an exclusive cabinets being displayed for everyone who wants to see it.
The most treasured photos back then, which can be seen in our sala was the wedding portrait of my parents. When you will enter our sala it is hang above the door leading to our dining room.
Other photos were photos in a picture frame being hung on the wall of the sala. Pictures of the whole family, and members of the family who have graduated as well as its Diplomas. It seems you are in a studio with photos all around the sala.
Nowadays photos are more in the gallery of our cellphones or in the memory card storage .
Photos are so dear to us, that we treasured so much. Photos are our cherished memories in our lives that reminds us of important occasions, events or gatherings that we take pride of showing to others how we looked back.then, or we had been in such a place with such famous or important people.
***Personal,Public Documents***
Important documents like Birth Certificate, Marriage Contract, Land Titles, Diplomas, Work Related Documents & Pertinent papers for our Identity.
All the above mentioned important papers are so treasured, keep intact and safe as much as possible for future use of the family and personally by each.memberbif the family. They are important and valuable things for us, that need not be lost.
***Personal Favorite Belongings***
Valuables like Jewelries, Favorite Dress, Bags or Shoes are so much cherished and kept. If it be given to others , it is given to someone loved and closely related to, or to someone who is favorite.
Cars, House, Furnitures that are costly and worked hard for are very much cherished and valued because it is the fruit of their labors and sacrifice.
***Money***
The most coveted after cherished and valued by every individual. Because of it's literal value in basic necessities in life, for comfort and ease up fame and power, money becomes the apple of the eye of every individual. Money is a thing yet it is so powerful in influencing people to get by hook or by crook.
Persons Treasured In Life
***Parents & Family***
The first and foremost persons we treasured in life are our parents and family. Without our parents we would have no family to belong too and exist in this world.
Our parents and family will always be the one who loved and care for us. Who will protect and provide for us. Who will support us in what we want to achieve in life. Who will be there for us in all situations in life: in sickness and in health, in richer or poorer, in joy or sadness, difficulties or ease and will always be on our side no matter what till death take us apart.
***Husband or Wife***
When we leave our home to settle to build our own home and family, the partner we have in life is the one we treasure in our lifetime. The partner in life to whom we made vow before God and men could be the dearest one to have and to hold , to protect and provide all the days of our lives. No one should or nothing should separate them whom God joined together in marriage.
***Children***
Children are blessings from God. They are fruits of the love of husband and wife, their blood and flesh . They are truly our treasures to keep, protect and to hold until our last breath. We do everything for them , for they are the one that binds the husband and wife's relationship.
***Pets & Plants***
There are lots of people who loves pets and plants like they love people. They give their efforts of love and care, protect and provide for their needs. For them, their pets or plants are their joy and comfort, stress reliever,friend & companion.
***Profession , Work, Business , or Source of Income***
There are people who chose profession, work or business or source of income other than people in their life. They treasured it so much that they sacrifice their love life or personal enjoyment. There are other reasons maybe but the choice they made shows they treasured it most.
***Belief, Faith or Spiritual Things***
Last but not the least that people treasured and cherished in life is their belief, faith and spiritual things. There are people who chose their belief ,faith and spiritual things more than anyone or anything. Their priority is focused not on the things this world could offer them but on thev things beyond this life or the life hereafter, which could mean God , to whom they owe everything in life.
My personal insights
The things we treasured in life , is seen in how we lived our lives. How we treat things and people. By the way we make decisions, choices, and give priorities in life is what we cherished., valued and treasured in life.
All of us differs in this regard. We treasured things and persons differently. We choose those things we feel will make us happy and satisfied. All of us deserved to be happy in life accdg. as we want to live it for it is our life. We ought to respect each other rights and freedom to.live life. We are all accountable to God who lend us this life to live. We would only be accountable to others if we would violate their rights or freedom .

Sunday Worship Service Had Changed
The pandemic situation had made many changes in the different situations in our lives . To mention some, the educational system as well as the Church' Worship Services system.
Church Worship Services Before Pandemic - Feb. 2019 - Feb.2020
Before pandemic started, I was in Caloocan City. Every Sunday, I am attending the Sunday Worship Service in the Bible Baptist Church of Caloocan , which I am a member of.
When pandemic came , locked down was implemented, so the church was in locked down too .
Church Worship Service During Pandemic - March 2020 - April 2022
As the pandemic cases lower down, the church services were allowed upon observance of health protocol. Certain percentage of people were only allowed to attend services, only the vaccinated ones. But during those times, I was already in Pasay City. I just watch the live streaming of the Worship Services of any Baptist Bible Churches, I followed. Whichever notifies me first , It is the one in which I watched the live streaming of the Worship Service.
Since the time of Worship Services of the said Bible Baptist Churches I followed differs from on another, I was able to watched different Sunday Worship Services at different times.
The MBBE ( Metropolitan Bible Baptist Ekklesia) in Sta. Ana, Pastored BP Beinvenido Abante Jr.
This Church is usually the first one I used to watch the live streaming of Sunday Worship Service, because they start early, and as one of their follower I was being notified when the service starts.
The Zion Bible Baptist Church , in Parañaque, Pastored by Pastor Jeremiah Solomon. This Church is the second to notify me.
The Bible Baptist Church of Caloocan, Pastored by Dr. Jericho J. Samson. This Church is the last but not the least to notify me .
Now that I am back to my hometown province, last May 4, I planned to attend , the Bible Baptist Church in Estrella Rizal, Nueva Ecija. This Church, is where I am.attending the Sunday Worship Services, when we settled here in Nueva Ecija 2008. I left it year 2015-2018 when I went to Pampanga.
While in Pampanga, 2015 - 2018 I am attending , Galilee Bible Baptist Church, Pastored by Pastor Jhun Apuyan Pigao.
Comeback - May 15, 2022, To Attend Sunday Worship Service in Bible Baptist Church , Estrella, Rizal Nueva Ecija
I arrived here in Nueva Ecija May 4, as planned, to exercise my right to vote, which I did, come May 9, Election Day.
May 8, Sunday , I wasn't that prepared to attend the Sunday Worship Service, so I did not attend.
Today, May 15, Sunday , I prepared myself to go and attend the Sunday Worship Service. Thinking that it was still the same schedule that they held the Sunday Worship Service, I went there for the Sunday School schedule of 9 am.
When I arrived at the place , the main gate , I used to enter in before was padlocked, but as I peeped in the church' s door was opened, lights off, and can't see no one inside. But then, on the other side gate which was opened I entered in to inquire at the near house which was owned by one of the member. As I was going to it, I heard a music sounded by a piano. So I diverted my steps towards the church building.
As I entered the door I saw few young people in there, which I never saw when I first peeped in. A young boy came near me and I asked him if there would be a Worship Service. He told me the Worship Service had just finished . For they started at 6 am. Another boy came and they told me that they had changed their schedule since pandemic. And they told me just to be back at 5 pm for the Evening Worship Service.
After knowing the new schedule I just went toward the nearby houses of the members in the compound just to say Hello and to let them know I am back. I met seven of the members.
Not having much talked with the three of them whom I met , I go toward my best friend house. I met her mother in law which told me that my best friend was in the farm. She called her grand daughter to take me to the house of her sister which happened to be my godchild in her wedding. It was because I forgot the place where their house is. When we reached the place she left me there and go back home.
We talked quite awhile about the different topics how life had been during pandemic. How God did helped them survived the situation .
Since they had a tricycle , they offered me for a ride back home. They even sent me home two melons which the other one I gave to my sister. And now I am having it for my lunch . It was so sweet. I ate all the whole of it, for my son doesn't like to eat it.
When we arrived at my place , I just told my "inaanak"or my godson in wedding, that I will be going back in Church next Sunday , May 22. He even offered to fetch me on that day for a ride . It was a good offer which I accepted for it is really difficult here to have a ride especially during the early time in the morning.
The Result of the Unexpected Change in Sunday Worship Service
I surely missed a message from preaching of God's word , but I did not missed a time of fellowship with the believers I met as I did not returned home at once when I learned the Worship Service was over.
I just counted meeting and fellowshipping with other believers is a message from God that my fellow believers are still continuing in their faith and practices as a believer and is supporting the work of the church.
In fact the two young people i met , was just small kids the time I was there teaching them in Sunday School. And seeing them both grown ups and are still there continuing makes me happy.
And that of course, encourages me to continue in my faith and practices as a believer as well.

