Most times, people around me always asked me why I keep smiling at all times. Even when am going through hard times, I tried to put on a smiling face and act underneath. Sometimes is the source of your smile, but sometimes your smile can be the source of your joy. Your smile will give you a positive countenance that will make people feel comfortable around you. Because of your smile, you make life more beautiful.
You've heard the saying, A smile is worth a thousand words. Your smile has the power to light up a room and to connect with people without saying a single word. Smiling Boosts Your Immune System
Smiling can also boost your overall health. The act of smiling actually helps the human immune system to function more effectively. It is thought that when you smile, immune function improves because you are more relaxed.
Smiling actually makes you, the person smiling, happier regardless of the situation. Normally we are hardwired to smile only during pleasant situations. The brain in turn releases endorphins which lowers stress and improves your overall mood, hence making the situation pleasant.
Smiling reduces stress that your body and mind feel, almost similar to getting good sleep, according to recent studies. And smiling helps to generate more positive emotions within you. That's why we often feel happier around children because they smile more. On average, they do so 400 times a day. Smiling, reduced blood pressure, increased endurance, reduced pain, reduced stress, strengthened immune system.
Over time the shape of your face would slowly change, perhaps to look more unfriendly from a neutral position. You'd have less smile wrinkles. That's about it. There's so much variation from human to human that you could get these results even if you smiled a lot.
Listen, peace begins with a smile. The real man smiles in trouble, gathers strength from distress, and grows brave by reflection. Smile at strangers and you just might change a life. If you have only one smile in you, give it to the people you love. Smile, breathe and go slowly. If you see someone without a smile give them one of yours. Because of your smile, you make life more beautiful. A smile is a friend maker. Let us always meet each other with smile, for the smile is the beginning of love. I love those who can smile in trouble.
Always keep smiling 😊😊😊.
