Who Is With You Matters in Travels
In my previous article I had mentioned about the purposes of the travels I had in.my life starting from my childhood days , teen age days, young adult days till my adulthood and got married.
All my previous travels were only within Central Luzon . But this time I will be sharing my travel going to the Visayas Region.
My husband mother's hometown is Negros Occidental. But they lived permanently in Tondo, Manila. When I married my husband we lived in their house after giving birth to our firstborn daughter. We occupied the room for rent downstairs when the occupant left.
We had already three children that time, the youngest was 9 months old. My mother in law convinced my husband to go to Negros to live there and take care of his grandfather. Telling that being the first born, he should be the one to inherit what was to be inherited by her mother. My husband's grandfather was still alive that time and was bedridden because of old age. My husband doesn't want to leave us behind so he decided to take as along with him.
We travelled by sea, bringing all our stuffs, having my mind set living there for good. In my heart, as long as a family we are all together and God being with us everywhere we go to settle to live , we will be protected and provided with what we need.
It was my first time to travel by sea in a ship going to Negros Occidental not for a vacation , or for fun , but to live there, having no idea how long it how short will our stay be. My husband manage to make all our stuffs to be in the ship with the help of porters to be paid, while I stay with my three young kids: 6 yrs. old , 5 yrs. Old and the youngest 9 months.
It was MV Don Juan , the biggest ship available at that time. We entered the big ship and settled in a cabin. I am not aware what time the ship left the Manila port. I am not worried of anything but enjoying the trip. I watch over my youngest child who was the last one to sleep. He roamed around the place walking and I a following him . I feel the movement of the ship as it sail. From the window glass I saw the moving water. I learned that we are in the lower deck of the ship. The ship were in smooth sailing . We don't encountered storm at sea nor big waves to disturb the ship from sailing. We can eat well in a cabin and sleep well. I don't know if I am excited or not that I forgot how many days did it take our sailing before arriving at the shore. We all passangers were safe bound to the shore, thanked God.
When we arrived at the port in Bacolod. Having all our stuffs out from the ship. We waited for the persons who will take us from the port to our destined place in Negros Occidental. Not long came my husband's cousin. I knew him, for I met him in Tondo, when he came to visit my in laws. He was a seaman and went to Manila to follow up his papers. I remember I was the one who accompanied him when he went to Camp Crame in Cubao and in NAPOLCOM .
They had a vehicle to put all our stuffs , while we as a family rode on a bus going to Old Sagay, Negros Occidental. It was still a long trip, I think it took us two hours trip.
We arrived safe in the place. We stayed in an extension place of the house of his uncle , who is an attorney and his wife a teacher in Elementary school. They had three children but are not staying with them. They were in Bacolod, a city in Negros Occidental.
We lived with them , taking care of my husband's grandfather. And when he died we lived separately with them. At first we rented the room somewhere in the vicinity. And when we had the money , we out up a nipa hut near the seashore, with the permission of the owner of the place, with the help of a Christian friend , we met in GIWU Baptist Church. They also lived in the same place and we were neighbors there.
We lived in Negros for almost two years. My first born graduated her Grade 2 there and my second child graduated from kindergarten in the church's school. We survived the difficulties in life there. Actually I do not want to go back to Manila. I was only convinced when it was my mother who insisted my husband to convince me to go back to Manila.
Finally we decided to go back home to Manila. I gave other stuffs to the parents of my daughter classmate who lived in the same place so as to lessen our baggage back home. My mother gave some amount of money to my husband when my husband visited them.
It was my neighbor Christian friend who helped us in selling our nipa hut, as well as in booking us in ship and helped us to find someone to help carry our baggage to the port, while we as a family rode in a bus going to the port.
There are lots of good and bad memories living in Old Sagay, Negros Occidental.i saw God's hand in every situation we faced there. The people He used to helped us in small or big matters , I know He favored us in their sight to lend their helping hands to us.
The time came we have to leave Negros Occidental. Riding a vehicle towards the town where to find s bus going to Bacolod and to the port. Our baggages were waiting there for us when we arrived the port. The person who had our baggage will also take the ship we are going to board.
I forgot the name of the ship but it was not the one we were on board before. It's a very different sailing experience for us , as a family. It is month of July I think when we board the ship. We were on the top deck of the ship not in a cabin, lower deck. From the port towards the middle of the sea the ship was smooth sailing. It was midnight and we were all asleep. We were awakened by the swaying movement of the ship. There was a storm.in the middle of the sea on that midnight. The waves was tossing the ship because of the strong wind and rain. The engine of the ship stopped and the ship was continually tossed by the waves. We can feel it. All of us as a family feel so dizzy that very moment. We vomitted one after another. I remember I took our pitcher to use to vomit there. We heard from the sound system in the ship they were all praying the memorized prayers. But of course my husband and I prayed silently in our hearts to the True and Living God we believed in to keep us safe back home to our loved ones. Our minds and hearts were calmed by the faith , trust, and hope we have in God at that time that the sea was so restless because of the waves brought about by the storm.
Then after hours that the ship was tossed to and fro by the waves and the wind it ceased. The typhoon is gone, the sea became calm and the engine start functioning and we stopped vomitting. Praise God and thanked God. We all survived the beating of the waves, that tossed to and fro the ship and all who boards the ship. We all see the sunrise of another new day full of hope because God had been with us, and with us , and will ever be with us as always in this temporary life on earth , and even more in the life hereafter.
We were safe back home, saw our loved ones and friends. And ready to start another episode in our life by the grace, mercy , live and goodness of God.
The place where He lead us to go and stayed there for almost two years was a part of a purpose behind travel I had in my life. The purpose to help and be helped as well.
People, Places, Events are part of our journeys in life. Nothing is hidden from God. He is watching over us , how we are doing in life and what we are doing in our lives. May we be found continually believing, trusting and living according to what please Him and according to His plan and purpose in our lives.
I believe one of His purpose is for us to be a blessing to others as He blesses us. Let us fear God with a reverence fear so as we could live our lives pleasing to Him.

Purposes Behind the Travels I had in My Life (Part 1)
Life is being considered a journey in this earth for a lifetime. And it's true , everyone takes his own journey and travels a lot.
Travelling here on earth could mean different things to different people. To some it could mean the way of life they are living . To some it could mean their activities , their passions in life and many more.
But literally, travelling is going to different places, for some reasons and purposes. And this is what I am going to share to you.
Going to some places is inevitable . There are times we go to places unexpectedly , unplanned , planned , decided upon , by chance, or by necessity.
Whatever the case maybe, we have our own experiences about travelling that surely had made our life meaningful, purposeful, happy, exciting , enjoyable and memorable.
Travelled to Live in a New Place
My family lived in the province of Nueva Ecija. It is the place where I was born. But there came a time that my parents decided to leave our place and settle in Caloocan City. My father was convinced by one of our relative who will be going there too.
I was then twelve years old, a Grade 5 student . My eldest sisters then were working in Metro Manila at that time and we the younger kids , were with our parents in the province. Maybe our parents wanted us to be reunited so my parents were convinced to live in Caloocan City. Our residential house & property in the province was left in the care of the family of my first cousin, while our 3 hectare rice field were sold and was used to buy a house & only a rights to a property for it is a squater area.
It was my first time to have a longer travel . Usually I only travel from our hometown to the City, Cabanatuan City. It will only take one and a half or two hours.
This time travelling from our hometown , Nueva Ecija going to Caloocan City is 4 to 6 hrs. travelling by bus . It is much a longer journey for me . And since it was my first travel for that long, I feel so dizzy that made me to vomit a lot.
It was my eldest sister who took me with her , to where she is staying. She is staying with one of our relative, somewhere in Sangandaan, for it is near to the place where she works at that time. My parents & other siblings that time where still in the province. My sister took care of me , while waiting for my parents to buy a house where we could stay for good.
When my parents & other siblings were already settled in the house to be our own new home then my eldest sister and I went there and lived with them.
In this newly bought owned house , begun our new way of life. At the process of time , learned to cope up with the environment , and eventually get used to it.
Here I continued my studies in Elem. School near our place, but I need to travel a jeep going to school. The same thing when I studied my secondary school . I had to travel daily to go to school.
It was only during my college days , that I need not to travel by jeep or bus. I had only to walk from our house going to the University where I studied my BSE course, but sad to say I only reached 2nd year, and have to work.
Travelled For Youth Camps
During my high school days I get involved in Bible Studies in school, during my 3rd and 4th year. When I graduated from high school , having the same friends with, we continued in our spiritual journey in life. We had the same church wherein we were more fed with the word of God, that we continued in the faith , strengthened , and grow spiritually.
First Camp Attended - Bicol
Youth Camps were held yearly, during School Vacation time . Young People from different churches of the same faith and practice will be gathered in such a venue for camps to be taught by the word of God and or be trained. Its purpose was to make Youths grow in grace and in the knowledge of Jesus Christ .
The first Youth Camp that I attended was held in Bicol. The church from where my friends and I attended sponsored us so we could go. Our Pastor was with us to guide and help us.
It is my first time to travel by a train. We travelled by night. Attending the first Youth Camp was a new experience, very exciting and enjoyable. We have cottages to stay. We had schedules to follow such as Morning Devotion, before breakfast. Then time to prepare for Worship Services, hearing Pastor or Preacher preaching the word of God. Having breaktime used for having merienda then going back again to resume Bible Studies in groups headed by Pastor of every churches as follow up. There will be Lunch Break , Siesta time, and Games and Fellowship activities. Usually the Youth Camps is held for three days.
Second Youth Camp in Baguio
Having enjoyed the first Youth Camp, once again I was able to attend. This time we had to work for it in order to be one to represent the church.
It was my first time to travel going to Baguio. Since I was now used to travelling to long distances I do not anymore feel dizzy and vomit. Though the bus were riding take the Kennon Road , still I was able to cope up with the zigzag road. A very different and exciting and somewhat scaring travel. The bus was in its , I think in a maximum speed, because it was a deafening experience as we go along the Kennon Road from the bottom.if the mountain speeding up to the top. From the top you can look out from the window the road you have passed by. Thanked God we were all safe reaching the top.
The same scheduled activities were done but of different theme or topic is being introduced. Different Pastors from different Churches were the speakers, some Filipinos, some Americans.
Bible Study Retreat in Batanggas
In my college days, I am involved in Bible Study too, still having a high school friend of mine, be my school mate too. This time she was not with me. It was my Bible Study leader who is my companion, together with other college students in the University. We travelled by bus going there. We stayed for three days in a Pastor house in that place.
This was a different experience for me. From the place we stayed we are to cross to the other shore . So it was my first time to travel by boat. It was exciting and scary for me .
The purpose of the retreat was to share the gospel of salvation to another place crossing the sea by boat. But of course , we were trained to do it, and this time it is time to do it by ourselves. As a believer of Christ, who personally experienced the saving power of Jesus Christ by the presentation of the gospel of salvation to me by another believer, now it's my turn to do the same. By the help of the Holy Spirit, whom the Bible says dwell upon the believer upon acceptance of Jesus Christ, I was able to present the gospel of salvation to a person using the Bridge Gap Illustration with the respective verses from the Bible.
An Adult Camp Retreat in Baguio
I was already working this time and can pay for my own camp fee. It was in Baguio, same venue that I went during the first Youth Camp I attended.
The kind of travel to the place , and the experienced travelling was then familiar. What made it different was the person sitting beside me . It was my Christian boyfriend whom I married. We both attended the Adult Camp for us both to be strenghthened in our faith in God and in our relationship with each other .
Ladies Fellowship Camp Laguna
I was already married and have young people children when I attended this camp in Caliraya in Laguna. I was sponsored by my a Christian sister, a member of the same church I am attending. She is the wife of one of my brother in law who works abroad.
We crossed by boat going to the place which is on top of a mountain. After crossing it, we rode on a jeep to go up to the venue. It was a very nice place . Besides having good facilities you can enjoy the beauty of nature.
It was a blessed experienced to be with other ladies of different churches of the same faith and practices. We had the Pastor's wives as our speakers. We are fed spiritually and fed physically with delicious foods.
There are still lots of places only in the Philippines that I had travelled , as the Lord allowed me, and I will be sharing it as Part 2 of this article.
God's Goodness in my Travels
I am thankful to God that in my life, I was able to know Jesus Christ as my Lord and Saviour personally , through the word of God by a school mate.
And an high school classmate who lead me to a church , that helped me to grow more in faith and be strenghthed and eventually matured in the faith.
God allowed me to meet them and used them in my spiritual journey in life. I believed our change of residence which my parents have decided was part of the plan of God in my life. Travelling from the province to the city meeting the people whom God used as instrument to know God's message if salvation which is through Jesus Christ alone.
The travelling experiences on Camps are indeed a blessed experienced for me. I travelled to far places with God's providences and protection for the purpose of knowing Him more to be the God of my life who will never leave me nor forsake me no matter what I will be going through in life.

Is Election Important ?
*Philippines is a democratic country , wherein every citizen have rights ,& freedom to exercise. These rights and freedom.are embodied in the Philippines Constitution, which is the rule of the land. It is the basis that the government use to protect the individual rights of people as well as to implement to make people to be a responsible citizen of the country. Everyone of the citizen , irregardless of status in life, educational attainment, gender , natural born citizen or not is under such rule by which to give allegiance and obedience. And disobedience to any part of the rules is punishable by law.*
*One of the freedom or rights being exercised in the democratic country, like the Philippines is the right for suffrage or the right to elect or vote vote persons to assume the responsibility or position to lead the country . Every citizen who is 18 yrs. Old and above has the right to vote the persons or person to lead the country.*
*This year 2022 , is the last term of the present President , the highest position to be elected in the country .This present situation calls for an election of a new President to lead the country. Beside the President, the Vice President , Senators ,and other Local Government officials who served it's term in any position of leadership will also be elected by legitimate voters.*
*In a democracy the majority is the people's voice that is heard and given the attention. And the voice of the people is being heard through election. When people cast their votes in their respective place during election , it signifies their voice , their choice, their freedom, their privilege to whom they have given their trust and belief to the person or persons to lead the country , and eventually help the citizens of the country.*
*In election, the majority votes to a person for a certain position nationwide or locally wins. And the winners in the election nationwide and locally is being proclaimed. And after the proclamation will be the inauguration.*
***ELECTION IS VERY IMPORTANT***
*In a democratic country* ***Election*** *is very important because a country has to be a leader to be elected to lead the citizens of the country.*
*Election practiced in a country is a way of acknowledging the worth and rights of the people as a citizen in a country. It is acknowledging the rights to vote whom he desires to lead in the country and represents the country.*
*In Election , the legitimate citizen , has the freedom and the privilege to participate. He has a power in his hand to cast his votes, that his heart and mind dictates whom he wants to assume the responsibility and the position for the good of the country and eventually for the good of every citizen , may it be a legitimate voter or not.*
*In Election , as every legitimate voter participates, he is showing the character of a responsible citizen, exercising his privilege and freedom.*
*In Election, a legitimate voter, is casting her silent voice. A voice though silently written in a piece of paper , will somehow at the proper and in the process of time will be heard publicly , locally and nation wide.*
*In Election, the majority votes to a person locally or nationwide is the winner in the position he is elected to. It becomes legitimate when it is proclaimed and inaugurated.*
***ELECTION IS VERY NEAR***
*May 9, 2022, is the election date, eleven more days , to go. We still have time to finally decide , if you are a registered voter, to vote. Let us exercise our freedom our privilege as a registered voters. Let our voice be heard by casting our votes to our designated precinct. Let us give our time . We are given the chance to show our worth by acknowledging our freedom , privilege and right to vote. Let us acknowledge it ourselves. Let us go out in May 9, 2020 and cast our votes in the ballot boxes, in our respective precincts.*
*On that very day, May 9, 2022, be sure no one or nothing should hinder us to vote. Use the allotted time given to us to vote. Employees on government offices or private offices and establishments are given time to vote. They were off from work to give time to vote.*
*For non working in offices, establishments private or public, let not your personal works hinders you to vote. I encourage you to vote.*
***Vote For Our Future, Non -Voters, & Coming New Generation***
*Our vote on May 9, 2022, is not only for us , but also for the present time generation who still can't vote. It is also for the future of the new generation who will be born after this election. They all rely on us as registered voters of the country.*
*If it seems you think , never mind , I don't care, think not only for yourself. Think about others who still cannot vote, but will be affected by your vote and the result of it. Think of those who will be born afterwards. Let us be persuaded by these people who has still not rights , freedom and privilege like we do have.*
***What is Election For Me***
*Personally , election is important for me.I believe , it is one of God's way to tell us how we ought to live in this earth, under the governance of same human.like us. We ought to help one another, respect and love one another to make the least possiblity of living in our respective country wherein God has out us, to be responsible citizen exercising the right, the freedom the privilege we have . If we seek for more freedom, rights, or privileges let us start in this right or freedom or privilege of suffrage , the right to vote in the election. How can we have more freedom or rights or privilege if in this one, the right to vote we are not responsible of exercising!*
*Presently, I am staying here in Pasay City, and I am not a registered voter here. But this will not hinder my desire to exercise my right to vote. At May 4, 2022, I will be travelling back home in our province in Nueva Ecija, to cast my vote.*
*I am preparing now myself, physically , mentally , and financially. Praying God, would give me a peaceful, smooth, and safe travel.*
*My preparation of course includes , my prayerful choices of persons whom I will vote for the respective positions they are to assume in the leadership of our country.*
*I just hope & pray that we would have a peaceful and honest election.*