Time Spent And Be Spent
Things happened in our lives for purpose and reasons. We can't expect everything will turn out to be always good, happy, comfortable and satisfying. But thanks be to God who is always there for us in whatever situation we face in life.
My long absence at home, I believe was allowed by God , so that I could have some time to spent with my two children and their family as well. Because when my two children got married and have their own family, I had no chance to bond with them for I am in some place away from them and away from home for some other good reasons.
Time Spent With my Eldest Family
It was year 2019, that I left Hometown to be with the family of my eldest, who is six months pregnant then. She requested me to be there with them for two reasons:
First, to be a helper in the store managed by his husband, for they are needing additional helper.
Second , to take care of her soon coming second baby, because she is a working mom.
Feb. 2019 to March 2020 I was with them. For a year I enjoyed being with them, though I find it hard to do all the tasks of being a baby sitter and a helper in the store. I was able to manage well my time in both kind of works I have to do. I was never bored or too stressed because I enjoyed what I am doing in the house taking care of my 2 grand kids, and enjoyed working in the store being a cashier and helper too.
When pandemic came , the store was closed and the family went home to Bicol, the province of my son in law. I was left behind and my younger son took me to live with them in Pasay.
Time Spent With My Youngest Son
It was Aug. 2020, that my son took me from the rented room of the family of my eldest daughter.
I lived with the family of my youngest son from Aug. 2020 to May 3, 2022 for I went home to my hometown province , May 4, 2022.
My time spent with my youngest son family was well spent, enjoying the time with them inspite of difficulties brought about by pandemic situations. I thanked God we survived the pandemic situations.
***Time Spent with the family of my eldest daughter and family of my youngest son, are my cherished and memorable Experiences with everyone especially with my grand children. I thanked God He had given me the opportunity to bond with them during those times.***

Time Spent In My Hometown With My Second Son
Presently, I am home now after almost three years in Metro Manila. I have to make up for the years of being away from home.
I arrived here May 4, 2022 , Wednesday at 1 pm. I was safe back home with my baggages and pasalubong. It was a happy feeling to be reunited with my son and loved ones here.
I arrived finding out how messed up the house was. It was so discouraging that my second son, no matter how I always remind him what to do while I was away, was only taken for granted.
With such kind of a situation, I just commented with such discouragement , not in anger but with annoyance.
Being tired fro.long trip, I just rested and give my pasalubong to him and ate with him as well.
How Should My Time Be Spent Now
It was a time to spend with tiring activities of cleaning up inside and out of the house for a week now and more days to go for I have not finished it all
It was a time to adjust to other circumstances different from what I used to have while with my other children.
It was a time to be caring and still show my mother's love to my son who is with me. Though I don't like his ways, and it irritates me, I just look at the good ways he has towards me. For he still help me in such ways accdg. to his ability and capability.
It was a time to think of such ways how to budget time, money, and use my strenght cautiously. For now, I was the one who will take care of it all the way, not like before my son and daughter took care of me.
It was time for me to more productive in daily tasks for I have too many to do that I myself alone have to do. At the same time to be productive to my two platform for it will somehow help me a lot in finances at least.
It was time to be more strong spiritually, physically for there are difficulties and challenges to face in life here now being back home.
It is time to be always on the go , no time for laziness, procrastinations, or taking things for granted.
It is also time to bond with loved ones and friends, neighbors, at convinient time only.
It is also a time to have much freedom to do what I want with my time for I am in my home sweet home.
I thanked God He had given me time spent with my loved ones, and friends and still time to spent with them for now.
I hope and pray God will still give me more time to spend that I will be bless and be a blessing too.
Let's all be reminded that time passes so quickly, and let us use our time wisely and enjoy it with people dear to us while they are with us and us with them.
Let us all value our time as we value ourselves , others and things we have.

