Smoothies it's a combination of fruit blend together to make smooth fruit juice to enjoy. There are different variety of smoothie and they come in the name of the dominant fruit mix in 

 Here are way to make smoothies homemade:

1. Use any blender of your choice

2. Use an (unsweetned) milk of choice, if you like cocoanut milk, cow, and almond milk what ever flavoured milk you like to use

3. Sweetned to taste you could use bannana dont use any any additional sweetner apart from fruits like apple, add honey or maple syrup to taste

4. Stock the freeze for easy smoothies dice bannana into all the smoothies, use your creativity for miy in here are some reciepes no chia hemp-protein powder concotions, toss in chia seeds or protein powder or hemp seeds or flax or whatever else you like to eat in your smoothie

 Here are some variety of smoothie 

1. Classic green smoothie: flavoured with green fresh baby spinach

what you to make it 

*1 frozen bannana

*1 cup greens (baby spinach

*1 unsweetned.

...*1 honey or maple syrup to taste

 

2. Orange dreamsicle smoothie: orange flavoured smoothie 

*1 frozen bannana

*1 orange peeled of 2 clementrines peeled 

*1/2 cup plain greek yogurt

*1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

*1 cup unsweetened milk (nut, soy, animal) honey or maple syrup to taste

3. Chocolate peanut butter smoothie

*1 frozen bannana

*1 tablespoon natural peanutbutter

*1-3 teaspoon of unsweetned cocoa powder

honey or maple syrup to taste

 Smoothie have alot of unique nutrient and taste that can help wet the throat with nice taste

I used to make smoothies for myself all the time! I used to make them so much that my family got me a single cup blender for Christmas one year. My favorite was a strawberry and banana with yogurt and strawberry juice. Even in the dead of winter, it makes me feel like its summer!