The Days To Remember
I am a person who find pleasure in remembering happenings or events in my life. I enjoy writing it down, as much as possible having photos attached to it. I do this for the sake of remembrance . For I know time passes by and it passes quickly . And in the process of time, I can go back to it , to refresh those events in the past days. By reading and seeing the pictures attached to it , I find pleasure seeing the persons , things , and places that are related to the happenings.
Read cash to me is a platform wherein , writing an Articles about different topics simple as how life goes each day as I observed and experienced can be freely shared and published. And as for me , I could do it with much pleasure and enjoyment. What I have written in this platform is part of me. My thoughts, my insights, my beliefs, my experiences past & present that for me are important to share, to entertain and learn from , are written here. It's like diary to me that others can read and know me a bit in this world of existence. It's like footprints that I left behind as I continue my journey in life.
What I will be writing about today , is the latest experienced I had for days which is unexpected. I have stayed for my youngest son family since Aug. 2020, still time of pandemic. We have encountered much difficulties in daily living but God in His goodness have seen us through it all & we survived it. We have been grateful and thankful to God, for he worked in the hearts of people whom we did not expect would extend their help and assistance materially, financially, emotionally and spiritually.
April 23, 2022 - Saturday
It was a happy day for my daughter in law She shared to us how her relative have responded to her positively regarding the long term credit settlement to her. She received thru G cash the full payment amount of the money she lend to her relative who went abroad year 2018, before giving birth to her second son.
To note 2018, before giving birth to her second child the money was lend to the relative. The money that was being lend was intended actually for the giving birth of the second child, so my daughter in law hesitated to lend it. Having then other relatives to back up or guaranteed the said relative, and the promised to give back payment when needed, my daughter in law was persuaded to lend it.
Month of May was expected for my daughter in law to give birth for the second child. She expected the whole amount she lend to her relative will be given. But sorry to say, she was only given a certain amount of the money lend. Instead of paying it in full as promised it turned out to be an installment. Though dismayed by the outcome and nothing she could do, she just kept silent and tried to understand. Still expecting for the payment to be done without being rebuked , she waited patiently for the day it would be paid in full. But no effort was made by the relative to settle it at once. What is discouraging is that she had heard news that they are fixing their house , and just setting aside or just ignore the debts to be paid. When the pandemic came , March 2020, her relative was still working in abroad then .Everyone here knows what pandemic had brought every person and his family. The worst things happened unexpectedly. My daughter in law called the relative and responded favorably. Promised to pay , June 2020. The day came no payment was sent, no word of apology , as in nothing.
This year, April 2022, having then realized she had given enough time for her relative to pay and nothing yet had been done, she sent a rebuke message to the relative. Though it was not my daughter in law's attitude to do such things, she was proned to do it. She chatted with those relatives who have guaranteed the relative informing them about the situation. And such action turned into a favorable one. The relative herself talked and promised to send the remaining balance amounting to Php15k being the full payment.
Being true to her word, just this Saturday April 23, 2022, my daughter in law received the payment. And her relative sent an apology message. To think that they have been lend the money , sacrificially just to help her. And made my daughter in law wait patiently and sacrificially for 4 years, an apology must really be done.
April 24, 2022 - Sunday
It was my daughter in law's day off from work. She intended it for SSS follow up. She left the house early and came home early , because she was re scheduled again.
Since there was still time for other activities, she suggested to go shopping. It is understandable for she had already money to use for shopping. Accdg. to her a good time to shop but my son disagree. Since it's Sunday, my son just advised her to just take time to rest, relax and sleep, rather than shopping because for sure during such day off many people are in malls shopping. She agreed and just rested and sleep. She just told us to go by tomorrow to buy things for the two kids, for my son and me . And just take time to eat lunch in fast food . She gave the budget for the food and budget for shopping.
Having such plan, since I was included in the plan, I prepared myself for tomorrow. That night before going to sleep I planned what to wear, and what to bring. I put ready in my shoulder bag , my wallet with my ID's , my medicine in case I will feel dizzy, a small bottle filled with filtered water. I prayed to God for the plan, and for our safety. We slept as early than the usual time to sleep to get ourselves ready for tommorow.
My plans
To wake up early, to give time to things needed to do so as we can leave as much as possible as early as eight o'clock in the morning so as not to feel so much heat .
We will just have bread & drinks for breakfast
Will bathe the two kids as early as they wakes up
Will have lunch at Chowking after shopping
Will give the remaining gospel tracts I still have to persons
April 25, 2024 - Monday
Actual Happening
As early as 1:30 am, not intentional, I was awakened. When I saw there were unwashed dishes at the sink, I took time washing it. When I saw the empty gallons of drinking water, I took time to clean and filled it with filtered water. After finishing it all, I go bathroom to try to excrete so as not to be disturbed by it when in mall shopping.
Since it was yet too early, and everyone still sleeping I took my time putting up photos to its designated albums so as to have more space in my phone storage.
I just took a bath after my daughter in law , who will be going to work finished.
We had our breakfast of just bread & drinks as early as 7 am.
The youngest kid was still asleep at 7 am. We don't want to disturb his sleep for he needs it, so we just let him & wait when he will awake. I then personally accepted the delay of my plans and think of other productive things to do.
Interlude And Options Made
My son, who engaged in a buy & sell business on line of second hand cellphone was able to have the opportunity to have a new transaction deal of buying a second hand cellphone ,while the child was still asleep. The phone was delivered not long after the transaction was made.
My son only make a deal one at a time due to lack of capital. Since the last cellphone was sold already last Saturday and profited a little , he bought another one, using the previous capital.
By 10am I feel hungry, and I just decided to cook and then eat rice & even just Pancit Canton before leaving the house. We eat at once when I finished cooking.
While me, I engaged my time in the platform of noise . I interact with other users, commenting in their posts and sharing my free tips. Doing it I was able to add up earnings on previous days , so as to achieve my minimum payout .
The youngest child then , was awakened .As he was awakened , he was also fed. Then afterwards their father gave the two kids a bath and afterwards , the father took a bath. I was already finished my bath ahead of them and what I did was to clothed the two kids.
We were able to leave the house at about 2 pm. , a time by which the sun gives off a hot temperature, which we should have been get rid off, if only the plans had materialized. But unexpected things happened so, we had to go by it .
The delay should have discouraged us and might get us up set. But by reason that we should not get affected by cancelling such plan and schedule for this day, we push through with the plans and go shopping, for we had scheduled things to do for this day, that was postponed, for giving time for shopping. Beside I do not want my daughter in law to be disgusted with me and my son if we procrastinate shopping. It might give her a wrong impression, which of course, I want to get rid of.
The Travel & The Shopping Moment
We lived in Pasay City and the nearest to shop is in malls in Baclaran. For everyone, Baclaran us one of the place where goods are bought in low price may it be in a retail or wholesale basis.
From home we have to take a not much longer walk to arrive to the place where we could get a ride going to Baclaran. We rode in a tricycle. It costs us Php50 or $1.
From where we alight , we still have to walk more steps to arrive at the mall. It's quite tiring for me, and I perspire a lot because of the hot weather condition. Good thing when we arrived at the mall, we were welcomed by a cool and refreshing atmosphere inside the all
My son was very much familiar to the place, because it is where they usually shopped. It's the Two Shopping Center. I just have to follow him, having her eldest daughter with me, while his younger son with him. We go first to the third floor to start to shop.
Of course, I am eyeing for the items we are going to buy for my grand daughter who is with me and for myself. While my son look for the item for his son and for himself at the same time. My son where able to choose for his son and for himself.For his son he bought a sandal and for himself a set of underwear. But for my grand daughter and me, I was not able to choose any to buy. It took as sometime to pay for the item for we have to fall in line. After paying we went ahead shopping the second floor.
Roaming around the stalls in the second floor I was able to find an item which suits my grandson. A set of colorful terno sleeveless shirt with shorts. The terno was designed by different anime characters. A pack contain 6 pcs. of different colors , size 10 accdg. to the sales lady and it cost Php660. Since the cloth is good and the size suits my grandson, adding to it the designs and colors we decided to buy it.
At the same floor not from from it we find another stalls that I saw an item good fo my grand daughter. It was also a terno , a blouse with a knee length shorts.
The color is good, the cloth and an anime designed for girls was featured . The size fits my grand daughter so I buy it too. There were only 3 pcs. Available but the sales lady sold it to us in a whole sale price php85 each
Since we saw that other stalls are closing up we decided to go out of the mall. We still have some items to buy so we try to look for it at the other mall adjacent to it. It was just some steps far. We look at the items from the opened stalls. We didn't anymore roam around so much. We find in one of the stalls a good terno for my grand daughter. A sleeveless blouse and short. Printed designs of anime designed for girls. The price was reasonable for a good cloth and colorful designs. There are lots to choose from. But I let my grand daughter choose for herself. She chose the design with unicorn. I perceived that she choose it from among hello kitty and frozen because she has it already and she has a unicorn toy.
We saw a stall wherein underwears were being sold. We looked at the items and we find the items were of good quality and cheap. I decided to buy a dozen for my self and a dozen to my grand daughter.At last I completed the items that needs to be bought for the kids.
We went out of the mall and headed towards Chowking. As we walk down the road I saw along the street were vendors are selling their goods the wall clock my son intended to buy. We buy it without any second thought for we hardly need it, and we just can't go back to mall to buy it from.there.
Our last visit was Chowking to eat the food we were told to buy for our lunch. But since we had our lunch at home before leaving, we just decided to buy the bucket meal and just eat the halo halo & the crunchies and drink the tea and just take home the meal. After finishing that so called merienda we go out of the place.
Time is running out and soon people will be going out from work to go home. And we need not to stay in the place longer. We need to get a ride quick as soon as possible to get rid of the bulk of many passengers . Good enough we were able to get a ride and we get back home before it gets dark.
When we arrived home , my daughter in law said she has just arrived from work only minutes or so . We were just on time not to let her wait for us too long, for we had the key .
So far , my daughter in law was satisfied and happy for what we bought for her kids . For me she said I should have bought something more expensive than what I bought for myself and should have bought a dress or what I might want. I just said it's okey. I said I just look at shopee the item that I like. And she agreed with my suggestion. She even let me look in her phone to see some of it. And when I was able to say what I wanted she let my son ordered for it in shopee.
Then we had our supper together. Aside from the Chowking bucket meal we took home , My son just bought additional canned goods for supper and a big bottle of cold soft drinks.
So our day of shopping activities were fulfilled to our satisfaction. If There was left undone for the plan of the day, was the giving of gospel tracts to people. It was taken out of my mind , as i was focused on shopping and the feeling of pains in my muscles and joints due to stressful walking here and there , roaming around the mall. My mind was totally blanked about it. I only realized about it when I opened my bag and seeing it there. I just hope God will still give me an opportunity to make up for it.
Despite my shortcomings to God still He blessed us in our shopping activities. We bought nice goods at reasonable prices. Nothing from what we bought were missed . We don't have encounters on people whose agenda is to steal.
Thanked God we were safe and just on time back home. No one was stressed out or get irritated . Though I feel tired , my joints & muscles in pain , yet their is joy within me. I was blessed to have my son & his family let me feel their concern and love. There is joy and there will always be good memories to ponder and look back at the process of time.
THE DAYS TO REMEMBER WITH THEM & MANY DAYS WE HAD PREVIOUSLY ARE MOMENTS TO BE CHERISHED IN MY LIFE.

Awareness is Important
Awareness of some facts and situations in life and our surroundings will help us to know what things to do if something happens or before it will happen.
Awareness is some kind of a guide for us in making wise decisions. It creates in us an attitude to be cautious & conscious, and not impulsive. It makes our hearts and minds sensitive to dangers thus making us careful, and not be a victim of circumstances. It helps us minimize or get rid of failures or mistakes, that eventually will lead us to enjoy life , instead of suffering the difficulties which is the consequences of not having it.
THE FACTS ABOUT MONEY
A. Money is a need to meet the basic necessities of people in life, like food, clothing and shelter.
B. Money is to be use in good things to be assured of a peaceful, safe and a happy life.
C. Money is a blessing from God, when it comes from good ways and means to have it.

Other people can survive without money , especially those in the rural areas for their are options to meet their basic needs but in urban areas there is much difficulties to face in order to survive. Mishandling of money is usually the cause of trouble in some relationships at home, in workplace and community or in a society involved in.
Good budgeting of money will make a person debt free. While poor budgeting will get you into debt and troubles. At home quarrels between husbands and wives are triggered by lack of money due to poor budgeting or mishandling of money. When a person is an impulsive buyer , buying those things which are not needed makes a budget suffers.
Thriftiness & Savings promotes good quality of living personally and socially. You need not to bother anyone to ask favor to lend you money because you have enough to meet your family needs, in times of emergency situations , or having health problems.
Being a responsible person to self and family by having job, work, or means as source of income , to support family needs , is a good way of living. You need not to beg to others for help and support, realizing that people have their own families to support too.
Irresponsible people like the lazy ones, usually suffers lack of money. And they are the ones proned to commiting crimes just to have money in illegal ways. Gambling in different forms, Selling illegal drugs, scamming or swindling and many more to mention.

Power emanates in money because of the needs and its usefulness in the people's lives. A person is forced to obtain money irregardless of the ways and means because of the deep need of money.

People who fears God, and wanted to live a good way of life resort working hard . They look for job according to where they fit in .Literate or illiterate, skilled or not skilled as long as it is decent and legal
Others lose their faith & fear of God, who eventually loses a good conscience. They become cruel, insensitive, or inhuman. Committing different crimes just to obtain much money . We could say that they also work hard on it, and even risks their lives , but it is done illegally and not by acceptable means in the society. They have their many reasons when caught by the authorities, but their reasons are not justifiable because of their illegal means of obtaining the money .
Money inspires, and motivates a person to work hard for family to supply the needs, and comforts & enjoyment in life. A bread winner , father, mother or any member of the family willingly sacrifice everything to earn money to meet the needs and wants of family. Many leaves home and country to find greener pastures in a foreign land that offers it.
Money provides pleasure, comfort and ease and so people covet in having it more. Having more money makes one richer , famous and powerful and could get anything this world offers.
Some to good , some to evil. There are those who became rich through hard work that becomes helpful to poor, because he understands it , having been to it. But sad to say there are those who are the opposite, who regarded the poor less humans and maltreat them.
There are those who became rich and wanted to get even.more richer no matter what ways it means they would use to accumulate more. Legal or illegal doesn't matter.

God is above everything. All things are subject to His sovereign power. It is in His own hands to bless and not to bless. Having friends and loved ones on our side as always is having a lot more than money good give. With good relationship with people around us is more happier and fulfilling than having more money.
It must be therefore realized that money as a blessing comes from God as the source, if it is gained, availed or obtained by good ways and means acceptable and allowed by rules and mandate of the government to be obeyed by its constituents.
Accdg. to the use of money , God blesses it if is used in godliness, in good works and service to mankind. God allows us to have money as blessings from Him to be a blessing to others. As a reward to us , God allows us to enjoy it being the fruits of our labours , for needs , ease and comforts as well.
Money should be use and not to be abused . We ought to be responsible in using God's blessings. God is able to give and to take it away from us by means God would allow it.
God can limit its power of how it is used. Sometimes it is used to add to life but sometimes not. Sometimes it is use to allow us to find enjoyment comfort and ease but sometimes not. Many more things God allows money to work out His purpose in our lives.
To win God's approval and blessings let us seek to please God in using the money He allows us to have in this life.
Money is for earthly life only but if it be used for God's glory in this earth , rewards awaits us in heaven .

Possible to gain & possible to Lose
Have you pondered once in your moments of introspection about your life how things, tangible or intangible can be gained and yet can be lose ?
And upon losing it, you just then realize it's importance and how you have missed the chance of having such good and happy times having it. And regretted that you have not been good enough in handling what you were allowed to have.
Let us try to look at these things that we were allowed to have after much efforts and difficulties experienced and then lost it because of not been good enough in handling it .
The Intangible Things
When we say intangible things these are the things that we cannot touched grasped, having no physical existence.
Good Reputation Reputation means the beliefs or opinions generally held about someone or something.
We are social beings and belongs to a society. We mingle and associate with people. Where ever we are or where ever we go , it is inevitable to talk with people interact and mingle with them, for as the cliche says No man is an island.
As we continue to live and exist in this world , what we say or do is something that matters to people especially to us. It is by which people came to know us . It gives them an impression about us. Someone has said first impression lasts. That impression that which people have on us somehow built what reputation we have before them . It could be true or not, but that is how it goes . People judge us according to what we say or do or what they see in situations whatever it may be.
Good Reputation therefore is difficult to achieve. You have to work hard for it, if you want to gain people's approval and acceptance in a society you are in.
A good reputation , I think is essential. Once you gained a good reputation , it will help you as a social being to be accepted and be treated well. And if you wanted to be such acceptance and treatment continue, you have to maintain a good reputation. And your failure to maintain it , eventually will lead you to lose what you have gained. And this is how cruel our society is. One mistake against all the good that you have done is all forgotten. It would be fair enough if you were given a chance to make up for it. But most probably chances are at risks.
Respect
All of us human beings, irregardless of our status in life, gender, and attainment in life, deserved to be respected. We deserved to be treated equally and fairly with due respect to our individual rights.
In the sight of God , all human beings are the same. God sees us differently but humans like us sees us differently and treat us differently.
Regarding respect, we ought to understand , that though we deserved respect, we cannot demand others to respect us the way we want to. Because respect is gained not to demanded. Human beings have equal rights, but our rights stops when we are stepping on someone else's rights.
We must gain the respect of others in order to get their respect. It can be done by behaving the way we should , treating others the way we want others to treat us. Therefore respect gained respect. And gained respect is lost, when we lose our respect to others.
Trust
What an awesome feeling when someone dear to us or know us,trust us. We feel comfortable being with them and happy. But if someone do not trust us , the feeling is very different and the atmosphere being with that person seems always weird.
Trust brings confidence with someone. It gives us a safe and comfortable feelings. Worries and anxieties are gone if you are with the person whom you trust.
Trust is essential in any kind of relationships . Life together with the person or people whom you trust makes your life worth living with them. You get more inspired and motivated in life.
Trust like good reputation and respect is gained from people. People reserved their trust to someone who really deserved it. People are very cautious especially nowadays, for their are so many people today who cannot be trusted. And we cannot blame people if they have such kind of attitude. Many things in life is being compromised if trust is given quickly , without restraint or without certainty.
To gain trust is difficult and takes time.People won't gamble their trust for nothing. They must be certain about your identity, and your reputation . Setting aside your looks, educational attainment, ability and capability. Because nowadays, looks, educational attainment, ability and capability are being used in scams and crimes. Most people lives became miserable , and in danger because they trusted someone who is not deserved for their trust .
Once you have gained the trust of anyone, don't use it for your advantage over them, but nurture it to be more trustworthy. Because if trust is lost you will live a miserable life, you will be unwanted all your life, chances are most probably not granted or is rare to happen.
Faith & Hope
Faith and hope is gained from people whom we trust , look up to and loved. Our preference in choosing them, should still have reservation for ourselves. What I mean by this, is not all your faith and hope be given to humans like us. We should still set aside some trust in ourselves especially to Who is above all. It is because people change with the situations, and so do we. It is God who never change in Who He is , in His Deity and His love toward us. People fail but God cannot.
When time comes that everything has change because if the situations involved gained faith and hope from others is at a lost too. But if you have God with you to whom you put your faith and hope , life is safe and protected here and hereafter.
Love
Love is the best feeling that must be put into action better than words. It must be the basis of all our true intentions in what we say or do, in it's true essence or meaning.
People can have his or her own meaning or standards of love , or have different ways of expressing it but love in its truest meaning and essence must be responsible, faithful
selfless, forgiving & not demanding.
Love can be naturally felt, willingly given, and can be learned. Whatever the case may be love has its way through everyone's heart to experience & feel, to enjoy, and to cherish. Once love is gained or received it must be kept, as a precious treasure , cherished as a possession, to make it grow firm and strong, enjoy and not endure.
Love which is not true, won't stand the tests of time in the process of life's journey. It willingly withdrew itself and not stay. The one who truly loves , must just let it let it go, for the one who truly loves sets free and not imprisoned someone who is not happy in a relationship.
Never made a vow of love to someone whom you do not really love for it will be unfair. But and if you vow a vow of love, be sure you are responsible to keep the vow for the sake of the vow made before God and man . Learn to love the person who made you deserved that true love , till death do you part.
Our love as humans have limits . It fails & ends for it is imperfect , because we are imperfect beings. Nevertheless , to experienced it is something worthwhile .
My Final Say
Possibilities of gaining good reputation , respect, trust , faith and hope , and lastly love have the possibilities of losing them too. I can say , it is dependent on us, how to gain it, or lose it as well as it is dependent on us how to maintain it.