How Effective is Your Communication Skills ?
As social beings we communicate to people . It is important in our daily activities whereever we are. The first people we communicate with are those people with us, like our family, friends in school, work, abroad and in social media.
Importance of Communication
In the society or community we belong , communication with each other is necessary and is inevitable.
Communication is our personal way of expressing ourselves: our mental , emotional and physical well being. We need to be understood so as there would be no confusion, no doubts, no negative reactions that will occur.
Lives will be in a mess without a good & proper communication with each other individually or with a group of people.
There are many ways and means we communicate to everyone. But the question is , are we able to communicate with them properly, and effectively?
We can say that we are effective in our communicating skills when we are clearly understood. And when do we say that we are clearly understood?
It can be said that we have effectively communicated to a person, when the person respond in a way that we expect them to respond. But if the person respond differently , then maybe our way or means we use is not properly done.
Communicating to person if not properly done brings confusion and other negative results. To avoid such , we need to assess our ways of communicating to person or group of persons. Let us assess our ways or means of communication so as we can be effective.
Ways or Means Used in Communication
***Language***
There are many kinds of languages in the world. If you are going abroad for reasons like for a vacation or most commonly done is to work, you need to have knowledge about the language used in that country and learn to write, read and most specially to speak it. Or else, in such a foreign land , you will not be understood by everyone there, not unless they also knew your own language. But that is not so possible if your language is said not to be the universal language like English.
Language is the best way to communicate to people. People having the same language used can.properly and effectively communicate with each other.
***Dialect***
Accdg. to google Dialect is a form of a language which is peculiar to a specific region or social group.
Here in the Philippines there are lots of dialects being spoken. Philippines is composed of three groups of islands namely: Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
In Luzon there are lots of dialects spoken.In Central Luzon, Tagalog is being spoken like in Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, & Tarlac. But in Pampanga & Zambales, they have another dialect.
In the Northern part of Luzon namely, Nueva Vizcaya, Quirino, Aurora, Isabela, Cagayan , Ilocano us their dialect.
In the Southern.Part of Luzon, known as the CALABARZON (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Quezon) their dialect were Tagalog.
In Visayas & Mindanao Region they also have their own dialects. So same Filipinos sometimes can't understand each other because if the different dialects. Not all Filipinos speak the official language , Pilipino , though it is being taught in Public School throughout the country.
The Filipinos usually speaks the dialect they are comfortable to speak, rather than the Pilipino, or Tagalog which is the official language. But mind you, same Filipinos with different dialect can understand each other using the English language. Funny but it's true. Filipinos can read, write and speak English . It is because in Public & Private Schools English is one of the subject bring taught from Elementary, Secondary School even in the College Level.
One of the good characteristics of Filipinos, is they can easily learn to speak different languages and they can write, read and speak English fluently compared to other nationalities.
***Sign language, Body Language, Gestures***
There are other ways used by people to I communicate to others. Sign Language or Body Language and Gestures are used not only with PWD but with other people who can normally speak. It's a difficult way but somehow can be learned.
Tools Used In communication
Tools Used previously such as letters or voice tape messages by mails using the post office and mailman to reach the people concerned by our messages were obsolete now.
We have now the high technology by which our messages can reach the person concerned in just one click in just a moment irregardless of the distance locally or internationally or even globally.
The best tools we have now with regards to communication are not only available but also comfortable and with ease to use. Cellphone, Computer, laptop, whichever you can afford using the internet to communicate . Long distance is not a problem anymore. You can talk to a person and see them personally as well.
There could be no reason at all for everyone to have communication to a person so distant from us but yet still tools aren't enough for others to maintain a good relationship.
Motives and Goals in Communication
Our motives and Goals in communicating to a person plays an important part or role in the effectivity if our communication . If you are properly motivated then your way of expressing yourself in spoken words, or gestures will gain good results, and well expected responses, irregardless of the tools you use.
There are lots of goals we have in mind in communicating to others.
Some believed in first impression last long. So lovers, used means to impress the one they love by personal means or virtual means, whichever is suitable or available to express the sweetness and thoughtfulness.
To married couples, living together or not, maintaining a good communication is a must to secure a strong bond in their relationship.
To families, who goals for unity, strong bond of relationship, maintaining good and proper communication with love and respect us a must.
In business realm on.line or not, a good communication is the best key to a successful business transactions, closed deals and shipping or deliveries of commodities.
Aiming To Be Effective in Communication
There can be lots of experiences in communication that we commit mistakes that leads to some failures in our personal, private or public relationships. We can learn from these failures if we take time to check it, assess it , then aiming not to do it again.
Developing a good communication skills can be one of the secret in the success we want to achieve, in terms of relationships and business wise.
Maximizing the use of hightech tools in communication is of great advantage. Try to learn how to use it. And upon learning it, be responsible and not abuse it.

