Your feelings changes many times so how can you stay in charge of your emotions and still have high self Esteem? Your feelings changes everytime remember due to situations in short environmental factors.

If you evaluate yourself based on your feelings everytime,you will be bartered everytime and you stand to have low self esteem. Your thoughts are not always 100 percent correct all times, give room to doubt what your thought says.

So how can you make your feelings adjust to what you want?. How can you make yourself feel good about everything about you?. We all have days when we feel more emotional than other days,am i right? and there may be many reasons why.

Sometimes we feel emotional because something upset us the day before and we didn’t resolve it. We are often guilty of stuffing things down inside us rather than dealing with them.

If you are a person who avoids confrontation, you can have a soul full of unresolved issues that need closure before emotional wholeness will come.

All these and many more affect our emotions or our self evaluation. There are times you are down or sad or totally restlesss. You don't even know why You can pin down the reason why.

One of the tested ways of staying in control of your emotions is words! Yes Your Words! What we call Affirmations

Affirmations are positive statements that can help you to challenge and overcome negative thoughts or feelings.When you repeat them often, and believe in them, you can start to make positive changes.

When you are feel sad but you pick the courage to open your mouth to say a word of Affirmations, it encourage you to believe certain things about yourselves or about the situation,the world and our place within it.

Self Affirmations help us create the reality we want, often in terms of making (or attracting) wealth, love, beauty, and happiness.

This makes you stay in charge! What you think and say is very important! But you can use your words to influence what you think or thinking. Use your words.Your flaws, circumstances will always want to pull you down but your words are your creations.

Choose to Speak Positive Words! It will change things. Even when You are sad! Practice Positive Speaking! Even when you feel like things is not working as planned! Practice Positive Speaking! Even when you are feeling alone! Practice Positive Speaking.