My Widowhood Life
Unexpected situations in life comes our way. There is nothing we can do about it except accept it and faced it.
The Saddest Moment of My Life
The Death of my Husband - Dec. 2014
My husband had a high blood attacked that caused him comatose and died after one day only. I don't want to go into the details of it anymore for I don't want to feel that saddest feeling , by going back into that memories. I had to moved on from it and face the reality of living without him from now on. It's not that I have not loved him that much and have not good memories about him. In fact he had loved me more than I do loved him that makes me to missed him so much. It just that , I wanted the good memories of him stayed within my heart and mind and not that saddest part.
Living Without My Husband On My Side
Left my hometown , Nueva Ecija - By Jan. 2015 I reunited with my daughter and youngest son. My three children lived with me in a rented apartment in Caloocan City. But I just decided to part ways with them and back home to my hometown in Nueva Ecija with my older son, who is a bachelor. Living in a city with just renting is costly . And since my pension has not yet been availed , living in the province in the ancestral house is much practical than living in the city,where everything has to be bought and rent and water bill has to be paid for monthly.
To have something to be busy with and be entertained after off hours in household tasks I open an fb account
A Concerned Loved One's Offer Received
One of my elder sister who resides in Canada , knowing then that I became a widow, she and her husband offered me to be the care taker of their vacation house here in the Philippines.
Oct. 2015 , during yearly vacation, I came to meet them in their vacation house in Pampanga. And I started to stay there. They promised to give my monthly allowance since then. It took me almost three years staying in their house in Pampanga.
When my sister became a widow too , year 2017, she could not travel back to the Phil. alone for a vacation for she had an Alchzimer disease. So it was decided by her daughter that they would just let the house to be just in the care of their nearest relative who lived near the house at the same compound.
BACK TO MY HOMETOWN IN NUEVA ECIJA
Aug. 2018 I was back in my hometown, in Nueva Ecija, after staying in Pampanga for almost 3 years. I was reunited with my son back home then.
ATTENDED A REUNION WITH ELEM. CLASSMATES
By Jan. 2019, an elementary classmate of mine arrived. We are friend in fb and had communication if ever necessary. He thought of having a reunion with our batch of elementary classmates. So that month of Jan. 2019 , was a memorable event for us . It was my first reunion to be attended . For that time I was able to meet and fellowship with my elementary classmates. We had fun and happy meeting each other.
MY HELP NEEDED BY MY DAUGHTER
Come Feb. 2019, My oldest daughter, who is already married and had a son, and a 6 months pregnant for a second child, told me thru messenger that she needed me to be with her family to take care of her forthcoming baby, for she will still be working after her maternity leave. Willing to be of help to my oldest daughter , I consented leaving my son and my PWD youngest sister. Since my younger sister, is our neighbor I entrusted to her our PWD youngest sister, to take care of her. She agreed and took our PWD sister to her house
I travelled from Nueva Ecija going to Baesa, Caloocan City, where the family of my daughter lives. Since the the forthcoming baby was not yet born, I worked in the store where my son-in-law is managing. At that time he needed a helper in the store, and so I agreed. He gave me a salary for being a helper and I accept it, since I need to support my son which I left in the province.
TOOK A GRANDMOTHER RESPONSIBILITY
Month of May 2019, my daughter gave birth to her second child, a baby girl. When she get back to work, me and my son in law took turns in the store and in taking care of the baby. It's quite difficult for me, but I was able to manage my time working at home and working at the store
AN UNEXPECTED EVENT TOOK.PLACE
March 2020, the very unexpected event came. Covid 19 virus change the situations in my life, as well as anyone, for it had been a pandemic. I never did know that it will be the time that I will be separated from.them. My son in law took his family to Bicol, their province hometown, for his parents and relatives resides there. When he gets back , and when situations get worst, he decided to close the store and went his family in Bicol.
A CHANGE OF RESIDENCE & TASKS
It was Aug. 2020 , that my youngest son took me in their rented room.in Pasay . He had already a family of his own. He had two children a girl, the eldest and a boy, the younger. His wife was the one working, and my son was the one taking care of the children and do some household chores. When I stayed with them I took the responsibility of cooking and helping in others chores and in helping in taking care of the kids.
Who Is Jesus Christ?
Holy Week, being celebrated by the Christian nations this month of April, made me to decide to write about Jesus Christ. And I entitled it ***WHO IS JESUS CHRIST?***
We all know that Jesus Christ is known in the whole wide world, from the generations in the past as well as in the new generations of today.
To know Jesus Christ , as He should be known, is very important. Knowing Him accdg. to the Scriptures or the revealed written word of God, the Bible, lies the destiny of mankind in eternity. And apart from the Holy Bible, we cannot know God. So here allow me to share what the Bible says about ***WHO IS JESUS CHRIST?***
Why do we need to know Jesus Christ?
We need to know Jesus Christ, because Jesus Christ is the answer to our human needs of reconciliation to God. We need to be reconciled to God because we were separated in fellowship with God because of sin. We had the sinful nature inherited from our first parents.
We need to know Jesus Christ because
we are condemned and deserved punishment because of our sinful nature.
We need to know Jesus Christ because He is the Only Way, The Truth & The Life, no man can come to the God
Father but by Him alone.(John 14:6)
We need to know Jesus Christ because he is the Promised Saviour to save us from our sins. Sin has it's penalty. Somebody who had no sin could only pay for its penalty , which is death, to meet the Justice of God. God hates sin, it is contrary to His nature being a Holy God, so God has to punish sin.
***Every human being born into this world, is entitled to know WHO IS JESUS CHRIST. No one should be deprived of knowing Him, because Christ came for every human being , sinners in the sight of God. (Rom. 3:23)***
***JESUS CHRIST IS THE PROMISED SAVIOUR***
The Bible records the prophecies regarding the birth of Jesus Christ, & many things related to it as becoming the Saviour. It is written in the books of the Old Testament and its fulfilments are recorded in the New Testaments.

***Jesus Christ is Sinless***
***The promised Saviour must be sinless in order for him to save a sinful mankind. Only a sinless person is capable of saving a sinful person . It is because he has no sin in himself to be accountable of to be paid. Being sinless , he could take another person's sins and in his behalf he could pay the sins of that person , thus freeing that person from the guilt of sins and for death, which is the oayment of sin.***
***Jesus Christ alone possessed this needed qualifications to meet the very purpose of being a*** ***SAVIOUR. He is born of a Virgin. No human seed brings forth His existence in the womb of Mary, because it comes from above. The Holy Spirit overshadowed Mary & she conceived and bring forth Jesus Christ , our Saviour. (Matthew 1:18- 23)***
***Who Failed To Know Jesus Christ, As God & As Saviour***
Primarily the chief priests in the temple , the scribes, the Pharisees who very well know & who claimed to know the Scriptures, failed to discern, acknowledge, and believe , that Jesus Christ is the Saviour. That even until now, there are Jews, or Israelites that do not believe Jesus Christ as the God sent One, the Promised Saviour.
His own people, the Jews or Israelites, majority of them (John 1:11)
When Christ make Himself to be known to them as the God sent One by doing miracles like healing the sick, making the blind see, deaf hear, mute speaks, lame walk, freed demon possessed, these religious leaders still doubted and can't believe.
When Jesus Christ casts out demons that were possessed by , they accused Him of having the Devil.
When Jesus said He & the Father are One, and He forgives sins, they accused Him of blasphemy and sentence him to death by crucifixion.

Obviously Mary knew Him for she was chosen by God to conceive in her womb the Saviour, Jesus Christ
Joseph
God made it known to Joseph by an angel in a dream, so that he didn't forsake Mary to take as a wife.
The shepherds who were told by the angels about the birth of the Saviour , and who came where the child was and worshipped
The three wise men from the East When they saw the star they search for the child Jesus and find Him , and worshipped and offered their gifts
Many more women, like Mary the sister of Martha and Lazarus, Mary Magdalene, the Samaritan woman,
The 11 Apostles of Jesus Christ
Those who demonstrated faith in Him and were healed from their sicknesses , including the centurion a Roman soldier whose servant is sick
The crucified theft on his right side who confessed faith in Him
There are lots more to mention during Jesus Christ's Earthly Ministry. And many more followed when Christ resurrected from the death and ascended to heaven.
The converts at the preachings of the gospel in different places by His disciples which are called Christians, first at Anctioch.
Many more became believers of Christ during the missionary journeys of Apostle Paul, whose name was Saul at first, the persecutor of Christians, before he was converted
And at the present time , many more believers of Jesus Christ as God, the Son of God, the Only Saviour were added to the New Testament Church that Jesus Christ founded during His earthly ministry , who by faith believed on the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. Of
Will you count yourself to be one of those who will be considered who personally know Christ as God, Saviour and Lord of your life today?
Then don't reject Him to come into your heart, to come into your life, showing what He has done for you on the cross of Calvary, to save you from sins. Believe it, and claim it by faith. For as many as received Him by faith, is promised to them the power of becoming the sons of God. (John 1: 12) and having everlasting life (John 3:16) and heaven John 14:1-3.
We have a Living Saviour, and lives forever and ever. He promised to be coming for the second time not anymore as Saviour but as Judge , to judge the world who rejected Him as Saviour , and God.

What Makes You Wish To Live Longer In This Earth?
Biblical Background of the History of Creation
We can find the details of God's creation about everything in the ***book of Genesis Chapter 1.***
***Man is created a tripartite being***
Basing upon this record, everything were created before the first man, Adam (make) and first woman, Eve (female). They were created after the image and likeness of God. God being in three persons, God the Father, God the Son , and God the Holy Spirit, but yet as only One God. While man , in his likeness and image of God ***posseses body, soul and spirit.***
***Man had a sinful nature***
Man did not continue in his first state of his creation when they disobeyed God. Their disobedience to God made them lost their first state and begun to have a sinful nature, in which after their own likeness every human being in this earth were born with a sinful nature.
***Sin Caused The Earth , Man & Beast Cursed***
Disobedience to God is sin. Man disobey God so they sinned. An Omnipotent, Omnipresent, Omniscient, Holy, Just and Merciful God knew all what had happened . He gave man the opportunity to admit and confess their sins but no one admit and confesses, instead they blame each one . And God being Holy and a Just God has to punish sin. God pronounced the judgment of sin to each one, to Adam, Eve and the serpent , a beast. ***The details of the event is recorded in Genesis Chapter 3:1-24***
***My Personal Thoughts & Insights***
Life is the most precious possession we have here in this earth. The body that we actually have will be nothing and useless without the physical life that we have. It is the kind of life that we all human being possess.
There is in reality a spiritual life that we also possess in life at the time of our birth. And this kind of life , we may not realize it , but it exist in us. It is the kind of life that we inherited from our first parents , which is called in a Biblical term spiritually life. And that kind of life became dead (not in fellowship or in conformity with God, our Creator when our first parents sinned.) Our sinful nature made us spiritually dead. And God being a Holy God , cannot fellowship with God and be in conformity with God. In such kind of a condition, we can be considered a human being physically living but spiritually dead, in the sight of our Creator, the True & Living God, Holy, Just, Loving, Merciful, Faithful, Omnipotent, Omnipresent, Omniscient, and an Immutable God.
***Being Born Into This World is a Blessing***
Our existence in this world, is not our choice, nor the parents we have. It is still God's permissive will for us to live in this world, according to His purpose and will in our lives. God has His Own reason and purpose for our existence in this earth. It is a marvelous thing to know and to feel that we have the opportunity to live life in this earth and we have to live it as much as possible to please and glorify him, as long as He gives us time to live.
***Kinds of Attitude Towards The Blessing of Life***
***Thankfulness & Gratitude***
To receive something from someone is a reason to be thankful and grateful of. Not everyone who has life in the . womb and is born in this earth lived. Some died while in the womb , some died after birth of days or months. We must realize then , that our lives is not in our hands. It is in the hands of the One who allows us to live, the source of our life, who is God.
***Humbleness***
Humbleness is acknowledging who we are before God. We possess nothing .When we came out into our mother's womb we are naked, we hold nothing in our hands. Even the life we possess is not our own. It was given by God to us and He alone has the right to take it at the time He appointed .
***Responsible or a good steward***
We are God's steward of our life and everything that He will allow us to have in life in this earth. We must realize that God owns us. We are nothing and can do nothing without Him. The life , the body, the health strenght, the talent & capabilities are comes from Him . And as God's stewards we are to be responsible & stewards for we will give account of ourselves before Him in due time.
***Spiritual Awareness of God's Authority and Priority***
We can live our lives as free as wanted and as we are pleased but we must keep in mind that we are only temporary in this earth. How we acknowledge the authority and priority of God in our lives will direct the manner of life we will have in this earth . Is God acknowledge or prioritize in making our decisions in life ? Do we seek his guidance, wisdom and will?
***The Realities In Life***
Life is short & Temporary
Death is sure
Tomorrow is Uncertain
We will face God in Eternity
We will give account of our Stewardship to God
We will be judge according to the word of God revealed in us.
We will face the consequences of not believing by faith what Christ has done for us , as our Saviour. Not believing and accepting Christ as Saviour and Lord in this life on earth will make us damned forever in hell and be separted to God forever and ever.
Believing by faith and accepting Christ as Saviour will make us be reconciled to God, our sins forgiven and has been paid by the precious Blood of the Lord Jesus Christ. Thus making us being born into the family of God, and given a place in heaven to live forever and ever with God.
Death will come at our appointed time. And when that time comes , we will face our God, our Creator, and we will give account to Him.
After all these things that I have shared to you, how would you answer the title of this article?
WHAT MAKES YOU WISH TO LIVE LONGER IN THIS EARTH?
Is it because you have not yet done the things you want to do for yourself like to fulfill your dreams?
Is it because you still want to marry the one you loved so much & have a family of your own?
Is it because you have not yet done what you have promised to your parents and want to fulfill it yet.
Is it because you want to see your children to have reached the state of stability in all aspects of their lives?
Is it because you are not yet prepared to meet God and still need enough time to mend your ways to be ready?
I know you have your own reasons to wish to live longer in this earth. And whatever are your reasons, may God in His Goodness and Mercy and Love to us grant our wishes or requests.
May we not neglect the most important thing in life, and that is to prepare now for the life hereafter, which is eternal.
The Basis for the Salvation of our soul is faith alone in Christ and not the Religion that we have. The faith we have in what He has done on the Cross of Calvary and not on what we will be doing for Him or will be doing in His name. Christ finished our salvation on the cross of Calvary and nothing can be added to it. It is completely done for our sake as a gift of an everlasting love.
And in this Holy Week Season let us Reflect and Meditate about Christ's Sufferrings while He yet lived in this earth. He suffered for us , He paid for the penalty of our sins, so as we will not suffer condemnation in hell forever, but to enjoy eternal life in heaven with Him in the presence of God the Father.

An Amazing Journey on Social Media
The Beginning of my Journey in Social Media
***Facebook is the very first venture in my journey in social media . I open my FB account , January of 2015. From then on it was my way of moving on in my life after becoming a widow on Dec. 2014. My mind being focused on my activities in my FB account , the made me to lessen thinking of the saddest moment part of my life. It took me five years of being so engrossed and active in it. It's quite amazing to note that I reached this long and far in my journey to my FB account in social media.***
***April 2021 culminates my being active in my fb account. The reason was , I discovered something new and different site in social media . And this site is Noise Cash.***
***To begin with this new journey, a throwback of memorable experiences of what had happened is what I will be sharing to you.***
Noise Cash Discovered & Introduced
***This site was discovered by my daughter and registered to it. Discovering & Experiencing the advantages of using this site, she introduced it to me . With the kind of persistence in persuading She was able to convince me by pointing out to me that I can use my activeness in FB as usual by posting, commenting and interacting in a more profitable way. And the profitable way is earning while enjoying what I am doing. So then, upon hearing such words of compliments and confidence in me without any more arguments or second thought I registered.***
Start of the Noise Cash Journey
***I registered at Noise. Cash April 9, 2021. My user name is alicia 1954. So I considered month of April a very memorable month for me in my social media journey. It is because noise.cash is a new start of a new venture or journey in social media being one of an earning site .***
***As a newbie in the platform of noise cash it is necessary for me to know & learn, the rules , and obey it by practice.***
Discovering , Learning & Practicing the Rules in Noise.Cash
***The noise.cash rules served as my guidelines in posting my contents as well as in giving comments and interacting with users in their posts. It also served as my guide in sharing freetips to users of the platform. I just need to be responsible, honest, fair and have good management of my time, & effort towards my activities & things involved or related in using the noise .cash platform.***
Managing My Subscribers
***Since the beginning of my journey in noise.cash I firmly obey it. I had my first sure subscribers and they are my daughter and two sons who also registered .***
***Posting, commenting, and interacting with users is not difficult for me for I was used doing it in my FB account. And I used these means to be noticed, and gain additional subscribers. Running out of ideas or interesting topics to post is the only thing I find difficulty of. Nevertheless I find means on how to handle it as I go along the way. Being then active in the site made me to gain additional friends and subscribers.***
***By April 18, 2021, I had 47 subscribers and now , April 11, 2022, I had 1,402 subscribers.***
Managing My Tips
***As a newbie in that time I was privilege to have free tips. These freetips were given by the admin to share to deserving users . If you are are an original good content creator of post you deserve to be given tips. At first I didn't know about it. All I know is I will share it to anyone irregardless of what kind of content the user has. In my mind I have to share it first to my relative and the remaining to others. And the amount of tips which I actually shared to them are much bigger compared to others , which later I realized was not fair and good. And such mishandling of tips were rampant in the platform and the admin of noise.cash have to put an end to it.So an update was made . Giving of freetips was stopped for the time being but was restored month of December 2021. Having then learned what is good and fair, I was able to manage rightly my freetips given to me by the admin since Dec. 2021 up to now, April 2022. I am receiving 0.77 up to 0.79 maximum freetips a day and is being refilled when I am sharing it to others.***
Managing My Channels
***When I started using the platform I have to subscribe in chambers created by pioneering users of noise.cash. I subscribed to some chambers that I can relate to their rules and topic. Somehow subscribing to it made a way for me to widen the scope of my knowledge and learning with the group members in the chambers. As time goes on another update was implemented by the admin .Creating channels was introduced. When there are lots of channels were available chambers was abolished. It was then replaced by the channels.***
***It took me quite long to be allowed to create my own channel. And when that time came, I created my own channels which I used to freely posts my personal insights, thoughts , knowledge, beliefs and experiences.***
***Now I have five channels. It has not lots of subscribers yet like the other channels , but it's okey with me. I'm happy and contented having my own channel, to freely express my self without any fear of being descriminated and bashed. The recent channel that I have created was last April 7, 2022. It is A DAY TO REMEMBER. It has 24 subscribers so far.***
Managing my BCH Earnings
***For a year now in noise.cash, I had my BCH earnings. It's not quite much compared to others of my contemporaries but I am happy with it. It was inevitable for me not to convert it because circumstances or situations dictates it. It has been my only option to answer for my needs. I have converted already some amount of it to meet our needs.***
***I am so much thankful to noise cash, for being the means to provide such needs. And it is my wish that noise.cash will continue from this day on forward. So as me and other users can continue enjoying and earning in this site.***
***At present I still have some BCH on hold,wishing that I can still add more to it. And I am still continuing in working it out with the support of my friends and subscribers.***
Managing My 1BCH Goal
***I set my goal of reaching 1 BCH this year 2022 . And I am working it out. This month of April I set my minimum payout to $3.00. At present I was able to reach it within two to three days. But I am hoping to lessen it to two days only. And do I have to work , work on it, by God' s grace . I pray that God will help me by giving me wisdom that I need and subscribers and friends to support me.***
What Noise Cash Means to Me
***After all the years I spent is social media Noise. Cash meant something to me in a special way. There was no enjoyable, challenging and very rewarding site like Noise.cash. There are other earning sites that I came across with but this is what I liked the most and my preference.***