Discovering God's Goodness In Travelling Back Home
The reality is, life is uncertain . You will discover more of its reality as you lived it one day at a time. With God's blessings of life, health, strenght , protection and provisions life will go on as He allows. He will.let us experience His goodness as we trust Him prayerfully.
In this article, I will be sharing the circumstances I experienced before going home in my hometown province, Nueva Ecija. It has been.my long time prayer to God to be home in my hometown province. You' ll.see how God works it out for me.
The Plan of Going Home
First Scenario - Plan Came in Mind
Plan of going home came into my mind, when the Alert Level of health Protocol was lowered from Alert Level 3 to Alert Level 1, that was March.
Second Scenario - The Date Planning
I planned to go home April 30, that was the time , after the Lenten Season or Holy Week Celebration, here in the Philippines. It was before Holy Week that most people from the city are going back home to their respective hometown provinces. It was very possible that time because there were no more strict implementation of health protocols. No more restrictions from unvaccinated persons to travel.
Third Scenario - Good Opportunity to Travel
This scenario was carried on, maybe because at that time candidates for the coming election on May 9, were campaigning to different places from cities to different provinces in the Philippines. Having lowered down the Alert Level, people can go out from their houses and can go to public places , only wearing facemasks. Vaccinated & Unvaccinated, from all ages, children, youth , adults can go out provided they will still obey health protocol of just wearing facemasks.
Being aware of such things , the more my desire of going backhome stirred my heart and mind to pursue on my plans. I finally told my son and daughter in law, that I will be going home May 4.
Final Decision of Going Home
First Scenario - Final Decision
May 4 was my final decision in going home. I chose this date because May 3 was the date by which I can have my SSS pension. I need money to use for my fare.
Second Scenario - Early preparation
That Month of April, I started to prepare the things I needed to take home that there will be nothing in my belongings be forgotten. My son included the kids outgrown clothes and shoes be taken home to lessen and give more space for their drawers .
Third Scenario - Money Blessing
My daughter in law was able to be get paid by a relative who borrowed money from her four years ago. That was before she will be giving birth for her second child. And when the child was born only a partial payment was made. And the second child now was having his birthday May 2. And it was a blessing that the full payment was sent two weeks before the birthday.
Fourth Scenario - Shopping
My generous daughter in law told me and my son to go shopping. The actual plan was all of us will go, because it was her day off. Since it was Sunday, wherein much people go shopping, my son just suggested Monday as early as possible like 8 am it's summertime the weather is so hot outside .
The shopping time was delayed from early morning it became afternoon. It was because the youngest child was in a good sleep, and we don't want him to be disturbed from sleep, for the child need it much. The child woke up at past 11 am. And we were able to go around 2 pm.
We shop at Two Shopping Center at Baclaran, for it is the nearest place for us , for we lived in Pasay. Besides prices if commodities are cheap whether it be a retail more so in whole sale. We shopped for the two kids ternos for everyday use. For me , my son and grand daughter we bought underwear. We also bought a sandal for my grandson. Then we had a merienda of halo- halo in Chow King and take out a meal for our supper.
We went home safe, still early and satisfied with all the things we bought.When we arrived home my daughter in law has just arrived just minute interval. She did not wait for us too long, just on time. We had the key to the room so we really need to b e home early. Usually my daughter in law arrived from work quarter to six pm. It was a good thing that after having merienda we proceeded to the place where we could take a jeepney for home. And we were able to get a ride not too long.
Fifth Scenario - Daughter in law's generosity
My daughter in law ordered for me 6 pcs. of square pants in shopee, in addition to the underwear I bought in Baclaran. She was not satisfied for what I just bought for myself so she added it. If course I was very thankful.
Sixth Scenario - Birthday Celebration
May 2, birthday of my youngest grandson. It was a family celebration at Chow King . My daughter in law waited us in Chow King , Baclaran. We had our supper there.
I ordered for myself so as I can avail for a senior discount. Of course I ordered what meal I preferred, beef chaofan with halo halo . My grand daughter also was given her favorite meal ,the CHOWKING Lauriat, because of the fried chicken. And the couple , they preferred the promo.meal good for two, which had 2 chaofan with toppings, , 2 tea, 2 halo halo and crunchies.We were all happy and satisfied with the treat . Unfortunately the birthday boy didn't eat , he just like the crunchy food.
The funny thing was , I was served by my food the last instead of being the first one because I am a senior. I just let them eat first as I waited for mine.
Seventh Scenario - Well favored Ride
It was a rushed hour, meaning time when lots of people are on the road waiting for a ride. Knowing the congestion , and taking the main road to walk towards wherever could get a ride my son chose the inner road heading to the main road. We walked a lot but just as we arrived the exact place, a jeepney is coming with no passenger at all. And we were the first passengers to ride on. No hassle in commuting. The driver , drive so fast in such a two way road that scares my daughter in.law. Thanked God we were back safe home.
Eight Scenario
*SSS Pension Withdrawn
May 3 , schedule of withdrawing my SSS pension . At 9 am my son went to withdraw my pension. I told him to buy my Vitamins, my medicine for high blood pressure, a clip pan and a power bank. He went home with all the things I asked him to buy for me.
*Second birthday Celebration
May 3 , was my grand daughter' birthday. They bought a birthday cake , a chocolate flavored one because it was the kids favorite. And I cooked spaghetti. We just had a cold juice drink. This time my grands son ate of his favorite cake .
Ninth Scenario - Goods Blessings
May 3 evening after the birthday celebration my son and daughter in law buy goods for me to take on my travel. When they arrived they gave all what they bought that night. I had biscuits, candy, cup noodles, a bottle of mineral water, tissue, facemasks, and alcohol.
My Going Home Schedule
First Scenario - Waking Up
I just don't know if I am do excited or not but I woke up as early as 2 am. And since it was too early, I took.my time of doing my usual tasks. I filled in the container of drinking water. I boiled water for thermos, so as I can bring hot water for my noodles too. My daughter in law gave me a little themos month ago. Then I took a bath and finally have all things put in my baggage. The soap, toothbrush etc.
Second Scenario -Going to Terminal
I woke up.my son at 4am. My daughter in law and the kids was still asleep and we didn't disturbed their sleep though my daughter in law with the kids liked to see me ride the bus going home and bid me a safe trip with hugs and kisses.
As I go down and met downstairs the mother of the landlady of the rented rooms, we talked for awhile. Before parting way with her I gave her the last gospel tracts I had telling her it's from my church . It was actually intended for someone or anybody in that rented building whomsoever I will come across with at my departure.
Third Scenario - In Five Star Bus Terminal
My son & I arrived before 6 am, but the bus bound to Cabanatuan City has just left. Do we waited for the second bus, and not long it has arrived. My son then put my baggages in the compartment. And he headed back home when I was finally seated at the bus.
Fourth Scenario - Pocket Money
The bus still stayed in the terminal, waiting for other passengers. It's quite long waiting. Then at my surprise , my son came in the bus. He told me when he arrived home my daughter in law was already awake and told him to give me my pocket money, and he handed me the money. And I thanked him and told my son to thank my daughter in.law in my behalf.
The delays of my trip was a blessing in disguise. The first delay was I was not able to take the first bus. The second delay was, the second bus stayed too long to wait for other passengers. So I was able to have a pocket money and a time to eat my breakfast too before leaving the terminal.
Fifth Scenario - Smooth and Safe Travel
From Pasay Terminal to Cabanatuan Terminal , was a safe travel and I was able to take a ride a jeepney bound to Rizal, which left at once the terminal as soon as I came . The driver did not anymore waited for other passengers. He just picked up passengers as we travel down the road. My travel rom Cabanatuan Terminal to Rizal terminal was quick and safe too.
Sixth Scenario - Safe Home
My final ride will be from Rizal to our place , another 15 or more minutes. I just dropped by Chooks to go to have something for lunch and pasalubong to.my sister too.
My travel going back home to.my province hometown was 6 hrs. I left Pasay Terminal at 7 am. and I was home by 1 pm. I thanked God for the safe travel and all the blessings He allowed me to have in being home to my hometown province Nueva Ecija. I was reunited again.with my second son and my sisters after almost three years of being away from them.

What Voting Means To You
Tommorow will be our Election Day. Our country needs someone who will take the full responsibility of leading the country, for us citizens of the country lived a happy and prosperous life we deserved .
As citizens of the country we deserved to be treated equally in privileges accdg. to what the Philippines Constitution states.
As a citizen of the country , we are to be protected from violence, crimes, abuses, and violations of our rights and freedom.
As a citizen of the country, we are to be provided by opportunities to have work and source of income to meet the basic needs of our families and self.
These and many more , that we are entitled to have as citizens of the country must be kept in mind by the person who aspire to be the one to lead the country, accdg. to the position he aspired for.
As an active voter, we need to be discerning about the person to whom to vote. Let us be sure about the truthfulness and sincerity of the candidates regarding the position they are running for.
In exercising our privilege, freedom, as well as responsibility to vote, let it be done prayerfully and with honesty.
Let us vote the one who have not only the ability or capability to lead but really have the willing, sincere, and honest heart coupled with integrity, being true to God, himself and others with all the words he uttered in public or social media.

It is a freedom that every citizen or resident of the country is being given. If you are a qualified voter , citizen or resident of the Philippines you ought to exercise this kind of freedom. This kind of freedom has a responsibility attached to it. You have to register as a voter in a city or municipality you are a resident of. If you are eighteen years old and above, a naturally born citizen or a legal citizen of the country, a resident for at least one year in the city or municipality prior to election, it is your responsibility to apply for registration as a voter.

Voting indeed is a privilege, since a person must be 18 years old and above before you can vote. A person who only resides in city or municipality within a period of at least one year prior to election can register to vote. Only registered voters who are active voters can vote.

Being a responsible registered voters is expected from a person who has the freedom and privilege to vote. Failure of a registered voter to vote twice consecutively will not be allowed to vote. He or she will be deactivated.

The Essence Of Being A Mother
To be a mother is a blessing that comes from God. It is a privilege that not everyone was entitled too. But then , I believe that every woman God has given a motherly instinct to love and to care for children. What I mean is , though a woman is not able to bear a child in her womb , she is capable of giving love and care to a child or someone even if it is not her very own child.
***M - Mother***
Is a title given to a woman, blessed by God to have a fruitful womb.
***O - Offers lots of love and care***
A mother has all the ability and the capability to offer lots of love and care to her children. It continues from start even to the end of her life. It flows in her veins, pump by her heart, focus in the mind , and expressed by his actions and gestures.
***T - Taking responsibilities in everything faithfully and sacrificially for the welfare of the family.***
A mother can be counted upon in everything pertaining to family matters. She knows by heart and practice what , when , how and where her responsibilities towards her family is to be done or exercised. Any tasks she is able to do according to his ability and capability is faithfully, and sacrificially done, even without notice or appreciation by anyone in the family. It is her happiness and joy to serve the loved ones.
***H - Homely***
A mother's domain is the home. It is the safest place for her and the family. It is the shelter where everyone is protected and being provided for by their needs physically, emotionally, mentally, socially and spiritually.
The mother sees to it , that the home where her family lives , will be the place her family wants to stay as always. She does it by making them feel loved and very important people to her.
***E - Extraordinary***
A mother is an extraordinary person. She can be anyone in the home. She does not only function as bearing child, but do many things more in the house.
She can be a teacher. Actually it is from the mother that children learned first before they are being taught by the professional teachers.
She can also be a nurse. Whenever any member of the family is sick, she could not rest or sleep properly for she is on watch for them. Keeping on watch that medicine should be taken on time. She sees to it that the proper food to be taken with such kind of nutrients needed is being served and us eaten.
She can also be a barber, or an hairstylist. When a baby boy's hair gets long, she will try to learn how to trim it by all means. When a baby gilr's hair is to be fix , she does it beautifully.
She can also be a carpenter, an electrician, and many more if needed , and calls for a necessity.
***R - Reliever***
A mother at times come to a point , that she has to work outside the home but still doing her responsibility at home. She has to do it , in case of necessity because the husband is sick, or has lost its job and maybe other personal reasons.
***S - Supportive***
A mother is very supportive to every member of the family. No one is taken for granted. Everyone is appreciated. She knows how every member of the family be treated equally , accordingly,and lovingly. From early morning to late evening her support to everyone in the family is always available. When you feel sad, she makes you fell happy. When you are weak physically she does everything to.make you strong. When you are being bullied or someone talks I'll of you, she is your defender. When you are discouraged, she encourages you, inspires , teach you what you should do. When you fail or commit mistakes, she discipline you with love and correct and forgives you. She will always be by your side when you needed her help. She always pray for you to God. Whatever she can't be able to do God will be the one to give and provide it for you.
Being a mother is not a profession but she sometimes is like a professional doing the tasks of what professionals are doing. What I mean is , mother is collectively doing the tasks and responsibilities of caring, teaching, training, disciplining, protecting, guiding, motivating, inspiring, and always praying to God for her family to be completely united in love and harmony , experiencing peace, love and joy together for richer or poorer, in sickness and in health till death takes them apart .