Episodes in My Cooking Experiences (Part 2)
***I*** ***hope you have read my previous article entitled Episodes in My Cooking Experiences (Part 1), which tackles about the recent episodes of my cooking experiences.***
***This time I will be sharing to you the the past experiences .***
***THROWBACK EXPERIENCES***
***Because I have four older sisters, I was not given tasks in cooking as well as in washing or ironing clothes, neither cleaning the house. Most of the time I was given the task to take care of my younger brother.***
***During summertime or vacation from school my mother will took me with my two older brothers in the field during harvest time of peanuts . I am the one being sent back home to get our food for breakfast and lunch which is cooked by my oldest sister.***
***During school time, to earn , mother will sell rice cakes : like puto, kutsinta, sapin sapin. I saw personally how she prepare and cook puto. We had a stone tool being used to grind the pre soaked rice in water . I saw how it is being grind and taught how to do it. When I learned it I was asked to do it myself .***
***How to make puto***
***The grind pre soaked rice in water was placed in an earthen vessel. Being there it was mixed with enough amount of water for its consistency , white sugar and baking powder. It will be set aside for about 30 minutes or more before it is being cooked in a steamer . When the water is on the boiling point the mixture is being poured in the moulder . It will then be placed in the steamer. Within five minutes it is already cooked. The mixture is said to be perfectly cooked when puto has puffed up with its top burst.***
***How to make kutsinta***
***The same with puto, ground pre soaked rice in water was being used. The ground rice will be mixed with the right amount of water, brown sugar to give it a brown color, and mixed with lihia or lime juice. This lime juice gives the different taste from puto. The mixture will be poured in a molder and placed in the steamer when the water in the steamer has reached its boiling point. In this way the kutsinta will be easily and properly cooked. It will be cooked within 15 minutes as the fire will continue to let the water maintain its boiling point. The kutsinta is said to be properly cooked when its top is is shiny and not wet.***
***How to make sapin sapin***
***Like puto and kutsinta, ground pre soaked rice in water is used. The ground rice is mixed with white sugar and coconut milk (second extract). The first extract of coconut milk is set aside for its third layer. Half of the mixture is mixed with a good color. We use the violet food color that time, but you can use a food color of your choice. The mixture without food color is first poured in the moulder. When the boiling point of water in the steamer is reached the moulder with the mixture is placed and covered within two to three minutes when it is cooked the second layer mixture with the food color is poured and let it be steamed till it was cooked. The third layer which is a mixture of coconut milk (first extract) white sugar and a good amount of ground rice is poured and be steamed till it was cooked. The sapin sapin is said to be perfectly cooked when the top layer is firmly cooked showing the trace of the coconut milk which is whitish and oily no spill of water is traced.***
***THE RESULT OF COOKING EXPERIENCES***
***With these three kinds of rice cakes that I learned from my mother during my childhood days in the province was carried out during my teen years when we lived in the urban are in Caloocan City. I learned the techniques of cooking it , to come up with a good result.***
***Cooking those times is done by using firewood. And you must really keep on watch on feeding the firewood. The fire must be kept burning maintaining the boiling point in water so as the steam is good to cook the puto, or kutsinta or sapin sapin quickly and firmly and perfectly.***
***There are lots of native rice cakes that I learned to cook from.my mother at later years that I have been with her which had been helpful to me later in life when I got married and have a family of my own. And am very much thankful for my mother who insisted me to learn it in my childhood days. Though at that time I was not so appreciative of it because I thought I was deprived of playing outside instead of helping her while cooking . I never did I realized that she is preparing me for the future.***
***Cooking is a skill or a talent that must be learned by anyone specially a woman. It is a skill or a talent that is worth having in life. It stays with you. It will help you. As long as we eat , we ought to learn how to cook for ourself and family. Unexpected things happen, like: you will be on your own to live without anyone to cook for you, while you are away with parents, or like what had happened during pandemic when everything is in locked down. No fastfoods chains , restaurants , carinderias, opened wherein to buy ready to eat foods, & even vendors selling ready to eat foods. In such cases it had been so difficult. But it has been made easier to cope up in such situations when you know how to cook, isn't it. Cooking can be learned. And it is more easier learned now. Having the social media nowadays is a very great help and advantage to learn quickly . You just need to have the will power , and the interest to do it. I think I have to closed for now.***

The Episodes in my Cooking Experiences (Part 1)
***The Latest Episode***
*First of all I would like to thank God for He had given me additional life, renewed health and strenght and protection , that I was able to have the opportunity to be with the family of my youngest son , who from long years I have not seen and fellowship with because I was in the province and they were here in Pasay.*
*I had been with my youngest son's family for almost two years now when pandemic was on going. I will be sharing to you how I find myself being with them.*
***My Personal Purpose & Reason***
*Days, weeks, & month of Jan. & Feb. this year 2022 had past but only this month of March , I realized I had to write about what has been my experiences and activities. My personal reason was , to see for myself , how wisely did I used my time for the whole month. How helpful I had been to the family of my youngest son. How consistent or lax I had been in doing the things that I should be doing as a mother, to my son, as a mother - in law and a grand mother to my two grandkids. I also would consider this as an achievement or accomplishment test as a person, if I have been good or a better person, or not.*
*Here my activities and experiences, how the Month of March goes each day. My experiences and activities actually differs from anyone .It is understandable because each of us lives our lives differently for we were created by God unique from each other.*
*MY ROUTINARY ACTIVITIES*
***WAKING UP AT 5 AM***
*Though my waking hours were different each day due to different situations faced each day, yet the sound of the cp alarm dictates the usual waking hours to be. The waking hours set each day is five o'clock in the morning.*
*As the alarm sounded I have to wake up. It's not a problem to me to wake up that early because I am easily be awaken upon hearing sounds.*
*This had been set because I needed to cook rice or the food to be packed as "baon" for breakfast . My daughter in law, is our breadwinner. She is having her breakfast at work. She has to be at work by seven o'clock so she needs to bring her food for breakfast.*
***COOKING FOODS FOR MEALS***
*Cooking was the most frequent household chores that I am doing. And I did it with tactfulness for we have only a limited budget. I cooked only what is simple, and cheaper but nutritious and satisfying for us.*
*There are other tasks that I am doing like cleaning the room, babysitting but I only do them as a reliever to my son. I do laundry but it just for my own clothes, because my son and daughter in law do the washing of their clothes.*
**BREAKFAST**
*****W******e eat different kinds of food for breakfast. Our food for breakfast depends upon our budget and our cravings. When pay day arrives we have slice bread or any kind of bread which is the kids choice or favorite.*
***Champorado***
*This is the favorite food of my youngest grandson, so I have to cook it for him anytime he craves for it.*
***Banana Flavored Pancake***
*This is the favorite of my oldest grand daughter, and us adults but not the youngest grandson. I cooked it when they missed it.*
***Pancit Canton***
*Pancit Canton of different flavors were stocked in our plastic containers. Anytime we wanted it for our breakfast they will just asked me to cook it for them.*
***Fried Rice***
*There are times that we had leftovers food from supper. So I have to find means that it will not be wasted. Leftover rice is made to a fried rice. To make it more appealing to eat I put much garlic and if there is hotdog or skinless longganisa leftover I will cut it in small pieces and mixed it to fried rice. And if there is none, I will mix scrambled egg cut in small pieces. I put oyster's sauce and soy sauce to taste. Kids loved it that way.*
***Maja Blanca***
*This is another food I cooked for breakfast. Having just 1/4 corn starch mixing it with sugar milk and margarine. Kids loved it . If it happened that we have sweetcorn available , I add some to the mixture.*
***LUNCH & SUPPER***
*At about 10 in the morning I just cook food that is good for our lunch and supper . I did it intentionally to lessen the time, effort and gas consumption.*
*To think what food to prepare for lunch is quite not easy to decide. Our decision is dependent not only on budget but also on the food preference and cravings of the two kids. If budget permits the kids foods are different from us. But if our budget doesn't allow it we adults adjust to it. The usual meat I cooked for lunch and supper.*
***Chicken***
*Whenever I cook chicken meat , I cook different recipes out of it. More often I cooked fried chicken for kids, and for us chicken adobo.*
*If we wanted soup I cooked chicken soup called in our native language as "tinolang manok." Sometimes I cooked chicken soup with sotanghon mixed with malunggay leaves.*
***Pork***
*I cooked pork meat which we called "nilagang baboy" which I mixed with pechay & potato, seasoned with pork cubes . If budget permits I cooked it adding sweet corn & saba, a kind of banana used in this kind of recipe .*
*Ground Pork.*
*There were only two recipe I cooked with ground pork. The one was sautaed sautaed ground pork with sayote, and the other one was ground pork soup with sotanghon with spring onion leaves seasoned with pork cubes and little amount of finely ground pepper to taste.*
*Shanghai*
When budget permits I *cooked pork shanghai, but if there is none my option is to cook fish shanghai.*
*Fish*
*I cooked fish when we ate meat for consecutive days. I have also different ways in cooking fish.*
*Our favorite fish is called "galunggong or gigi for short". I usually fried some and cooked some in vinegar with ginger & onions and sometime cooked in tomatoes, ginger and onions seasoned with salt. Another way of cooking fish is siningang or sour soup It is cooked with mixed veggies like kangkong leaves & okra which is also called lady's fingers. It is seasoned with fish cubes and tamarind mix for sour taste & put some green chili to have a littlev spicy taste .Other fishes are tilapia and bangus .*
*Bangus is seldom cooked because it is a bit expensive than gigi, & we can't afford it. Besides my son didn't like it because it has too many bones and not safe to eat by kids.*
***Vegetables***
*This is usually the last options in our dish. Whenever I cooked mixed veggies it's only me & my daughter in law liked it. Because we both liked it cooked with fish sauce, a dish known to be an Ilocano dish.*
*Spicy Adobong Kangkong Stalks*
*I cooked this one as an appetizer whenever I cooked sour soup fish , or pork. I used soy sauce and oyster's sauce to taste.*
*Spicy Fried Eggplant*
*I cooked this by first frying the eggplant then mixed it to sautaed onions, garlic tomatoes, and chopped green pepper seasoned with soy sauce, oyster's sauce and partnered it with fried crunchy anchovies or dried fish called "tuyo."*
*Bitter gourd or Ampalaya*
*My daughter in law was anemic so cooking ampalaya with tomato and scrambled egg is not missed*
*Boiled or Broiled Vegetables*
*I usually cooked boiled or Broiled Vegetables like eggplant , lady's fingers , or kamote leaves or malunggay leaves on different days and partnered it with soy sauce with kalamansi juice to dip it. We usually partner it with fried fish. If there is tomato we mixed it with onion and ginger and soysauce to be our sauce.*
*Canned Goods*
*These foods are our options when there was no time for my son to go to market to buy fresh foods. I cooked sardines without the sauce as omelet.They don't want the taste of the sauce especially my son , because according to him it taste fishy.*
*Frozen Foods & Eggs*
*Frozen foods or processed foods like hotdog, Sweet Ham , Burger Patties, Skinless Longganisa & Eggs are the foods which are kids favorites. When I cooked any of these kind I just added boiled veggies or leaves for us and just eat some of the processed foods cooked for the kids.*
***Desserts***
*We used to have fruits as our dessert. The one we usually eat is banana, the cheapest among fruits. Sometimes we had oranges, apples, ripe mangoes and pineapple. That is was during payday. My daughter in law will bring home fruits. We had turnips and indian mango this last week.*
*Once we had lecheflan when I spare an amount from my monthly pension, to buy the ingredients. I cooked it myself. Sometimes we had gelatine when my daughter in law craved for it she will buy the ingredients and request me to cook it.*
*Water & Drinks*
*Last but not the least to be served is filtered water. And having filtered water reserved daily is what I usually been monitoring because water supply outage comes unexpectedly.*
*Fruit juices & soft drinks are served occasionally depending upon the budget & cravings.*
*All these things that I have shared to you are but just a part of my daily routinary activities ,as simply as it is done to the best of my abilities and according to God's daily provisions.*

*Foods is the basic needs of human beings. It sustains the physical body needs. Nutrients needed by the body to be healthy and strong can only be met by eating healthy foods. It is a necessity therefore that at home ,time for preparations of foods, and cooking it should be given much importance in daily household tasks .*
*So a woman, who becomes a wife and a mother has an important role to play at home. A responsible wife and a mother will not take for granted her role but will be determined to do her very best and ability to do the household tasks & responsibilities for the sake of her family all her life.*

How Did I Begin my Day Today
My Activities today
I was awakened by the sound that I heard from the cp alarm of my son's cellphone I looked at my cp which is beside me , and I saw it's 5 am.
I rise but I just sit down for awhile for I am a little bit feeling dizzy. Sitting in the corner , for at least minutes leaning my back on the wall .
I have read from the info shared by an fb friend that sitting down for 3 minutes after rising up is good . Accdg. to the info the brain is still anemic from long sleep and lying down . So sitting down for 3 minutes would be a great help to allow blood flow into the brain. This was so effective and working out for me everyday so I did it daily.
While sitting I did my accupressure on my both ears up counting from 1 to 50 and down counting 1 to 50. Then I did my inhale , exhale on my nose. My younger sister told me that it is the way by which our brain could have the oxygen needed. After doing those things, I feel better.
Then I started to pray to God for thanksgiving, and making my requests for the day.
Then I stand up and prepare to cook rice in the rice cooker, before going to the bathroom. While waiting for the rice to boil, I checked my noise app . Looking first on my wallet content , monitoring how much more to work to be done to meet my minimum payout.
When the rice I am cooking in the rice cooker started to boil, I end up my noising to inhale from the hole of the cover of the cooker the steam coming out from it .
I did it to aid me to have my nasal clogging to have a clear and comfortable breathing . I don't have cold but I have phglem on my throat. I had an experienced before when I had a severe cold, though I have been drinking pure calamansi juice it did not helped me to get rid of my severe cold which I suffered for days.
When an fb friend of mine shared the post regarding the benefits of inhaling steam I tried it and it worked fine.After doing it repeatedly for days, I was healed from my severe cold.So I do it as my first aid whenever I feel I am prone of having symptoms of cold or related to it, besides drinking pure calamansi juice.
The second and third alarm of cellphone came from.my cellphone and these alarms have something to do with my taking of my Vitamin B complex and the other one is for my maintenance for my high blood pressure. These two alarms should not be ignored for it is important for my health.
Since today is March 31, 2022, Thursday , last day of the month of March, I decided to publish my last article in READ.CASH for this month to add up to my goal of achieving at least more than five articles in a month. I have already written 8 articles for this month but as much as possible I would like to exceed my last month achievement of having eight articles . And so this article will be the ninth article for this month of March.
My Self Goals & Challenge Set
Tomorrow , starts the month of April, and I will again start to work out again my goal for a new month. I should exceed my March achievement which is 9 articles. So that means I have to write 10 articles for this coming month, April. I am also aiming to exceed my earnings last month. I have not monitored it yet but I will so as this will be my means if motivation besides the number of articles written. I recognized that no one will motivate me to move forward except myself . This is my own journey that I choose so I have to think of ways & means to be consistent.
This is how I challenge myself to do better and better each month not only in the number of articles written but to write more interesting topics to catch the attention of Rusty, how they called the Random Rewarder, as well as other readers and hopefully to have someone sponsor me.
Actually I envy those users who had been so successful in their endeavour in read cash. And with such feelings, I take it as my inspiration and aspirations. Not to compete with them but looking up to their achievements to challenge me further in writing articles.
I recognized I still have lots to learn and to do to make my articles interesting and nice looking before publishing it in this platform, but I am taking it slowly but surely . And I am hoping I will achieved it too sooner or later.
This all for now. I just shared how did I begin my day today, before having my breakfast.

Memories Behind the Seeds & Nuts
*****I***** ***was born in Nueva Ecija, a province in Central Luzon, which the main crop produced was rice. The secondary crops were corn, peanuts, onions, watermelon, squash and other vegetables. So in my early childhood days I was taught to eat fruits and vegetables and other available crops produced and harvested during it's seasons.***
***There are lots of seeds and nuts that are edible and good for food consumption. And I had lots of memories of them all. Whenever I saw and eat some of them, it bring back memories during my early childhood days, teen age and adult years.***
PEANUTS
***Peanut is one of the secondary crops produced in our province in Nueva Ecija. It was during summertime that it was being harvested. It was school vacation, so mother is able to take us to the field of the owner who contacted my mother to harvest for him. We would be in the field early dawn starting to root up the peanut plants of the whole field before sunrise.***
***By the time they are rooted up we would start gathering it into a place where my mother and older brother have put up a shade where we can all sit ang start to separate the peanut from its stalks to be used as our shades. We have to finish it all before sunset . Since we were four working it out we were able to finish it when the sun set and went home having lots of peanuts as our wages. As long as there are still owner who would want my mother to harvest for them during that harvest season we would go there and harvest and have peanuts for our wages. And so after harvest we would have much peanuts for our consumption for a long period of time.***
What mother does with Peanuts
BOILED PEANUTS
**Mother will boil some peanuts to be our merienda. Sometimes she will boil it , separating the shell and take the peanuts and mixed it to our Ilocano pinakbet dish.**
PEANUT HOT DRINKS
**Mother will let some peanuts be dried in the sun. When dried we separated the shell from the peanut and roast the peanuts. When roasted mother will separate the outer covering of the peanuts and grind it with a peanut grinder to make it like a paste. Then it will be put in a container for use every morning. My mother will boil water and mixed the peanut paste for us to have a Peanut hot drinks every morning**
CARAMELIZED PEANUTS
**Using the roasted peanuts without the outer coverings mother will caramelized sugar and mixed the roasted peanuts to be coated with caramelized sugar. It will be for our desserts whenever we craved for it.**
FERMENTED PEANUTS
**Mother will take fresh peanuts with its shells and it's extended fibrous roots , and boil it in water with salt till it is cooked . Then let it dry in the sun. When it is fully dried up she will braid it all making a long lenght of braided peanut ang hang it. Will just eat it as we crave for it.**
WATERMELON SEEDS
**Another familiar seeds to me that I ate during childhood is this tiny watermelon seeds. During the harvest season of water melon mother father all it's seeds whenever we ate watermelon as dessert.She will put ashes and water in a cooking pot and let it boil with the watermelons seeds to put away the slimy touch on the water melon seeds. After quite sometime she will let it cool and be washed to put away the ashes till it is clean. Then afterwards she will put water and salt and boil it with the watermelon seeds. When it is cooked the water melon seeds will be spread in a circle container made of woven bamboo skin strips called "bilao" and let it dry under the heat of the sun. When it is fully dried it will be set aside and will be eaten during time when family get together having conversations while we needs played.**
JACKFRUIT SEEDS
**We had jackfruit trees in our backyard and whenever their is fruit who has ripened mother will take it and usually preserved some by sweetening it, while some were eaten fresh. The preserved sweetened jackfruit were used as flavoring whenever my mother cook "palitao sa latik".**
**The jackfruit Seeds were not thrown away but she gathered it and will boil it with salt till cooked. We also eat those jackfruit Seeds as merienda.**
SUNFLOWER SEEDS
**Sunflower seeds were not familiar to me. I didn't even know that it is edible. It was only when my brother in law who lives in Chicago, USA that sent us package , and the package contained packs if sunflower seeds that I first tasted it. And I liked it's taste. It tastes like the other seeds I tasted before like that of a watermelon seeds. When we consumed it all no way did I ever tasted it again. After long years I didn't expect I could have a taste of it again. Just this month of March, my daughter in law bring home a packed of it and the seeds were much bigger than the ones I have eaten before.**
SQUASH SEEDS
**I had also tasted and eaten such seeds when we lived in Caloocan City during my younger years and adult years. It was affordable and available always in sari sari stores.**
CASHEW NUTS
**Eating cashew nuts during my childhood days were fun. I would go out with friends where we can ask for cashew fruits. We would eat the fruit with salt and will broil the seeds. When the seeds were roasted we will crack the shell of the seed and eat the roasted seed.**
**When I get older and happened to stay in Pampanga I was able to taste again cashew nuts and eat a lot . My brother in law used to buy cashew nuts in store in Angeles because there are lots of stores there who sell it. Sometimes their neighboring relatives who had lots of cashew trees in their fields would give some whenever they had available cashew nuts. Whenever it's harvest time they would give my brother in law and my brother in law shared it to us. But now I hardly tasted cashew nuts because it's too expensive.**
Walnuts
**When my sister who resides in Canada is going home here yearly for a vacation , she always brought walnuts. And it was only during those days , when they are here on vacation that I tasted those kinds of nuts.**
OTHER NUTS
**There are other nuts that I came to discover to eat when we lived in Caloocan City. There are different kinds of nuts which are affordable & available , in stores, that you can buy. And so eating nuts had been part of my everyday snacks, or desserts.**

Our Existence, Purpose & Survival
There is no reliable source wherein we can find the account of the existence of everything else in this world , except the word of God, known as the Bible, the complete book of the Revelation of God to mankind.
Other of course, and maybe you are one of those who believe in some other book . But setting it aside, I will share what I truly believe in, and I am thankful that we are allowed here to do so.
The Bible refutes the theory of Evolution, which holds that human evolved. But the Bible clearly stated that human was created.
The Bible clearly states in the book of Genesis , the first book in the Old Testament that God created man in His own image and likeness, on the sixth day
*Genesis 1:26a - And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness; .....*
*Genesis 1:27 So God created man in His own image , in the image of God created he him, male and female created He them.*
The Bible states the purpose of God in creating man.
Ge*nesis 1:26 - And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness; and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.*
God's purpose for man was to have dominion or sovereignty of all the living creatures He had made on earth.
In chapter one of the book of Genesis, it stated the account of Creation. The earth & every living and non living things on earth , before Adam, the first man, was created. God sees to it, that all things for man to live and to survive must be provided for him.
Our Human needs
Our body , the human flesh, needs air, water, and foods to survive in this earth. During the time of the first family ,they lived a healthy life, in a healthy environment that God gave them. Fruits & plants & herbs , clean water and fresh air sustained them , even the animals that are with them. The longest life lived on that generation of Adam was lived by the man named Methuselah. He lived 969 yrs. while Adam lived only 930 after he begot sons and daughters.
They had to live that long for they are to replenish the earth as God commanded Adam & Eve.
As man continue to live and multiply on earth many things had changed . When Adam sinned against God , they have to suffer the consequences of their disobedience to God. Life for Adam & Eve became difficult because they were expelled from the garden of Eden to live outside of that garden. Adam had to work hard to till the ground in order to eat what he could harvest. He had to get rid of the thorns and thistles on the ground to have a good harvest.
*Genesis 3:17 - And unto Adam he said, because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying , Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow thou shalt eat of it all the days of thy life;*
*Genesis 3:18 - Thorns and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou shalt eat the herb of the field.*
While Eve had to go sorrows and other sufferings in bringing up children.
*Genesis 3:16 - Unto the woman he said, I will multiply greatly thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee.*
And the saddest part was, they are out of fellowship with God , and they have to experience physical death.
Our physical condition
Death is Sure
*Genesis 3:19 - In the sweat of thy face thou shalt eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it was thou taken for dust thou art , and unto dust shalt thou return.*
The sinful nature of Adam was inherited by all mankind from generations to generations and no one is able to take it away from every human being that will be born into this earth.
*Romans 5:12 - Wherefore , as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin, and so death passed upon all men, for all have sinned .*
*Romans 5:19 - For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, .....*
This is all we humans are facing in the world we live in today. We have made a mess of the beautiful world that once was enjoyed by our first parents before they disobeyed God.
And we have to face this world wherein the evil and the good we know and with the sinful nature that we have , to survive physically , in order for us to have the chance to be reconciled first to God through Jesus Christ our Saviour whom God sent to be our Saviour. May God in His mercy and goodness and great love toward us help us to survive the lies and deceit of Satan , who lied and deceived our first parents and were cursed and punished.
Physical Needs Over Spiritual Needs
Allow me to express my personal insights with regards to this . Looking back to the story of Adam & Eve in the garden of Eden facing the temptation, Satan, in the form of the serpent beguiled Eve. He used enticing words to convince Eve. He made Eve doubt God's word. He made Eve crave for that something that he made Eve to believe God is withholding them to have .He made Eve to believe his lies .
Let me give you the conversation between Eve and the serpent and the result of that conversation as recorded in the Bible.
***Genesis 3: 1-6***
***1 Now the serpent was more subtle than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?***
***2 And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden;***
*****3 But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden , God hath said , Ye shall not eat of it , neither shall ye touch it , lest ye die.*****
*****4 And the serpent said unto the woman , Ye shall not surely die;*****
*****5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof , then your eyes shall be opened and ye shall be as God , knowing good and evil.*****
*****6 And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes , and the tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also into her husband with her; and he did eat.*****
From the conversation , as recorded , the serpent triumph in deceiving Eve. Eve was convinced. When she saw the fruit , she was attracted to it. Believing the lie that she will not die but instead she will be wise, she did eat and gave to her husband with her.
Disobedience is sin , and sin a choice or a decision made. Eve's decision was impulsive. I suppose she was not hungry at that time. She didn't needed it at the moment but was only attracted to it because it was good for food and pleasant to the eyes.
Eve's decision was covetous. She desired to be wise. Satan made her to think that God is withholding it to them, which I supposed is not. If God has given Adam intelligence God has also given her some like it for her own.
This is the aspect in their life that they didn't survive. They didn't survive the test or the temptation that they encountered in life.
They had chosen the physical needs more than the spiritual needs which is in fellowship with God , if they had only obeyed the command of God, their fellowship with God would not have affected too. And since they disobeyed they lost that privilege with God and suffered the consequences of their disobedience.
Realization of who, what & why a thing or a person is the most important thing in our lives , I think , could be the secret of survival here in this world. The world condition in the ancient time could be very different but the fact remains that the human's basic needs is just the same in order to exist , continue to exist and survive in this earth.
The highest and foremost need of man to survive this earth is God alone and none else. Without him we would not exist and continue our existence on earth . For it is God who hold in His hands our time , our appointed time with Him.
In God alone , we can be assured of our lifetime existence on earth, more importantly our immortal existence in the life hereafter. This is the foremost concern of God to every human being He had created , our eternal , immortal existence by which our first parents have missed because they were deceived.
Should we let Satan continue to deceive us? Let us learn from the mistake of our first parents. Know the word of God for sure. Be attentive to it. Believe it and never doubt it. Whatever God says , He means it and God means what He says. When God says Jesus Christ alone and none else is the Saviour He means it, in fact He sent Jesus Christ in this world and took our sins in His own body and paid it's penalty by His death on the cross of Calvary.
Do you believe Satan still exists in this world today? Yes he is , and is continually doing his work of deceiving many. He is using the same means, that he used in deceiving Eve. He is making people to doubt God's word. He will make use of things in this world to attract you, and to desire to have it, without you knowing that you are going far from God and not obeying what God tells you to do.
The Means of Survival
Believe God & Never Doubt Him - It means acknowledging God's authority in all things. That no one is above Him, but He is above all and none else. That what He says is True & is Final. That God is True, but Satan and anyone is a liar.
Prioritize Him above anything & Others - It means no one or nothing should interfere between you & God. He is the number one on your list of preference in relationship, in business or work, & personal affairs or personal needs.
Obey Him without hesitation according to His command - It means doing as God commands , no more , no less. It is taking the step of faith in what God says.
Claiming & Holding on to God's Promises - It means you are fully assured that what God Has said, He is able to do and to fulfill
The above mentioned means of survival are means of doing our part. It is doing the possible thing , those things that God expect from us. And the other part is letting God do His part which is the impossible, things we think isn't possible for us to do.
May we all have the kind of faith in God , that can move us to believe Him, Prioritize Him, Obey Him , & Fully Assured by Him for our survival in this earth and in the life hereafter.

Be rest assured that God is able to provide our needs and God is not withholding anything from us that is good and best for us to survive . If God is willing to give Jesus Christ to us, His only begotten Son, He will and is able to give us the best and the things we need in life to survive. God's love is unconditional, everlasting and will never fail us.

The Realities, The Uncertainties, & Bible Prophecies
Looking back in my teen age years, as far as I can recall, it was during my third year high school that I was invited to a Bible Study in the school campus . It was held during our vacant period . I get so interested to it that until our fourth year , I joined the same group. Since most of the members of the Bible Study are my classmates in fourth year, four of us were made closed best friends. That even when we graduated from high school we still continued to see each other and continued in Bible Studies in a church where we find ourselves continually be fed by the word of God. We all grew in our faith in God , and adhere to the same belief that salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone.
Long time passed by, and we had to part ways for different reasons, but the faith that we all hold on to , was the same we had even until now.
Until now the Bible teachings & principles I learned from.the Church we had attended and became a member of is the same teachings and principles I continued and steadfastly hold on to.
Attending Church services, Bible Studies & Bible Readings had been part of my life. I find comfort, and peace in my faith in God and through His words the Bible.
During the pandemic time , though attending Church Services was not possible, am still thankful that Bible Reading is still possible. Live streaming of Church's Worship Services were made also possible. Through it spiritual strenght is renewed , revived and I survived from spiritual weakness.
The pandemic really tested my faith in God. It manifested how weak or strong my faith is. It manifested how far or close I've been to God at those difficult times. It proved myself who am really is inside and out.
I thanked God by His grace, mercy and goodness, He still found me holding on to Him in faith and trust. His promises in His words I kept believing and claiming it's truth and fulfillment.
Throughout the pandemic and even until now His provision and protection continued. God works out in amazing ways to show His goodness, love, mercy and faithfulness.
The World in Reality Now
No one did ever know and expected the pandemic situation that we are in now. The news about Covid 19 that started in China had spread so quickly from all other countries, around the world and Philippines was not exempted. No one did expect it would last so long. It's been two years now and we don't know when it would end. People have suffered much around the world. Many lives have been lost due to the virus infections. People's lives became miserable most especially those living in poverty line. Many people became jobless resulting to financial difficulties. Families were made far apart.
As of now, situations were going back little by little to normal mobility just like before pandemic. Back to work as usual, because business establishments were opened, drivers of jeep, buses, taxis and other vehicles were needed by commuters who will go to work, as well MRT & LRT were back to services in full capacities but with facemasks. Face to face classes were back though limited .
War for now between Russia and Ukraine alarmed countries worldwide. My country, the Philippines, one of among other countries were somehow affected, because of the OFW in Ukraine were trapped in the war. They must be rescued for their safety as well as those other nationalities , more so the Ukrainian civilians.
The war actually, somehow contributed in the economic conditions of the world . Economically somehow the price of oil increased. I just don't know exactly the reason behind but somehow it affected the oil price increase.
And as oil price increase , automatically prices of commodities increases causing another problems to arise.
The present conditions we have right now , different problems confronting us, uncertainties in life is what we are heading to. What now ? will be the questions arising in our minds . Is there yet better things to hope for to.come? Will we be able to survive the difficulties in life? And how will it be?
Down from history, generations to generations, dispensations to dispensations in the lives of human's history, the quest for survival is the main thing.
In the world we live in , in order to continue to exist , we need to surpass the difficult situations in order to survive. The circumstances in the world dictates you ought to be strong because to be strong is power. And to have power is to have victory. Only strong defeat the weak and to be in power is to be victorious over the powerless or helpless. Just like in the war. The strong or powerful country country triumphs over the war.
As humans, we are supposed to understand humans for we are all alike in nature. We can easily relate to each others needs and comforts for by nature we are all the same. But it seems no one ever cares when greed and coveteousness arises in the hearts and minds .
**Life's Uncertainties**
The world is facing crisis, pertaining to health conditions, economic conditions , and peace and order. Why are we going through such world crisis? Had not humans reached the peak of intelligence needed to solve any kind of world crisis ? Had not humans organized World Health Organization, (WHO) United Nations (UN) European Union (EU) World Trade Center (WTC) North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) International Criminal Courts (ICC) and many more organizations to address to such World & International crisis? Is there still lacking of any kind of organization to solve such crisis? Could there still be a solution to such world crisis? If there is, WHAT could it be , or WHO could it be?
Bible Prophecies of the Last Days
The following are my personal insights and thoughts in what I have learned and had been taught in the church through Preachings and Bible Studies.
The things happening in the world previously and at the present time are but signs of the last days mentioned in the Bible. The signs of the second coming of the Lord Jesus Christ to take His Church before the Tribulation Period , in which the anti Christ will reign in this earth for 7 years. The details of his reign is mentioned in the book of Revelation.
I will not go into the details of it, but I will be giving some references about the signs of the last days or the second coming of Jesus Christ.
I hope you bear with me and read it.
In the New Testament , in the book of Matthew , Jesus Himself , while He was yet with them and have not been crucified talked about His coming again.
In Matthew 24:3 And as He (Jesus) sat upon the Mount of Olives, the disciples came into Him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? And what shall be the signs of Thy coming, and the end of the age?
Matthew 24: 4 And Jesus answered and said unto them , Take heed that no man deceive you.
5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.
6 And ye shall hear of wars and rumors of wars; see that ye be not troubled; for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet
7 For nation shall rise against nations, and kingdom against kingdom; and there shall be famines and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.
From these Bible verses we were given the clear signs of the the second coming of Christ.
So I can say that, what is happening in the world today that we are experiencing are but part of the signs. And these signs would only end as God allows it to end , and it will be when Jesus comes again for His Church , which God the Father only knows the exact time.
In which case, we are to be watchful , and be ready for Christ's coming by being sure we are in the right faith & relationship with Him as Saviour and Lord of our life. (John 3:16 ; John 1:12)

Plandemic, Pandemic, or Endemic, Which?
The Corona Virus had been an issue years ago. No matter how people think of it, surely its existence has a very great negative impact in the lives of people personally, socially , financially and for the country in governance economically all over the world.
I had previously read articles about the Corona Virus that it is a PLANDEMIC, meaning that it was planned . That there are people behind Corona Virus.
Is it Plandemic
My personal opinion
Personally, I think that it was all about someone's opinion on the issue of Corona Virus. I do believe that Corona Virus is real because of the death polls of it as told by the news.
I just don't know, if it is planned before existence or after existence of the said Virus. Or it is used or being used to put fear in the hearts and minds of people in order to control people and obey those in authority in everything.
The issue of plandemic is disregarded , for it is not proven. If in case there are those who believe in it, there is no way by which it helped to eradicate the virus nor helped in minimizing the death or mortality rate nor helped the affected people survive the hardships of life they are going through.
Is it Pandemic
Yes , it is pandemic
**Corona Virus is real . It's effects in the lives of people were clearly seen and experienced around the world. It is attested to us by World Health Organization. News from all over the world made it known in social media. Thus making it to be called a PANDEMIC**
It took many lives, of people irregardless of age, sex, status in life, rich or poor. Health professionals who helped those infected by the virus to survive , some were not able to survive .
Seeing the dangers it brought in the lives of people . Health protocols were mandated , and many restrictions were made for public safety.
Learning from experiences of other countries , my country the Philippines had to take some measures to protect it's citizens from the spread of Corona Virus.
The first implementation was made in the country. NCR and Central Luzon the most populated part of the country was placed in an ECQ protocol. Announcement was made as to when it will start to be implemented.
ECQ - Enhanced Community Quarantine or Locked Down
This is the most strict observance of health protocols among other restrictions during the pandemic
Before ECQ
I can still recall before the said date of implementation, people rushed in going to and fro to groceries , supermarkets in malls, to buy the necessary things needed at home , the most basic needs like foods, grocery goods, sanitizers and alcohol.
Panic buying happened in every place, causing all the stocks in groceries and supermarkets out of stocks.
Fears can be seen in the faces of all the people. Uncertainties is in the atmosphere in every place & surroundings.
I can still remember the day when the family of my daughter have to travel the night before the ECQ implementation. They have to leave that very night so as to reach Bicol at the right time before ECQ implementation start.
During ECQ In Pandemic
There were many restrictions implemented during the ECQ . In every family there will only be one who will be given a quarantine pass . There was a curfew implemented, a limited time use to do to buy things needed at home. in a public place like in the market or to stores or drug stores and nothing more.
Business establishments which has nothing to do with basic necessities were being closed. This is to minimize public from roaming around publicly to ensure that Corona Virus be not spread .
No place, no person is safe at that time so everyone must be quaratined at home. Every place and every person is prone to be a carrier of the virus. So better beware of anyone even your very own loved ones. So everyone in on distance from one another. No personal body contacts by hands shakes, or hugs or even in close distance with a person.
Everyone is cautious , everything is being set aside, family gatherings, social gatherings, meetings, in public places as mandated by health protocols sanctioned by the government to have its hundred percent compliance.
Everyone must wear a face mask , and face shield in public places. And in case of too many people there must be social distancing.
Economy in the country suffered , along with the people. At the closing of many business establishments, many lose their jobs.
And as families are quarantined at home business on entertainment closed, places used for family and social gatherings or events nationwide were closed.
It was indeed a new normal society that had happened unexpectedly, mind you not only in the Philippines but world wide.
Is It Endemic
At the discovery of vaccine and people being vaccinated and the results of low mortality rate and lesser people getting infected by the virus and it's variants, made the health protocol restrictions made lighter and lighter.
Little by little it's getting back to normal NCR & other part in Luzon were put in Alert Level 1 and there was a notion that it would be back sooner or later to Alert Level 0, wherein back to normal activity and mobility like before pandemic.
.Could this be the sign of the ENDEMIC?How I hope and wish it to be so. Do you agree? What do you think? What is your opinion?