What Is Our Most Concern In Life?
Is It Work or Health
Work is a part of everyone's life daily. Whether you are at home or in your work place, there in unending work for you to do.
Work is an activity which is necessary to keep you going in life. It is an unending activity as long as we continue to exist in this world.
Work can be stressful but at the same time it is enjoyable. It all depends upon a person when to start the work and when to end it in order to have time to rest. We must always remember that work and rest goes together, and both are important. Enough time given to both Is good and necessary for our well being. Too much work and less rest leads to fatigue and can cause sickness, same thing with too much rest and less work.
Our concerns in our life can be best seen by the way we used the blessings of time of a day each day God allows us to wake us up. We expressed or manifest our most concerns in life by the activities we do each day in our lives.
Our awareness and realization of our most concern in life can be a help to us to monitor whether we are on the right track in our way of living before God and men especially the people close and dear to our hearts.
Is it Work or Relationship
Relationship before God and men is protected and is maintained in a good and blessed condition when our concerns in life is well balanced, and when our time within a day and days within a week and weeks within a month and months within a day is spent well and wisely, nothing more , nothing less.
God in His goodness to us , through nature , shows His concern for our health and strenght. He created & gave us 7 days a week , 24 hrs. a day. It is in our hands how to use it and be responsible to it. We are stewards of that time and as stewards of it we will give an account to it.
God freely give us our days to enjoy it responsibly. He only asked a certain day to give time for worship to Him.
He gave us a night and a day, to use the day to work and a night to stop working and give time to rest. This shows us that God is so concern with our whole being, especially on having strenght and good health spiritually and physically. To properly take care of our body and using our time rightly. Thus giving us no excuse to give Him when things go wrong in our lives by way of our negligence to adhere in what He allows us to have.
Is it Fame or Power
We are social beings and we associates with people of every walks of life. A person's work or activities may require it, especially in business and entertainment world, or in social media. The activities a person indulge in and the amount of time he spend to it are expressions or manifestations of what most concerns in his life.
Is It Finances or Moral Values
Finances or money is very essential in our lives. We work hard , find ways and means to acquire more of it to meet our basic needs, wants, comfort and ease and enjoyment and satisfactions in life. There is nothing wrong with money. It is the way or method of handling it matters. The manner by which money is handled by a person shows how he values it. Having more money or less having it, could lead to something good or bad. There are those who values money more than their life or Moral Values. Some risks their lives and exchange moral values for it.
A Well Balanced Concerns in Life
Knows the use of time - Being aware of just having 24 hrs a day, he manages time wisely within the day. Gives preferences or priorities to things that are more important. Those things that would results to productiveness and wholesomeness.
Knows the boundaries of work and rest - God gave us night and day to set the limits between work and rest. This is for the good of our well being. To be physically fit is yo give our body enough rest and sleep. Having such will help boost our immune system and good resistance, in order not to get sick.
Knows when to start and when to stop or end an activity that nothing is being compromised like health, relationship between God and men. It is usually the case that when time is mostly devoted to work, time to spend with God or time to spend with family or loved ones is set aside or neglected.
Sometimes giving too much time to work , health is neglected . It is usually the case that when work is not yet finished and it's time to eat, the time to eat is set aside just to finish the work.
Knows the important things to prioritize and give preference. There are lots of important things we have to do everyday . But of course we will do the first things we need to prioritize accdg. to it's necessity or importance. In this matter , every person differs. What is important to one may not be as important with another. An individual must then needs to be discerning in all.matters of his activities or work to do first.
Knows how to have proper discernment or good judgment in handling the unexpected and emergencies that interfere in the set goals , plans or schedules of work or rest.
Knows what discipline means and act upon it with focus and firmness. All efforts will be in vain, and goals set , plans or schedules will not be achieved.
Personal Thoughts and Opinions
Work, Health ,Family , Fame and Power ,Finances , Moral Values are all important to us. Everyone of us has all the freedom to choose the one above the other for peace of mind, happiness and satisfaction.
But we can have it all if we want, as long as we could handle it right& handle it well balanced.
As always let us not forget God who is above all, who will help us , as He allow us to be blessed with life , health to strenght, and wisdom and all that concerns in life.

What Is Our Most Concern In Life?

Back to Where I Belong - My Hometown
What hometown means to me
Personally, hometown for me is known to be or is considered to be the place where I belong. It is because it is where my parents lived , our relatives lived and where I was born. It is the place where I spent my longest childhood days. It is the place where i have my first classmates, playmates and friends. My first experiences of what life is and lessons learned from it , are memories still left in my heart and mind that cannot be erased though I went to other places, met other people , find friends and acquaintances, and have lots of experiences and lessons learned in life.
First Time To Live Hometown
My first time to live my hometown was when my parents decided to reside in Caloocan City by the convincing power of one of our closed relatives who are going to reside there too. I was in Elementary then, a Grade 5 student. And from.that time on we lived as a family till I was grown up as a teen ager, young adult, and an adult.
Several Times of Leaving & Returning To My Hometown
***Returning YEAR 2008***
This year 2008, I happened to return to my hometown, because my older brother bought the house & lot of our parents in Caloocan City, where my very own family temporary lived, because we have not owned a house & lot. Since there was no place to go and at that time my mother and my only sisters were living in the house in our hometown , I decided to just go back in our hometown to live there. It was October 2008 , having all our stuffs with us , my mother and two sisters welcomed me and my own family. I had 3 children at that time, but I have only one with me and my husband to for the other two were left behind in Caloocan City because of their job. They just look for rented room to stay.
I took care of my old aged mother, a sickly sister and a PWD sister with the help of my husband and a bachelor son with us. I stayed in the house in our hometown until the unexpected death of my husband. My sick sister whom I have taken cared of for only 4 mos. died Feb 14, 2009.
January 2014 , to my mother died due to old age.
December 3, 2014 , my husband died due to high blood pressure.
***Left Hometown 2015***
Leaving my bachelor son in the house in our hometown, I and my PWD sister lived in the vacation house of my older sister in Pampanga to take care of it. My sister & brother in law supported me & my PWD sister who is with me from the time we lived there year 2015. My brother in law died October 2017 in Canada and was cremated. December 2017 my sister , her daughter and grandson went back to Philippines bringing my brother in law's ashes to bury it in the grave yard together with the deceased loved ones. My sister still stayed in the Philippines for several.months. She went home to Canada , June 2018 while me and my PWD sister still stayed. Since my older sister had already an Alchzimer disease my niece decided to let the care of the vacation house to the other relative on the side of my brother in law, who lived just near the house. It was Aug. 2018 that me and my PWD sister left Pampanga.
***Returning Hometown Year 2018***
Aug. 2018 , I was re united with my bachelor son. I spent Christmas and New Year with him and my PWD sister.
Jan. 2019, I attended a reunion with my elementary classmates. A classmate from the US who went home for a vacation here in the Philippines, initiated the events, so we had it.
***Leaving Hometown Again Year 2019***
I left again my hometown, leaving my bachelor son and my PWD sister. Good thing my sister younger than me , who is a neighbor stayed now for good in their residence because she filed an early retirement from her work. To her I entrusted our youngest PWD sister in her care.
Feb. 2019 I travelled going to Caloocan City, to my firstborn daughter's rented room. She will be giving birth to her second child by May, and at the same time they are in need of a helper in the store managed by her husband.
Since I was needed, I needed a source of income as well, I decided to go . I started working in the store the day after I arrived . When my daughter gave birth to her second child I have also need to take care of my grand daughter alternately with my son in law while both of us alternately work in the store. Besides I do the household chores of cleaning the house, and washing clothes . We don't cook our food for we bought cooked food at nearby carinderia in our place.
Come the unexpected pandemic, come the unexpected change changes in life daily activities and conditions. We go through such difficulties like most every individual faced during the pandemic, no work, no source of income, difficulties in finances occurs. My pension which I have not withdrawn for six months were withdrawn and spend during pandemic. Good thing there is such kind of ayuda that the government gives during that time.
March 2020 my daughter and his family left for Bicol. The store was closed permanently when the pandemic continuous. Since I was left alone in the house my daughter told my son to get me and lived with them. Having no choice and because of it's necessity my son took me in their rented room in Pasay.
Aug. 2020, I lived with them and celebrated my birthday there Aug. 9. They took care of me as I took care of them. I helped in household chores and in caring for the two kids. I lived with them until May 3, 2022. That is almost 1 & 9 months being with them. I had the opportunity to bond with my grandchildren for quite that long and will surely missed it.
***Returning to My Hometown Year 2022***
I have made plans to go home in my hometown but didn't materialize because of the pandemic situations because of health protocol restrictions. I am not vaccinated so it was impossible to travel, not unless I am vaccinated.
Now when the possibility to travel even without a vaccine was allowed I grab the opportunity to go home in my hometown. Since there was a forthcoming election I now planned to go home. My first plan was to go home April 30 . I moved it to May 4 for two reasons. My first reason was to first get my SSS pension which is due May 3. My second reason was to attend the celebration of my two grand children May 2 and May 3. So I had a long preparation. My decision worked well because there was a financial blessings that comes to my daughter in law and she shared it to me. She budgeted something for me in order for me to buy some clothing and I think even my pocket money .
May 4, 2022 at 5 am my son and I left the house going to terminal. My daughter in law and the kids were still sleeping. Though I know my daughter in law wanted to be in the terminal with the kids and the kids to see me leave, we didn't bother to wake them.up from a good sleep.
My son arrived to the terminal when the first bus bound to Cabanatuan has just left. So we waited for the second bus bound to Cabanatuan arrived. When it arrived my son have my baggages secured and I am seated before he left. The second bus still stayed in the terminal for quite long waiting still for some passengers to arrive. At that moment of waiting I was surprised to see my son was back. He was able to give me money sent by my daughter in law as my pocket money. I was then thankful. Thanked God the delay became a blessing in disguise. If I had been able to ride in the first bus I would miss at that moment the money which is badly needed for the that time.
But if in case I will miss it , I guess she will still send it to some remittance center. I know she is a generous woman and more importantly I believe God is able to work it out for me.
I had been with her for almost one year and a half and I witnessed and experienced her generosity.
Finally I am home in my hometown reunited with my son and loved ones.I thanked God He gave me a safe travel back home with some provisions I needed. I know God is gracious and loving. I know in His living care I will go through life with sure hope that He will provide everything I need, His provisions and protections daily.
I am very much happy where I am now for God brought me back to my hometown. And where ever again He will send me I'll go where He wants me to go .And whereever He leads me again I will follow. And I just hope He will bless me continually in order for me to be a blessing to others too.