This pandemic to me is like a nightmare put in reality. Thank God , He is in control of everything. His protection and provision, guidance, comfort , and peace were given to me and family all those days previously experienced for almost two years now. Is The World Getting Better?
To answer the question, Is The World Getting Better , we ought to look at the things that must be considered as a basis of comparison, in order to come up with an answer.
To do this, we should look at , from the beginning of the world , when God created it. When God created the earth He made man, Adam to have dominion over God's creation, and to take care of it. 8
The World In The Beginning
The Bible, us the most reliable source of information. The old Testament, records the Sixth Day of Creation. This is found in the book of Genesis , the first book in the Old Testament.
In creation , from the first day to the sixth day, God saw His creation was Very Good. The planet earth was rich in its natural resources to sustain man and every living creatures in it. In fact men lived a healthy living , having a healthy environment. This is evident by the span of life that God has in those days.
The Life Span of Man in the Beginning & at Present Time
Adam, the first man , lived 930 years and begot sons and daughters before he died. And the longest years lived on earth was 969, lived by the man, named Methuselah.
What shall we say then, Is the World getting better than the beginning?
**Yes , the world is getting better,when speaking of how modern & high technologies in health and science existed. Numerous inventions were made like vitamins, medicines ,vaccines to fight sickness & death to prolong human lives.**
**Yes, the world is getting better when speaking of how many Inventions were made.**
Like mechanical tools, fertilizers, pesticides, good breeds of farm plants, good breeds of animals good for food, to ensure more production for mass consumption .
Factories worldwide for processed foods, and instant food were made available to sustain the consumers .
Travels by air, by lands and by seas of goods & foods for exports and imports were made easier between countries were made possible by invention of planes by air , ships, by sea, cars, buses and other land vehicles .
Travels of man from one countries to another for purposes of work etc. were made easy and comfortable and safe.
Communications worldwide were made easier for Business transactions, social media connections through internet are made possible.
But all these things were not the answer to the question is the world getting better when speaking to its contribution to make the life span of man to get longer.
**No, the world is not getting better in lengthening the life of man compared to the life span of man in the beginning of man. If we are going to compare the life span of people in our time today, there is none who have lived more than 120 years, I guess, despite the modern or high technologies inventions.**
The Kind of Life Lived by Man in the Beginning and at Present
Adam & Eve though created in a very good state yet became in a sinful state condition. It was their choice and not God. They chose to disobey God , so they lived their lives separated from God. Their sins separated them from God. They lived the kind of life, based upon the consequences of their sins. They tasted death at the appointed time .
**No, the world is not getting better , when speaking about the condition of man in his inner or spiritual condition.**
The condition of man being sinful has not changed at present. If in the beginning our first parents disobeyed God, many are following the same chain of of attitude towards God. Just as Adam & Eve was deceived by Satan , majority in our times today are deceived by the lies of Satan.
The modern times and technologies did not change the sinfulness of mankind. It actually modernized the sinfulness of mankind. Unimaginable crimes are committed from.youngest to oldest of mankind towards one another irregardless of human relationships.
There is an endless conflicts and wars among nations against nations in the beginning of human history even until now.
The world is modernized by man by the intelligence they had . But men was not able to come closer to God in heaven but was made closer to the god of this world.Sad to say, but this is the reality that is happening now. Majority of mankind lived as if God is not seeing them in their sins committed in secret and in public.
Our present condition as of now is like that of the time of Noah. The wickedness of man on earth is great. And every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.
But on the other hand, if there will be those who by faith believe & accept Jesus Christ as Saviour , God will spare him from punishment. (John 3:16,17)
**God is Our Witness**
God being the witness , is a powerful Witness. Nothing can be hidden from him for He is above, and we are down here below. There is no secret things before him. He can saw clearly more than the naked yes can see.
All the affairs of men, private or personal are all transparent before Him. All the inner thoughts, intents, motives, and every actions behind every situations are clearly seen .
There is no limit in time nor limit in scope by which everything is catch by His eyes. The past, present and the future , He knows.
He excells in everything, in power, and might. He is above all things. He sits on the throne, and only He can sit on it and none else.
At His voice of command everyone and everything obeys Him. His words means Truth, Justice, and Power.
With such power and qualities He possessed , He fully deserved His position a Witness Behind Everything, who is Reliable and Dependable.
God is Holy, Just, and Gracious. Being Holy as God, He hates sin, as Just He will punish sin, and being gracious He will spare punishment of sin.
**God Saw The Kind of Life that Men Lived**
He saw the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. (Genesis 6:5)
He saw Noah was a just man and perfect in his generations, and Noah walked with God. (Genesis 6:8,9) .
He found grace in the sight of the Lord, so Noah was spared from the judgment of flood together with his wife, three sons, Shem , Ham and Japheth with the animals God told them to spare, a pair of each kind, male and female.
**God executes Judgment of sin**
Being Holy & Just God, God executed Judgment of sin , during the time of Noah by flood .
But during our present age judgment will be by fire. ( 2 Peter 3:10)
My Conclusion
Our present world can be seen in a better condition when it comes to modern technologies and high standard of living compared in the beginning, but it does not change the fact about the inner or spiritual condition of men being sinful in which case , God will judge the sinfulness of men, being a Holy & Just God. But as Gracious and Merciful as He God is giving ample time for mankind to repent from sins and believe and accept Jesus Christ as Saviour to be spared from judgment to come in this world by fire.We already had a complete revelation from God, the Bible. And there en will be no more prophet to come to earn us if God's judgment, it is all written in the Bible . The future events that will happen in this world and even in eternity is all recorded in the book of Revelation, last book in the New Testament.
Is There Hope For A Better World
Yes, of course, at the Second Coming of Christ, At His Millennial Reign, When Satan Will Be Cast in the Lake Forever, & At the Creation of New Heaven & New Earth.
Read the Book of Revelation it is all recorded there.
I believe all these will surely come to pass as God said in the Bible.

Knock ! Knock! Anybody home?
Knock! knock! Anybody home? Do you always overheard the knock , knock and someone saying Anybody home outside your house? or at the door of your rented room?
When someone is Knocking at the door, sometimes we ignore it and won't open at once, especially when we are busy in what we are doing.
When someone is Knocking at the door we usually send someone to go and find out who it is and what is needed ,when we don't want to be disturb.
When someone is Knocking at the door, unexpectedly , we asked ourselves who can this be , and what does he want.
When someone is Knocking at the door, we sometimes hurry, because we expect something or someone to arrive.
Knocking at the door anytime of the day, is something that surprise us and make us wonder what it is.
There will always be a time, each day or any day that someone will knock at your door. And this knocks on the door or someone saying , Anybody home ? has a lot of messages to tell.
I will be sharing to you some of my personal experiences in the room where my son and his family rented in Pasay.
I lived with them Aug. 2020, still in a pandemic situation, called MECQ (Modified Enhance Community Quarantine), up to the present time, NCR being in an ALERT LEVEL 1 , in which not quite strict in health protocols compared to other alert levels.
Staying with my son and his family for days, weeks , months and at present for almost 2 yrs.inside the rented room , KNOCKS ON DOORS and hearing the voice SAYING ANYBODY HOME OR TAO PO , is very meaningful to me. It gives an interesting impact to me as days go by. It is because it gives different reasons and messages to tell. The following are the REASONS or MESSAGES told by KNOCKS ON DOOR & SAYING ANYBODY HOME OR "TAO PO" in the native tongue of Filipinos, in the Philippines.
Means Bills & Rent to be Paid
In the 15th day of the month when someone knocks at the door and saying tao po, that means the bill for water & electricity is on hand.
Sometimes when my son goes out and the schedule for bill is coming , he will remind me of it, that there will be coming to hand the bills of water & electricity, and I should be on watch for it.
In the 30th or 31st which is the end of the month, knock at the door and saying tao po means payment for room rental is to be paid.
The owner of the house will come to get the room rental payment. She usually comes between 6 pm to 7 pm. If she will not be able to come her son will be coming to get the payment.
Every month this is expected. My son is giving me instructions what to do when the land lady would arrive. That is to let her sign in the notebook as proof of the payment given and is received.
Means Food Assistance
During the MECQ knocks and saying anybody home or tao po means their is giveaways of foods and goods called community pantry in the vicinity in the Baranggay.
The mother of the land lady who lives upstairs will knock at the door and will tell my son to go at once to line up in the place where to get the give aways. This lasted only for two to three weeks as long as there are sponsors available.
Last Holiday Seasons, Christmas and New Year , there were food and groceries pack and rice given in the Baranggay from the LGU.
My son were able to avail of it , because if the mother of the land lady. When she knocks on our door she has forms wherein she will ask to write down my son's name and other informations so as to be one of legit recipients of the food assistance.
Means Money Assistance
There was a time when the mother of the land lady knocks on our door, calling my son's name. She reminded my son about the money assistance to be given in the Baranggay. She said she overheard the name callings of the Baranggay Captain over a mega phone and heard my son's name called. Whenever there is such things , this mother of the landlady usually knock on our door, and to any other rooms in the building. She was very much concerned about each one of the room occupants to avail every assistance from the Baranggay emanating from LGU's support may it be food packs or money assistance.
Through the kindness and concern of this lady many of us as room occupants of the building owned by her daughter were able to receive all the assistance and support given in the Baranggay. We were thankful to her for such efforts she showed for the welfare of each & every of us.
Means Birthday Foods Giveaways
Giving foods when there is a birthday celebration held in the room mate next door.
We have three room.mates next door who gives food during the birthday celebration of any member of their family. They will not invite you to the party but just knock on the door on the day of the birthday celebration and handed us the food.
Means Health workers Assistance
Health workers from.baranggay go house to house for health assistance purposes. Sometimes they give vitamins or medicine for kids. Sometimes give informations on health protocols for kids and vaccination.
Means Deliveries of Parcels
I am very.much on watch on knocks at the door and calls from the outside when there is expected deliveries from Lazada ,Shoppee or Lala Move. My son would not forget to remind me about it in in case he will.not be around to receive it. And I am glad that whenever deliveries arrived he was around to receive it.
Means Unexpected Money Remittance
The most exciting instance of knock and anybody home message was the unexpected blessings delivery. It was delivered by LBC. It was a door to door money delivery from a friend abroad. It happened last month of January, 2022. It was sent by an old closed friend who lived in Los Angeles , California.
Means To Offer Merienda
This pertains to knocks offering us to buy merienda . The lady next door is cooking banana cue, turon and camote fries. Every merienda time she knock on our door offering us her merienda cook foods. We buy to her when ever we have budget, but refuse to buy whenever we have merienda already available , and when we have no budget for merienda.
Means To Offer Special Promo Products
Just last week of the month of February, 2022, a gay sales lady offered a powder laundry soap. The offer was good because of the free offers upon buying 3 big sachets of the laundry product. He is from Pure gold according to him, showing his ID necklace. I was the only one that time in the room. My son went outside for an errand. I was so convinced by his sales talk that I decided to buy what he is offering me. Since I still have money left on.my purse I decided to buy. When I will get my money my daughter in law arrived and the salesgay continued his sales talk to my daughter in law. She was also convinced to buy. Instead me paying for it , she paid for the landry powder soap. So my money was spared from spending.
Means To Borrow Something
In the neighborhood borrowing is inevitable. One of our room mate next door used to borrow things from us Sometimes she borrow money from our daughter in law. Sometimes she borrows hammer. But most of the time she borrows our big basin called batya whenever she will have her laundry. Every once in a week she does it.
Means the goodness of neighbor
Our room rented is in the middle of the building. It is a distant far from the terrace wherein every clothes were hung to dry at the heat of the sun. When rain suddenly comes , we are unaware of it. One of the renter near the terrace would knock at the door to tell us to get the clothes outside for it is raining. Sometimes they will take it and give it to us .
Means a visitor is Here
For the long time I have stayed here in Pasay, there is only one visitor who had visited the place. It was understandable because of the pandemic situation. The visitor was the co worker of my daughter in law. She visited twice in our place. Her first visit was when she brought fried seafoods because there was a relative who brought some for them and she shared some to us. The next visit was when she brought a birthday giveaway food for us.
My Conclusion & Final Say
Anyone knocking on our doors or saying anybody home or tao po, should not be ignored or taken for granted. They must be attended to at once and given some importance irregardless of the reasons of whoever the person is, a stranger, a friend, a relative or a neighbor , a beggar or solicitors or sales representatives. The persons behind our doors have importan messages to tell us, that we ought to know. You might regret if you missed the opportunity of meeting them and to talking to them. Count them as blessings in disguise.
Friendly Reminder
In meeting strangers , be cautious and sensitive but at the same time be polite.
Be honest and accommodating to those who seek help like the beggar or solicitors or sales representatives.
Be thankful if it is needful and necessary.

Why People Make Promises
Is there really a need to make promises before you will do something good for yourself or to others ? What could be the reasons behind promises? And where do people base their promises?.
Basing upon personal experiences and observations we could learn.many things about promises.
Firstly, let us look at the positive reasons why people make promises in many ways.
**Promises Are Used As A Tool**
Promises are first introduced by families to children. Parents in dealing with child's tantrums or to obey them , they will make a compromise with the child. And in such compromise promises are made as a tool to make the child's tantrum stop or make the child to obey. It works , but it has some negative effects. It backfires to parents. The child being unaware, would do tantrums to get what he wanted from parents. In his tantrums he could get their attention and could demand from them to compromise .
**Promises Are Used as Motivation**
This is another way parents used promises to motivate their children to do good in their school performances. Parents promises rewards to a child in exchange of good school performances . During occasions or family gatherings for fun and enjoyment parents with pride asked children to perform dancing or recite a poem or perform a declamation or perform any talent a child has with the offer of a promised reward after performing.
**Promises Are Used As Mental and Emotional Conditioning**
When a person is depressed , the mental and emotional condition is weak . But when they will see even just a little hope,they regain such strenght, and begun to think and feel positivities.
Promises are the ones we hold on to , at times that we are losing our hopes . So when one promises as good things in life, we are prone to believe at once, and fully convinced of the person who made such promises. For the person comes on time, when no one else seems to care, that person is there when we needed it.
Secondly, let us look at the major personalities in the different spheres in society as to relationships, who are usually making promises to people or persons.
**In the realm of family relationship**
Family is the basic unit in a society. It is the most personal and closed attachment that any individual could have. Everyone is familiar with everybody, their attitudes and behaviour, their likes and dislikes, strenght and weaknesses.
Parents especially though how many children they have, they know personally each children qualities and characteristics, most especially each behaviour and attitudes. They know how to deal with each of them. In making promises they take cautions of how, what and when to make promises to each child. And these actually should be taken into consideration, because children take note of their parents promises to them. Though how young a child is, a child cannot forget a promise, more so the older ones. And so a parent should be careful in giving promises. A word of honor should be in his vocabulary. If not his integrity is at stake and the possibility of losing respect from children can happen.
**In the realm of personal love relationship**
In love relationship promises are made to assure the one being loved that he/she alone will be the one to love and to care. And such promise is a commitment that culminates to marriage . Marriage vows is made by both before God and man to guarantee a lifetime partnership and commitment.
**In the realm of business**In big or small business transactions are being made. And transactions with other business men are made promises from both parties.
Promises to be binding , contracts are signed by both parties to ensure that promises will stand and must be fulfilled.
Transactions between seller and customer also applies promises. Good products bought or sold to customers are given warranties and or guarantees for a period of time. These are done for consumer protection and satisfaction. And on the part of the seller it is for a show or proof of guarantee of the product sold as to its reliability and dependability as its characteristic and quality.
In the realm of Politics
I think promises are common in the realm of Politics during elections whether national or local elections.
It is a common issues which all of the citizens of the country are well aware of. Election is fast approaching , campaign of politicians in different places is going on. This is the present situation the Philippines is in.
In every news in social media every netizens and citizens of the country are made aware of the politicians promises during their personal campaign.
Each candidates for Presidency , and other higher positions, gave their promises in the form of their agendas on how they will run or govern the government.
Promises in the form of agenda is to convince people so as to gain favor from people , and that is their votes. The more people are convinced and made to believed the more votes is gained and possible winning can be expected.
It can be said therefore that promises can be a tool to be used, a motivation and a conditioning factor to hearts and minds of people that will create a convincing power to people to make certain decisions that favors more the one who made the promises than themselves.
I just hope each one who gives promises are honest and true to what they promised. And that they are very much willing to fulfill it as they promised. And the one to whom promised is given and look forward to its fulfillment is ready to be thankful as well as ready to forgive and understand if promises are delayed in fulfillment , forget the promises, and the worst not able to perform the promises.
Lastly, I would like to mention some negative effects of not fulfilling the promises made:
Unfulfilled Promises made by parents to their children, will result to less respect of children to their parents. Besides they will not believe any more any promises they will have to say. Attitudes of children to parents changes. For them parents are not reliable any more because they lie & kept not promises.
Unfulfilled Promises by a lover to girlfriend would result to doubts and less confidence . And if not given a chance to make up for it, the relationship will turn to break up.
Unfulfilled Promises of husband to wife in terms of stopping from vices . We all know that uncontrolled vices have negative results not only to the person himself but to his family as well . Because of certain vices a father became irresponsible with his wife and children. The vices became the priority and not the family. And if this cannot be settled down right, a broken family will result to it.
My Conclusion
Making Promises should not be treated lightly but seriously. Your words of promise is your identity and shows your integrity. Because it takes a person's trust and respect to believe in promises, not fulfilling your promises is losing the trust and respect from the persons to whom you give your promises.

Is Peace Possible?
Is Peace Possible? This is a question to everyone who recognizes what does peace means, and everyone who needs and seeks peace .
People around the world facing different situations in life could give different answers to this question. The ways it could be answered depends upon the experiences they had about having such kind of peace that they wanted to experience and had achieved.
There are different kinds of peace. And somehow maybe one of its kind is what you , I and everyone in the world needs.
Peace is a kind of condition in life's situation , being faced by every person outwardly and inwardly.
Before knowing the possibility of peace, let me first give the simplest or the common sense meaning of peace
When we say outward it pertains to the things outside of us. The things we see , hear, and feel around us. The people, the environment , the places , and the nature itself that gives manifestations of what is happening in reality as a sign of peace.
We are a social being, having the five senses, that relates us to people personally in a group, community, or society where we belong. As we communicate and interact our five senses works and make us aware of everything that is actually happening.
Let's take a closer look in our families, at home, where everyone knows each other well enough. Love each other , help each other communicate and interact with one another.
Outward Peace in the Family
We can tell that there is outward Peace when we are all in good terms with one another. No harsh voice is heard because of anger due to quarrelling. No loud shoutings is heard due to arguments. No misunderstandings. Everything runs smoothly & quietly. What you can actually hear were joys of laughter and see happy faces and can feel there is peace outwardly for you are not disturbed but rather feel peace in the surroundings as neighbors.
In such kind of an atmosphere in the home we can say outward Peace is achieved, and peace is possible. But it cannot be guaranteed that such kind of peace is lasting or permanent .
But when something goes wrong within the family says anyone disobeyed, made a mistake or got problems in the house like finances , the outward manifestation of peace suddenly disappears. But it can be a temporary one as long as each member of the family cooperates and unite themselves to solve the problem. But if not, it will continue to ruin the peace which can be enjoyed by everyone outwardly as well as inwardly.
Outward Peace in Community
A community is composed of families ,and each families are neighbors in the community. And every community has its own leaders whom they chose to lead and guide them or govern them for the purpose of having peace and order in the community.
Here in our country, the Philippines, each community is called a Baranggay. Each officials were elected, from Baranggay Captain & Kagawad. There are set rules to govern each Baranggay. It is supported financially by the Local Government to function well. There were Baranggay Tanod assigned to promote peace and order in the community.
Such organization established in the community under the Local Government Unit as per National Government Approval, is to enhance peace and order. By this, we can say that outward Peace is possible because there are those who are assigned to maintain peace and order in the community in case there are problems or troubles happening. We can also say outward peace is possible when the people in the community or Baranggay cooperate with the Baranggay Officials.
Outward Peace in the Church
The Philippines is considered a Christian country because of its beliefs of Jesus Christ and His teachings. With regards to religion, our Constitution which is the law of the land gives religious freedom to its citizens. So we have the right to choose our own religion, or faith and belief.Different churches in the Philippines have their own Rules of Faith and Church leaders. The members of every churches are expected to obey the Rules of Faith. It is the Leader of the Church who is authorize to maintain the peace and order in the church. Though we may say ,church members have the same faith, practice and the same God being worshipped, problems and troubles still exist among members. This is understandable because no one is perfect we are all sinners , saved by the grace of God. But since members have the same faith, practice and the same Lord, outward peace is possible because as believers of Jesus Christ, anyone forgives and forget for the sake of Christ and live for the brethren. The Leader of the Church (Pastor) leads in disciplining the members accdg. to the Biblical Principles and teaching Bible.
Outward Peace in the Government
The Philippines government is headed by a National Leader called the President. He is being elected by citizens if the country who are registered voters only.
We had the Constitution of the Philippines, as the Law if the Land. And according to this Constitution must the President govern the country with its citizenry during his term so with the succeeding President to be voted upon by the registered voters only at the end if his term .
With the strong leadership and united cooperation of the citizens to the authorized personnel assigned by the President himself to maintain peace and order , we can say outward peace is possible to achieve in the country.
But as long as there are those who are rebellious and do not want to be under the rule of law, they are to be chased by authorities to punish according to law. Laws are made for the lawless with its corresponding punishments.
Outward Peace in the World
The world in its broad scope comprises the different countries in the globe. Accdg. to google there are 195 countries in all. And 193 countries are all members of the United Nations.
Google says one of the five aims of United Nations is to maintain international peace and security.
And we can say that the United Nations is trying it's best to achieve this aim . And for now it is actively working out to settle disputes between Russia and Ukraine.
Should there be outward peace between these two countries is what we are hoping to see in the near future and we just hope it will be soon, before many innocent lives be sacrificed.
I still believe outward peace is possible between countries having war as long as there is a concerned organization like United Nations who will meddle between.whose aim is to maintain international peace and security.
Citing the outward peace in the different sectors in the society we can learn that peace is possible but only temporary, because of the differences of attitudes, behaviour , perspective and mindset of every individual or leaders of countries.
What about the other kind of peace? Let us take a look at inner peace. What is it all about.
Inner Peace
Inner peace pertains to something within the person. It has something to do with inner self; the soul, mind and heart. What is happening deep within a person can only be known by the manifestations in his actions or expressed words as he communicates and interacts to another person.
There is inner peace experienced, when their is joy, good mood, expressions of love through kindness, thoughtfulness, understanding , forgiveness and other positive attitudes you can name of. Because such attitudes or behaviour can only be seen from a person who had an inner peace in his soul , mind and heart.
On the contrary, a person with no inner peace , negative attitudes are seen like worried, anxious , fearful, sad , irritable, annoyed , resentful, etc.
Inner peace is possible, because there are people who manifest such positive attitudes that I have mentioned. But sad to say it can be a temporary one. When a person let his soul, mind and heart be affected by outward circumstances that can trigger his sinful nature out of control.
My final say
Everything in this earth is temporary .Everything changes in the process of time. Nothing is permanent.
There is the Only One who never changes and He is God, our Creator. He is our Hope , our Peace and Everything. To have Him personally in our life here will have a taste of temporal peace outwardly and inwardly but as He take us out from this earthly temporary place and temporary body , as true believers in Christ God will give us a permanent place to live in eternity to taste all the heavenly blessings of eternal joy and peace.

Family Bonding
Hello everyone! For sure there are many among us have a long weekend. And since it is a long weekend, there could be plans on how it will be spend. Lots of ideas will come into one's mind , since NCR is now on Alert Level 2. Having many ideas, will be sorted out, upon establishing a concrete purpose and plans accdg. to importance or priority the family has to be done or achieve for the week. There maybe many considerations that need to be looked upon before coming up to final decision.
Considerations in Decision
Budget or Financial Capability
The one and foremost consideration that would determine a family bonding is where to celebrate it . Exclusive place out of town calls for a maximum budget , for it is expensive . Reservation for such accommodation is made in advance to work it out.
In case of a minimum budget, parks , and malls with entrainment for kids or fastfood chains would also be fun and will give satisfaction.
If in case it is not possible because of not having a maximum nor a minimum budget, family bonding in the house with purposeful activities, coupled with special food for meals and merienda will be fun and good as well. Togetherness and how it is spent matters most.
In reality, possibilities of family bonding is at hand . The possibility is dependent upon the mindset and determination of the person involved . If the mindset is on priority and importance of family, then family bonding is on his agenda or schedule for a week, or month, or on a special occasion. He would really give time though how hectic his schedule maybe.
There maybe Hindrances in having family bonding. But any problem has its own solution. We just need to face problems with open mindedness and positivities.
Looking always on the bright side of life, with calmness and coolness will make our mind think wisely and properly. Our hearts at the same time will feel lightness and not heaviness though problems comes on the way.
Major Possible Hindrances
Money or finances
Others find money as the great issue in having family bonding. There is truth that money is important in life, for it is essential in.meeting our basic needs physically. But handling it right, in its right perspective , it will not actually be a hindrance .
Money in itself is not actually a problem . Someone has said, the person handling the money itself is the problem. The attitude , the value, that a person given to it , dictates his actions . The means of getting it or how to accumulate it , was given more time , which resulted to lesser time for family.
Job or Work Outside & Inside the Home
Work outside and inside the home sometimes makes a person to be double minded in decision making. No one does not like to be disturb with work unfinished or work piled up due to unexpected situations that happened. For such reasons family bonding is postponed neglected and not prioritized.
Opportunities for bonding moments which could have been chance to meet a long time relatives' presence is missed, especially those who resides abroad and only once in a " bluemoon " , so to say had a vacation.
Events Family Bonding is Possible
Birthday Party
Birthday party is the most c ommon and at the same time a special event for a family bonding. Though celebrated once in a year , it could be many times celebrated, depending upon the members of the family and numbers of friends and relatives celebrating it.
Birthday celebrants usually give a long time of preparation for the party. No one wants to miss its celebration. It is the celebration that most of family , closed relatives are invited, besides friends , neighbors and acquaintances.
Family Reunion/Christmas holiday
During Holiday Season family clans used to have reunions . Family bonding is made possible because of long days of holiday from work and school . Funds and finances are made available because of 13th month pay , bonuses as well as food packed gifts are being received from different sources.
Christmas holiday , is a choice made by some families who do not go for the traditional way of celebrating Christmas , because of personal beliefs and convictions , spiritually speaking.
But setting it aside the whole world is celebrating it traditionally and religiously with own family , closed relatives, friends and acquaintances. There's no other occasion as like it, is well celebrated with much unity and joy and happiness.
New Year's Day
New Year is well celebrated occasion like Christmas Day. Most families desire to celebrate it with their own family intact together . They wanted to welcome the New Year all together during media noche.
**Hearts Month or Valentine's Day**
I think it is best called Hearts month when being celebrated by families with their loved ones. And for single ladies and gentlemen who have not yet have their very personal special loved one, but with just closed friends or family to celebrate with.
And it should be called Valentine's Day for those who have finally found their personal special loved one for life, to celebrate with.
At The Death of a Loved One
This could be the saddest family bonding ,that a family could have, but it is a reality to face in life.
This is the time when every family member would not intentionally miss because if it's urgency and importance**.**
They would really file a leave of absence from work, cancel appointments on clients, or business transactions. They would even scheduled flights going back home, being an ofw, or residing abroad just not to miss the event of last seeing a beloved one.
My Conclusion
As a conclusion, family bonding is important in having a happy and harmonious family life.
It creates an atmosphere of love and concern. It promotes personal closeness and bonds hearts and minds of concerned people in the family and closed relatives. It gives opportunities for every family's relatives to meet and know each other personally. It must be practiced early in the early childhood of the first child and be continued through life even our children have the family of their own.
Don't expect your child or children to be close to you when you do not have time to bond with them . Don't be surprised if your children are so closed and loving to whom they feel their importance because of the time given to them. And don't wonder if your children hide and not confide their personal problems to you because of lack of connection, interaction and communication with them.
Communication gap within members of the family should have been avoided only if family bonding is practiced within the family. Rebellious children are created because they lacked attention and warmth connections from parents.
Lastly, quality time is the most precious moments parents can give to their children. It can ba done daily , even in casual activities that can be fun and exciting . A moment by which love is warmly expressed in simple ways.
Be sure to have some with your children and wife no matter how busy you are.

Going on in Life
Life here on earth is not easy. We will experience problems and difficulties in life. The pandemic situations that occurred have given us so much difficulties in health issues and economic issues. But we need to keep going in life. We need to survive the pandemic situations. And we can by all means do it by being properly motivated and inspired.
**Motivation Needed**
Faith in God
We need to take a step of faith in God. Without faith, and having doubts is limiting God for what He can do for us. Having doubts and not having faith only means that you have not known God personally. Who He really is as God who is our Creator, Powerful, Loving, & Merciful. He is the God even before the world begun. To believe in Him is to see great things He can do in our life.
Hope in God
Our God is omnipotent (all powerful) He is our Creator . He made all things. He is in control of everything. His creations will follow at His command.
He is omniscient (all knowing). He knows everything all about us. Nothing is hidden from him. He knows what is in the hearts and minds of people.
He is omnipresent (ever present) . Space and time cannot limit our God. He will be in the place where His presence is needed.
He is immutable (unchanging) He never changes. He is the same yesterday, today and even forever. His love never changes, it is unconditional, unfailing and everlasting. His mercies endures forever.
He is a Living God, who sees, hears, feels and can do everything for our good. When we earnestly pray to Him, believing , He will hear and will answer our prayers accdg. to His will , way and at the right time. He knows what is best for us and will not withhold any good thing from us. He will surely meet our needs and not wants.
**Positive Thinking**
Everyday we wake up ,having a renewed strenght and health, having our loved ones with us , having protection and provisions each day are all blessings we received from God each day.
Experiencing such blessings each day, means God is allowing us to continue trusting and believing in Him, for in Him there is sure hope not only in this life but even in the life hereafter.
Problems and difficulties in life are common to everyone. Let not these things so discourage us. As long as God wakes us up each day, with renewed strenght , God is telling us there is hope, for He is a living God who loves us and is willing to help us no matter what. We just have to believe in Him and trust Him in all things.
In conclusion
We need to look up to God, and not down here below, for all we can see all around us are discouragements and Negativities.
The people to whom we look up to , needed help too like us we are. It is only God who really can help us. And we have to take hold on that faith in God alone . I believe God is still on the throne and He is able to help us. And I believe His help is coming soon. We are a day nearer to that help that He is sending to come, to put the end of this pandemic situation.

Do Dreams Have Something To Tell Us ?
Have you dreamed a lot? How often do you dream? Every night or anytime whenever you sleep? And do you remember your dream when you wake up?
In my personal experience I dream a lot. Every night I dream. Sometimes in my nap I also dream. Sometimes I remember my dream when I wake up sometimes not. And when I dream sometimes it was colorful and sometimes it only black and white.
Dreams Actually Experience In Reality
There are dreams that I cannot forget, because it TELLS ME SOMETHING before it happened in my real life. One of which are the things that happened when we lived in Negros Occidental, my husband's province.
Before we lived on that place, while we were yet living in Manila I frequently dreamed of bodies of water . I also dream of going to a place where the road is leading to a place with lots of trees, and I also dreamed of walking in a muddy path going somewhere else.
When we go to Negros Occidental, somewhere in Visayas Region, we travelled by sea. It was my first time to ride in a ship, it was MV San Juan. It was year 1990's. We went there as a family to take care of my husband's grandfather. We will be living in the house of his uncle where his grand father lived. It is located in Old Sagay, nearby the sea. We lived there for almost two years. And the dreams I previously mentioned , I saw and experienced in this place.
The bodies of water I saw in my dream I actually see and experienced for we lived near the sea and always go there to swim and even get seafoods like halaan to be our food. The muddy road on my dream that I walked on , I really experienced walked upon it, when I was accompanied by a friend we came to meet there to go to my husband's relative to get some fishes for it's time for them to harvest. When we headed to the place and as I am walking by foot on that slippery and muddy road I remember my dreamed that I dreamed when I was in Manila. And I said to myself, this is it. We were able to go to the place after a long walk in that muddy and slippery road. We went home having the fishes given and took the same road that we take in going there.
Another instance in my dream, is the road I am going to enter in. In my dream we are going to a place. In my dream I saw the road afar off. Along the road on both sides were full of trees giving shades to the road so you will not feel the heat of the sun as you go through it.
One day a relative of my husband visited us in the house we stayed. She invited us to go to their house and my husband and I consented. We just take a walk. As we were walking I saw afar off the road we are going to take. Just as how I saw in my dream the road afar off it was just like in reality, and I walked actually in it. When I actually saw that road , I remembered the very dream that I dreamed. I just said to myself, it is in Negros that I will see the real place which I have dreamed while I was yet in Manila. I realized then that there are things in my dream that I actually saw and experience in reality.
Dreams Being A Sign of Things to Happen in the Future
There are three of my dreams that gave me a sign of something to happen in the future. It was only realized when it actually happened.
The first dream was about my full hair fall like a wig on the floor, when I stoop down. I very well remember this dream when I woke up that very morning, and wondering what could that mean. Until such time that unexpected thing happened. It was about my husband who had his high blood pressure attack that caused to become comatose just for one day and died, Dec. 3, 2014. I had thought my dream of losing my full hair coincides with it.
The second dream was about a wide digged ground beginning from my inherited lot to the inherited lot of my younger brother.This dream happened while I was yet in our province, that is before pandemic. I was in Manila then, and here I happened to be when pandemic occured. It was May 2020 that I was informed of the death of my younger brother. I was not able to go home that time for it was pandemic. This too I coincide with my dream , since the digged ground in my dream ended in the inherited lot of my younger brother.
The third dream was about me and my husband and his ex girlfriend. In my dream my husband and I would meet in the church. I was then in the church and waiting for him at the entrance. I saw him arrived and entering the gate, while I stand at the entrance . When he entered in he passed me by, ignoring me and went in straight ahead of me. While standing there at the entrance , surprised upon my husband's reaction, I just look toward him where he is going. I saw from afar her ex girl friend which he approach. Her ex girlfriend seeing him embraced him not minding my presence seeing them afar off. Feb. 2019 I was here in Manila and started attending church services in Caloocan. My husband's ex girlfriend was one of the Welcoming committee in that church. She was usually at the entrance to greet, meet and welcome anyone who is coming to worship. She was a friendly woman , and she always talk to me whenever we see each other. Month of Aug. 2020 she gave me a boquet of flowers on my birthday. She always encourage me to be back and teach in Sunday School for I was active before. I just tell her I'll pray about it. Come May 2021, I saw in a post in fb that she died. I coincide this too in my dream for in my dream she was the one whom my husband approach instead of me. And she responded with embrace to my husband.
Personal experienced brought me to conclude that DREAMS HAS SOMETHING TO TELL US.

True Love's Role in good and lasting marriage relationship
There are many kinds of relationships that every individual can be entered into, but I will be sharing my personal thoughts , insights and observation regarding love relationship between man and woman considering a life time partnership, called marriage.
During my high school days, I had classmates who started their courtship during our third year , until fourth year .After fourth year , when we part ways, I have no more knowledge how their love life goes. But because I joined the group where most of my high school classmates and friends are members, I learned that those classmates which had their love life started during third year high school, these two couples managed to have their love life culminate in marriage and is happily married with children. This just proved that it is possible that love which could start on a teen-age life , and is given chance to let it grow and mature by taking steps of knowing how to take care of such feelings can grow and mature to true love, and finally culminate in marriage.
There are really those who were able to maintain their love relationship against all the odds in life that they have gone through.
There's only but one among many qualities possessed by a person that will enable a relationship to withstand the tests of time where struggles and complexities of situations in life faced could eventually survived.
And that one thing I know is TRUE LOVE. When a person is possessed by TRUE LOVE, he or she is determined to fight for the one he or she loved no matter what it takes. just to be with him or her all through life. Nothing will separate them or will they allow to ruin their love relationship. Both will be willing to sacrifice anything for the sake of the love relationship that bonded them with TRUE LOVE.
What then is TRUE LOVE? This is my personal thoughts and insights.
TRUE LOVE is best expressed not in words but in actions, proving the integrity of the words spoken. It takes a wise and responsible actions.
Any woman who hears a suitor saying ,I LOVE YOU, was so pleasant to the ears. especially when it comes from a man , whom she finds so attractive to her, or she liked because of his characteristics that she wants to have as a love partner.
On the other hand , A man whom the woman accepts his love , also saying I LOVE YOU TOO, will be the sweetest words to hear from someone loved.
Having both deciding in choosing each other's Commitment in love, based on trust and honest words love goes on smoothly for weeks, months or even years.
As time passes by in a love relationship, both have time to know more about each other. In such time , both will learn many things and will have time to think if they would be compatible or not. Many things will then be put into considerations , before getting involved in a more deeper relationship . It is because, a person can say with all emotions I LOVE YOU, and even will swear , but no significant efforts will be done at the moments it calls for it. When problem arises that hinders the love relationship to grow, it is easier to choose the path of giving up and just find another to fill in the empty space in the heart . Because TRUE LOVE IS ABSENT , giving up is always the easy way out in the relationship.
It's a reality that no two individuals are alike. There may be some qualities that a couple could be the same but still there still exists to both some differences in.likes and dislikes and preferences.
These qualities cannot be easily learned or detected at once. These can only be discovered during courtship, dating as a group, in different occasions or events, which would allow certain situations favourable and unfavourable, wherein actions , responses, interactions are freely executed unaware. And these could mean honest & upredictable discovery.
A couple awareness of these facts between them would lead to their consideration, whether they could go with it or by it in their relationship. If both would feel they could handle it well, and will understand and forgive then love is able to grow and mature till true love to both can be said had it's perfect work between them. They can be able to accept each other flaws willingly . TRUE LOVE WILL OVERPOWER ANY NEGATIVE VIBES.
Maintaining a good relationship is not a one way means of handling. It is a two way process of handling with willingness love and respect.
TRUE LOVE creates ways and means to overcome Negativities in life's complicated situations.
TRUE LOVE see the good qualities done out of love , above or more than the flaws.
TRUE LOVE can tolerate above limits such irritableness created by differences.
TRUE LOVE can compromise , or can reconcile issues of things , were both disagree because of likes and dislikes involved in it.
TRUE LOVE forgive and forget mistakes committed intentionally or unintentionally. It setttles a matter of grievances not to last long.
TRUE LOVE focus and supports truths, honesty, peace, and happiness to achieve in a relationship rather than secrecy , solitude, and grievances.
TRUE LOVE knows how & when to limit to express itself. It does not keep records of the wrongs or mistakes. But keep cherished memories of sweetness and love.
TRUE LOVE set aside too much expectations for it will only create discouragements and insecurities .
TRUE LOVE is strong in believing each other inspite of negativities and criticisms . Its constraining power never neglects or ignored even simple things to.make the one loved feel secured and protected at all times.
TRUE LOVE stays together , prays together, support each other, inspired and motivated each other, meeting every needs emotionally, mentally, physically.
TRUE LOVE shows value , honor, respect, and integrity to the one loved and whom they both loved .
Marriage is a lifetime commitment, in which vows are made before God and men.
Marriage won't survive the test of times , differences , flaws, situational problems and difficulties without true love able to give to each other.
My final say:
A person who is possessed by true love, looks and hold to the One, who is above all, to God we believe in , who is able to help and sustain true love to exist in the hearts of people whom He binds in vows of love to each other. Once it is sustained it will continue to be expressed and is maintained.
To deny true love and it's expression is not being true to self and others to whom it is due or deserving. It is being selfish, and worthless.
To deny TRUE LOVE exist is equal to denying God exist, because God did exist. His existence proved the existence of Love because God is Love. And it is because of Love that we exist. He who Truly Loves have known the Love of God and God's Love dwell in that person.
If you feel that True Love, and find to whom it is to be given expressed then proved it in a responsible, honest actions not just in words.