Do You Have The Ability to Remember ?
The Role of Heart & Brain
Someone has said, " Mind forgets but not the heart."
Is not heart and mind connected? Is it the heart that dictates the mind, or the mind dictates thc heart? These are questions I find answers confusing?
Can we say that intellectual people are those that decides on the basis of their thinking and what they actually see? While emotional people decides on the basis of feelings and not thinking? And which is safer or satisfying deciding intellectually or emotionally?
Mind and heart are the most important part of the body. Both works to make all the systems works in the body isn't it?The heart supplies the blood to all parts of the body in order to function well. When circulation stops or the heartbeat stops the body is declared to be dead.
As long as the heart then still beats thus making the blood circulates in the body system, the body continues to be alive.
In the case of a person in coma , the person is declared to be brain dead for some reasons of accident or sickness. In such condition, the functioning of other body system are being affected. The body has life in it because the hear beats but is incapable of doing anything . But there is the possibility for brain to still becomes alive and function again as long as the heart beats. Doctors really don't know how or when it will happen. They would say it is only when God's will of a miracle could happen. There are those who survived and awaked and there are those who eventually died.
I think , we could say, mind will forget, but not the heart. As long as the heart feels it , it could turn the forgetting mind to remember again if not fully, yet it can.
Accdg. to what I search in Google the heart is the first organ to form while the brain and the spinal cord continue to form and develop throughout pregnancy.
I can say then, life begins when the heart beats and life ends when heart stops beating.
Physically speaking when heart beat stops, the body becomes dead but his soul remains alive forevermore. And this soul remembers.
Until When Can We Be Able To Remember
In the Bible, Jesus Christ Himself mentioned about the story of the rich man and Lazarus who both died , and their soul was in the place where they are destined. (Luke 16:19-31)In the story the rich man remembers his five brethren down on earth . He was concern for their souls. He never wants his five brethren to be in the place where he is, the place of torment.
From this story , we can therefore say that we can still remember hereafter.
The people to whom we are related with on earth remains in our remembrance even after we died. And even if a person whom we know not that existed before us like Abraham , we will able to know when we see them in heaven. God will enable us to know each of them whom we only read from the Bible.

Youth days are most days that are characterized with good health , strenght and energies, physically and mentally.
Having such kinds of condition physically and mentally will eventually leads to activeness, creativeness, intelligence , endurance, full of visions, hopes and dreams, inspired , motivated , full of courage and determination.
What It Means To Remember God
It means to know God personally, accdg. to how He reveals Himself from the word of God. That God is the True and Living God that we need to trust, believe and have faith by accepting Jesus Christ as our Saviour and Lord of our Lives.
It means serving God through the talents we received from Him.
It means serving God through the blessings that we receive from Him
It means serving God by living a life pleasing in His sight.
It means loving Him with all our hearts, mind, soul and strenght.
It means forgiving others for their sins in us like God is forgiving our sins to Him
It means sharing our blessings to others willingly not expecting favors or somethings in return.
It means sharing the gospel of salvation to everyone, in full conviction that God loves sinners and saves sinners that's why He came and suffered and died .
The Possibility to Remember
God endows every human being the ability to remember, so as nobody will have an excuse.
God is giving everyone a lifetime opportunity to Remember Him, being the Creator.
God is loving and willing to accept anyone who will come to Him anytime, anywhere, irregardless of our condition.He accepts us just as we are. He longs for us to Remember Him in our Lifetime.