What Do You Mean By Your Gifts
A person is considered blessed whenever he receives gifts from friends, loved ones and someone special to him or her.
So much joy overwhelms us, whenever lots of gifts are received during important events or occasions besides having sumptuous food on the table, and presence of friends, loved ones and invited visitors.
There are many reasons why people give gifts to persons. And many different reactions or responses are given by the recipients of gifts.
When gifts are presented and is given , a person is given an idea or is prompted to think, what could be the intention of the the giver to the recipient.
The following are just my opinion about what gifts could mean or is being interpreted.
Positive Connotation of Gifts
Gifts are tokens usually received by anyone who is valued, appreciated, honored , and well loved.
Gifts creates good emotional vibes. It makes one happy, excited, and blessed.
Gifts gives lasting memories of events , occasions, celebrations in life shared together as time passes by. A person is still being remembered by the gifts he gives when his gifts remained in its existence for a long period of time.
Gifts are fruits of an inspired hard work and love motivated tokens. A person who give his gifts , worked hard for it in order to present a precious gift to someone he loved.
Gifts are being treasured because it depicts a true essence of love, concern, thankfulness, generosity, gratitude, and sharing.
Negative Connotation of Gifts
Gifts are expressions of a person who are made dumb by cowardice, shame, reluctance and fear to speak through words what they want to say but can't be able to say verbally. This is usually done by a suitor who is not confident with himself, have fear of rejection, too shy to propose because of insecurities.
Gifts as peace offerings to one offended .A person who had done wrong to someone used gifts to facify the anger, or resentment, to gain favour and reconciliation.
Gifts as bribed so as to be given favours, priorities, good dealings or best treatments. In the business realm, this is still practiced , to close a deal or a contract. In terms of love, the suitor give gifts to parents of the girl he is courting,to gain the approval or support of the parents.
Gifts manifesting pride in ability and status in life to gain prestige or fame. It is sometimes use to impress someone, that the giver is someone above others in ability to provide and can afford such.
In this regard of the positive and negative connotation of the gift, I can say the following statements as my observations:
**Gifts then has something to say about a person's character and intentions whatever situation it is given , whereever and whenever it is given.**
**Gifts has also something to say about the person to whom it should be given. If that someone is so loved and special.**
**Gifts has also something to say about the events, occasions, or celebrations it is being presented.**
Different Events or Occasions That Gifts are Received
Birthdays
It was during birthdays that gifts are very much expected from visitors. In the Philippines, anyone who is invited , will come to the party with gifts on hand ready to give to the birthday celebrant. It is their way of cheering the birthday celebrant not only with their presence but more by their gifts.
For parents
Birthday is the most awaited events that parents prepared in advance just to give their children a birthday celebration. To them to celebrate a birthday is way of Thanksgiving .That a birthday celebrant is with them to have another year added to enjoy and cherish.
It is usually the first birthday, of children that their parents gives a birthday party that they would spend much for its celebration. A celebration that is so special held in venue of famous fast-food in town , with many visitors or in their house special and properly decorated for the event.
**Weddings**
The most special day for everyman and woman to have in their lives. It is the time to make their vows of love and commitment before God and people close to their hearts and friends.
Lots of gifts are given by principal & secondary sponsors, relatives & friends, and invited guests.
**Holiday Season**
Christmas and New Year are the holiday season wherein people all over the world gave or exchange gifts as part of the holiday season celebrations.
Children received gifts from their godparents. Families & relatives, Friends & acquiantances exchange gifts.
**Valentine's Day**
Traditionally, this is a special day for every lovers to celebrate. This is celebrated every 14th day of the month of February. On or before this day, lovers gave gifts to their special someone to express their sincere love, devotion and adoration. Gifts in the form of boquet of red roses, chocolates, stuffed toys or many more kinds of tokens .
There are other events, celebrations or occasions that persons can receive gifts. I only mentioned the foremost occasions that are commonly practiced by majority in giving gifts.
Giving gifts are actually practiced dependent upon the personal ability or capability or person's generosity . It is a kind of attitude of a willing heart who wants to make someone happy.

Is there someone dear to your heart or a special someone whom you want to know your sincere love , devotion and adoration? This is a timely month to express it, through your gifts.

When Do Love Begins
I have heard lots of love stories when I was young, still knowing what love in its truest meaning to any individual life really means.
I only had such simple understanding of what love is all about time after time.
The simplest form of how love begins can come from simply liking each other's company. Giving him or her the preference or your first choice to be with among others in the circle of friends.
There's a mutual feeling of happiness inside you when together even you are just talking to each other, or even just seeing each other in a gathering with friends like outings or any occasions that calls for a celebration.
With such kind of mutual feelings going on in the process of time which develops or grows into a more closer relationship like friendship both will begin to like each other more. Emotional attachment will have its start , deciding to give more time to each other than anyone else separately with the group of friends while having them around.
Enjoying such companionship being such a mutual feelings create some inspirations and motivations to change unfavourable character or ways just to maintain each other's feelings of mutual companionship. Improving oneself in grooming and likeableness is being enhance to keep going in such mutual feelings and understanding.
Likes and dislikes being discovered at times of companionship is handled with much compromise just to please each other. Tempers and tantrums that happens between them will not be so great an issue to be left unsettled within a day. It will not be left unsettled or let it go for so long to get it worst. Though at times misunderstanding happens because it were triggered by differences , pride will not creep into the heart and mind to spoil the day of being together. Honesty is much regarded so as not to ruin the peace they are enjoy of being together.
Compatibility inspite of differences is developed as time progresses and as relationship become closer and deeper being yet but friends with mutual understanding.
And as they mature in the process of time, they begun to value each other , being as clear perspective to make each other to be the one to care and to love, to cherish until the right time came to make a vow of love and commitment.
For a love to begin and to grow in its truest sense it must have a good start by both parties involved. It must start on the mutual feeling of happy being together in the presence or even in absence of both.
Having a constant and honest communication while yet being friends allows a comfortable and workable social status in the realm of suitable and compatible, companionship in the future.
Likes and dislikes, tempers and tantrums being displayed as natural as it can be during friendly relationship will create adjustments and understanding in facing situational realities , in view of a future commitment to be decided upon.
True love just not pop up in a moment and shrink afterwards due to some pressures. Love grows at the process of time with or without pressure from within and without. And when it grows at the right time and with the right person it will bloom and will give the kind of fruit which is true love in its deepest sense.
The most common mistake that every individual usually make is being too impulsive and too emotional at the very start. The focus is much more on the feelings and not on how to handle the feelings to be more accurate if it is real or not.
As a result of mishandling such feelings as too good to be true love end up to unfavorable and hurtful situations.
As a reminding remarks to close, let our minds thinks first before giving in to what our hearts dictates. We were created our head is over and above our heart.

What Kinds of Love Can Be Experienced
LOVE MAKES THE WORLD GO ROUND. This is one of the familiar quotes pertaining to love topics. It was a quote of a man named W S. Wilbert. It comes from the popular song written by Bob Merill for the 1961 Broadway Musical Carnival.
In my personal understanding of the mere quote, I was apt to think , that love is something present in the world and it's presence brings the world to continue spinning round and round to experience both the night and the day to have the glimpse of the beauty of nature whether it be night or day, rain or shine in life and through life. It is something that motivates and inspires anyone who lives in this world to live life to the fullest.
There could be lots of differences of meaning attached to love. And the differences lies or depends upon the personal experiences of every individuals.
During my younger days, I heard teachings about love. One of which is about the the three kinds of love. Accdg. to the teacher it is Agape, Phileo and Eros, giving the distinction between the three:
AGAPE - is the highest kind of love. God being the one who can give the unconditional, unfailing love and everlasting love to mankind.
In human level kind of love, the love of man towards God , can only be the highest form of love It can be done by loving others next to God , in a way of showing kindness in many ways and giving forgiveness.
PHILEO - is the brotherly kind of love. It is a some kind of emotional attachment of care and concern for the welfare of another person, either personally known or not.
EROS - is the natural affection of male and female towards one another. There is a physical attraction involved. It is a passionate kind of love.
Whatever kind of love we have experience in life, we can say that love is something worthwhile to have and be experienced.
Love is something to be expressed and not to hide to be able to experience the joy that it could give you and the joy you can give to someone to whom you express your love and give it.
To love and be loved as a mutual feeling, of both people in love to the right person is a great blessing and experience. But a life of sadness and misery if it given to the wrong person.
A person who do not love in anyway or in any kind of love is missing a lot in this world.
Anyone has to ability to love and has the right to love. No one should forbid anyone to love and be loved. It's the freedom than all people should be entitled to in this world.
But be sure to love according to God's will and ways to receive the blessings of God and others. The blessings of joy, peace , contentment with whom you love.
Finally, Give the kind of love to whom the kind of love is due. To God first , to whom we owe everything, next will be others then you the last. You cannot love without giving because Love's happiness is in giving what you can give.

Love, is the Greatest
In the Bible , in the New Testament, in the book of 1 Corinthians chapter 13, which is called the LOVE CHAPTER, it described WHAT LOVE MEANS. And concluded that in Faith, Hope and Love, LOVE IS THE GREATEST.
I must confessed that I am not a love expert or something, I am also like anyone, who wants to know, learn discover and experience Love in its deepest sense and its reality in my personal life .
Actually many people, gives many different MEANINGS OF LOVE, based on personal experiences , personal insights, and personal thoughts. And these basis emanates either by being the receiver or giver of love.
What makes Love The Greatest
The Source of Love is what makes Love the Greatest
God is the Source or Origin of Love. He is the very reason why Love is the greatest , because He is God our Creator and there is none else above Him.
There is only one reliable source that we can know the Origin or Source of Love. We can know this in the light of the Bible, the word of God. To others maybe they have their own source, but my personal conviction goes to the Bible , the word of God, KJV 1611, the nearest translation to the original manuscript.
1 John 4:8 KJV - He that loveth not knoweth not God; for GOD IS LOVE.
1 John 4:16 KJV - And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. GOD IS LOVE , and he that dwelleth in love, dwelleth in God and God in him.
God's commandment makes Love the Greatest
In the Old Testament, The Law was given in the book of Exodus chapter 20: 1-17 .It is about the Ten Commandments. It was given to Moses, in Mt. Sinai. It was written by God Himself in the two tablets of stones. The Ten Commandments pertains to people's attitudes towards God (Exodus 20: 1-11) and their attitudes towards fellowmen (Exodus 20:12-17)
In the New Testament, Jesus Christ summed up the Ten Commandments given in the Old Testament into two. It pertains to LOVING GOD and LOVING NEIGHBORS.
Matthew 22:37-40 KJV -
37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord , thy God, with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
38 This is the first and great commandment.
39 And the second is like it, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.
40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.
From these verses Jesus Christ tells that the FIRST AND GREATEST COMMANDMENT IS TO LOVE GOD , with all our heart, and with all our soul and with all our mind.
And the other commandment , TO LOVE OUR NEIGHBOR AS WE LOVE OURSELF.
It is very clear then that LOVE is the basis by which the commandment can be obeyed. It only means that without Love no one can ever do or keep the commandments.
God's Love Towards mankind makes Love the Greatest
John 3:16 KJV - For GOD SO LOVED the world (mankind) that HE GAVE HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON , (Jesus Christ ) that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
Romans 5:8 KJV - But GOD COMMENDETH HIS LOVE TOWARD US in that WHILE WE WERE YET SINNERS, Christ died for us.
1John 4:19 KJV - We love Him, because HE FIRST LOVED US.
The kind of Love that God has toward us were so Great, He gave Jesus Christ to be our Saviour. (John 3:16)
God showed His love toward us when we are in the worst condition (sinners), a condition which is so unloveable. (Rom.5:8)
God first loved us. He took the initiative of loving us first than we do loving Him first. (1 John 4:19)
My final say
God since the beginning , up to the present and even till eternity God's Love never fails. His love is unconditional. In case you don't know about God's Love now is the time you can know that GOD LOVES YOU & HE MEANS IT.

An Amazing Answers to Prayer
I would like to share to you my personal experienced in this long term situation of pandemic .
My experienced I am about to share was in connection to how God works according to His own way and not according to our requests or wishes in our prayers to Him.
I am a woman , who truly believed in prayer, ever since I came to know personally , Christ Jesus , as my Lord and Saviour, way back on my high school days. I believed to the Living God, and Saviour Jesus Christ.
Allow me share to you , one of the verses in the Bible that has something to do with prayer. It is found in the Old Testament in the book of Jeremiah, chapter 33 verse 3.
Bible Verse About Prayer
Jeremiah 33:3 Call unto me and I will answer thee and show thee great and mighty things which thou knowest not.
I have read this verse, many times in my life, and even memorized it, and have experienced its reality personally. And I will be sharing my latest experienced about it. And here it is.
My Prayer
Due to difficulties experienced I had this pandemic I uttered to God this prayer.
Lord , you know my very situation right now, how I need financial support just like any other. I pray that you will touch the hearts of my relatives. Make them remember me and show me kindness to help me financially. In Jesus Name, I pray, Amen.
I prayed to God to work it out for me for I don't want to pressure anyone to help, since everyone is experiencing difficulties in the pandemic situation. I need not burden anyone for me. I didn't try any means like communicating with them in social media though I have the access to everyone of them .
I let God to work it out for me, for I believe His ways are the best than the ways I might have think of. I just waited how God will work it out and I am excited to discover His ways.
My feeling of Discouragement
Days , weeks months passed but there was no answer . No one from relatives remembered me the previous holiday season to send any financial help.
One day , I received a video call from my sister-in-law from Canada. I learned from her that it was not me, whom she actually wanted to call but my younger sister who is in our province in Nueva Ecija, for she is the one who sent them message asking for financial support for our youngest sister, who is a PWD.
My conversation went on with my sister in law when she turned the phone to my younger brother. We talked and I jokingly said to him if I can have something as a gift this holiday season. And he said , they are having such difficulties financially because my sister-in-law had no work for quite sometime . So it's a no.
I am quite disappointed , but I did understand the situation. I know very much the attitude of this brother of ours.Eversince he lived in Canada, no one from our siblings did he actually helped whenever he is blessed financially. He is more willing to share it to his friends than us.
After my brother & I talked, the phone was turned to my sister-in law, and I told her I will contact my younger sister to communicate with them personally , which I did the very same day.
To make the long story short, they were able to personally talked to each other and finally decided on how to send the financial support to our youngest sister.
My feeling of Joy in Fulfillment
Come Jan. 7, 2022, I received a video call from younger sister. This is the day when she received the financial support to our youngest sister from our brother in Canada . And she told me , she and I were included to have our share on the money sent. It was indeed a blessing to me. Somehow the Lord has touched my brother's heart so he can willingly included me to have my share which he can afford to give.
So my younger brother, was the first one whom God used to help me financially. I believed God had moved him to willingly give. It was not actually his nature to give, for it was my first time to receive from him. I just don't know if my sister-in- law convince him or not. But I believed, decision when it comes to money matters in the family should be decided by both.
Amazing Answers to my Prayer
It was a surprise
Just this Jan. 18, 2022, Tuesday at 2pm in the afternoon , I heard a voice of a man calling my name. I went near the door to see who's calling me and I asked Him why. He told me he was from LBC and delivering a money sent by a person to me. He asked for my ID. I told him I was not expecting anything from someone for no one sent me a message. The LBC man said. "SURPRISE!" And he told me the name when I asked him.
The person who sent me the money, was not a relative . He was actually an old close friend , a churchmate, who was from a long period of time had no communication with me, for 2 decades now. I just learned that he was trying to locate me ever since he has known I am going through difficulties in life for he is willing to help. And it was only this Jan. 2022, that he finally found me in messenger. I was notified in fb of his friend request which I confirmed for I personally know him well. He is a Christian Baptist believer, churchmate and a closed friend. We had our first chat Jan. 14, 2022 at 8 am time in Phil. He lived in Los Angeles, California for 21 yrs. now, but his family was in the Philippines. He asked me my phone no. and my two valid ID's which I sent the screenshot of it asking why. He gave me other reason but not the reason of sending me money .
When I received the money he sent, I sent him a thank you and appreciation message at once. He acknowledge it with a cheerful sense in his messages to me. He said he just want to help and even asked me if that is okay with me. And I told him it's okey as long as he is happy in doing it. He reminded me to use it for my personal needs only, which I said I will.
With this kind of experience I don't give any reason of my own thinking, except it is God answering my prayer in an amazing way, not as I requested or expected but according to His amazing ways.
It was unexpected
Having a desire to have an income during the pandemic I grab the opportunity to go on online selling , being convinced by a high school friend of mine . I have no money at that time.
I thought of contacting a childhood elementary classmate and an fb friend too. He is also the one who find ways to look for me online . Successfully finding me on FB he sent me a friend request.
I accepted him as a friend, for I find it such a happy feeling to befriend a childhood elementary classmate , who for 5 decades have not seen and communicated. That was before pandemic 2018. That year our chat started. He is based in Los Angeles, working there with his wife. We first met after more than 50 yrs. Jan. 2019 for he came home for a vacation in our province, Nueva Ecija, our hometown, wherein his children lived also. It was during our reunion , Jan. 2019 that we met personally so with other childhood classmates. It was such an exciting , fun and memorable experienced for all of us .
Our Elementary Class Reunion was made possible by him, for he initiated it and was supported by our classmates Grace & Editha by contacting our childhood classmates for they gave been there for longer time than me. For I left our province when I was in Grade 5 and grew up in Caloocan City. I just wet back , with a family of my own and lived there for good .
After Jan 2019 reunion , this friend of mine went back to California but our communication via messenger continued to the present time 2022.
Since my communication with him still continues , on March 28, 2021 I thought to ask fo some financial help for my capital in my online business. I have to try and take my chance. Without hesitation, I chatted with him. Without any second thought he lend me money and send it at once.
I used the money for the online business but I was a failure. I don't know how to explain to him how I failed . I didn't contacted him eversince. Time passes so quickly , and I have to settle it but I could not, for I have not yet earned such amount to pay him. I have to gain courage to face him for I owe him my apology. Having them such courage, I message him when I opened my messenger and saw he was active. He didn't chatted with me at that time. He just left a message telling me that he will call me later, for he is on his way to work.
I didn't know exactly when he will be calling me . I received a video call the same day. I hesitated to answer the call for I was so ashamed of him. The phone was continually ringing. My son , who was beside me at that moment, convinced me to answer, so I did.
It was a video call. I saw a manly smiling face talking to me. I just don't know how I looked before him at that time. Or how he could sensed something about me like being uncomfortable talking to him. But our conversation runs smoothly. It took us long to talk. I am trying to talk about my agenda but he diverted it to other topic. He did all the talking so I just ride on.
Before we end up our talk, he finally mentioned about the money he lent to me. He said with a smiling face , without any unusual tone of anger or irritability or a sense of negative feelings, that I should not worry anymore about it. Accdg. to him let it be his holiday season gift to me. So what more can I say,except to say THANK YOU VERY MUCH from the bottom of my heart.
I told him how I felt so ashamed for not doing as I promised him. Instead of saying a word that would make me feel guilty he said a very comforting words like; " I UNDERSTAND YOU, IT'S OKAY, anytime you need help just say on.
Our conversation had to end, because the patient to whom he is attending to has awakened. So we bid goodbye, he still having a manly happy smile on his face, and me with a happy , light hearted feelings deep within. But of course with a smile too on my face.
What had happened was really unexpected. My childhood elementary friend responded the way I wished it could be. Once again I saw how God worked it out for me. God making me free from financial obligation to someone.
My Final Say:
GOD ANSWERS PRAYER ACCDG. TO HIS WILL AND WAYS AT THE RIGHT TIME.