Life requires many things , for us to continue surviving for our existence . In any choices and decisions we make , it makes us to do things necessary to come up with the good choices and wise decisions. There are basic requirements in our government that we should have so as to be legal and valid in any transactions we go through publicly.
The Government Requirements
BIRTH CERTIFICATE
When we were born, our parents were required to file for our Birth Certificate .and register it to our respective municipality. Whether you are a legitmate or illegitimate child of your parents still, they have to file your birth certificate, declaring all the necessary informations needed in.filling up the birth certificate form. Negligence by our parents to do this in the earliest time possible after our birth,still they will be oblige by the government to file it even as a late registration .
***Birth Certificate as we all know is very important. It is a public document stating facts about you. It is a document required in schooling, in looking for a job, local or abroad. In securing an ID card , in filing for marriage contract , in filing in the death certificate by loved ones and in many more transactions you are going to make that requires it.***
***Birth Certificate is one's own Identification. It confirms the real identity of the person: the name, his parents names , date and place of birth .***
***All the informations declared in the Birth Certificate should be complete and written in the right spelling. If not it will invalidate one's own identification. To make it valid, correction should be made and should be notarized by an attorney.***
DIPLOMAS OR EDUCATIONAL RECORDS
***Education is an important is an important thing that any person should have. At least to read ,write, count as basic education is a must. It will be for one's own good. Any person must be given the right to be educated. It will be difficult for a person to live in a society where he belongs if a person is deprived of knowing how to read, write and count as the very least to achieve. Though a thumb mark is the most valid in any transactions requiring signature.***
***For persons who have attained elementary , secondary, college, masters or doctorate degree, such educational attainment records are required in looking for jobs locally or abroad for qualifications purposes , for job applied for.***

Social Media Requirements
It is a very different thing when it comes to social media. Compared to government requirements of legalities , in social media , it seems anything goes. It is not as strict as the government requires. The very identity of the real person is closed or private depending upon one's choice.S person can hide one's real identity, which is just alright in the social media. This is for a person's safety and protection. As a rule, you have to protect everything about you so as not to be scam or have your identity stolen and be used by others.
Personal Requirements
This has something to do with our personal choices, decisions and preferences in life. It could include our personal well being, what we wanted in life to achieve, physically, spiritually , emotionally, mentally , socially or to have materially and financially.
SETTING GOALS
***One*** ***thing we require ourselves is to set our goals to be our guide and motivation to achieve what we want in life for the betterment of our personal well being.***
***Physically - Health being an important factor in our personal well being, others prioritize it, but to some it is taken for granted not willingly but for financial difficulties. But for others who considered and valued health they find means to cope up with what is required to do. The very health conscious ones really makes hardworks and efforts to maintain good health. They required themselves consistent exercise, cautious in food intake as to amount of food intake either less or more whichever is necessary and is needed. Others prefers more on physical appearance for it is necessary in their line of work. They have to look gorgeous, sexy, appealing, but decent. Wives wants to maintain their beauty for hasband's sake.***
***Spiritually - I personally believe that this should be the foremost requirement we ought to push ourselves to be health conscious of. With the difficulties of how life is to be lived in this earth requires good spiritual health to cope up with the stresses in life, physically, mentally, emotionally, socially and even financially. Knowing God personally and having established the kind of personal relationship as Father and child relationship and fellowship,life can be still joyful, & peaceful despite the odds in life.The faith, and trust in God will surpass any misunderstanding of the Negativities we see here below, because we are looking to the author and finisher of our faith , the Lord Jesus Christ, being the God and the Only Saviour.***
***Emotionally - We are emotionally unstable . We usually react on what we actually see, and perceive. Uncontrolled emotions usually lead to bad results which becomes detrimental to our personal being socially. To cope up with this we required ourselves to develop patience, self control , trust, especially love. The triggering factor of negative emotions can be minimized if we are in good health condition spiritually. Victory is promised to those who let God worked into their lives.***
***Mentally - The mental well being of a person dififfers individually from.person to person. The capacity and ability to learn varies individually. But such differences does not mean that only those who are intelligent succeeds in life. Reality showed us there are intelligent people who does not succeed , but there are those people who had average or low average IQ succeeds in their choice profession or in life achievement. There are factors involved that persons were able to cope up with Negativities and pressures that others were not able to cope up with and so others succeed and others do not. Parents or nobody need not sometimes interfere with the personal choices or decisions made by children. They can guide but should not insists on their own choice or decision with regards to profession .***
***Socially - We are social beings. Everyone gets involved in a society and a community or a group we prefer. And being involved we communicate and interact with people of different characteristics, personalities and behaviour. To cope up with everyone we require ourselves to be accommodating to everyone if possible. We try to adjust, and try to learn things we ought to know and learn, to improve ourselves to become a better person socially.***
***Materially - We all needs material things in this world, for our basic needs comforts, ease and enjoyment. To cope up with all our needs and wants we require ourselves to have a source of income, to land a job and work harder to meet our needs, and wants to feel comfortable at ease and happy. We think of ways and means that are suitable to us , basing upon experiences, knowledge and skills.***
***Financially - Financial matters makes the number one problem in the world. It seems that finances makes the world go round , so to say. From the least to the greatest, rich or poor, literate or illiterate whatever status or gender we have , finances is our means or tools by which we can have what we need and want. The lack or having much or less of it triggered problems if not being controlled or handled right. It seems without it we are in a big trouble. We find ourselves helpless and useless to ourselves and others especially to our own family. To cope up with the need because of lack finances we require ourselves to find means of having it, by all means by hook or by crook. Others find the good ways but others don't. Others find themselves in illegal activities, some committed crimes such as scam, swindling, estafa , stealing, snatching, hold ups and many more modus that they can think of. But there are those for fear of God and if s good conscience take the good means of earning it. On the other hand having much, being controlled by it, some become more coveteous and greedy, and treat others less human.***
BEST OUTLOOK IN LIFE
***Be Thankful, Grateful , Believing, Trusting , having Faith and Wait on God***
What God allows us to have is what we are truly in need of it. God knows us more than we know ourselves. We just come to know ourselves more when we are in a situation of having much or having less or in lack. Such things are allowed to test us so as we ourselves would know our limits , which is for our own good. We tend to do our own way, instead of believing , trusting and stepping by faith in what God will do to meet our needs. We tend to be impatient and don't wait , but always in a hurry and goes ahead of God's timetable.
***Know God's Word & His Promises , Believe it and Never Doubt it.***
We have the Bible, the revealed word of God. The Promises of God are stated therein. Believe it , Hold on to it, and Never Doubt it. God says what He means, and Means what He says. And when God Promised He will by all means Fulfill.
